STILL WAITING TO HEAR FROM YOU!

OUTRAGEOUS! Bill was almost $1000 for one outlet changed and one breaker. And they didn't even complete the job! First, the window of arrival was from 2-6 pm. Verification text was sent, all was good, then nothing! Finally around 6:10 we are told the original technician had to go home, route was given to someone else and the "new" window was 6-10 pm. Does a decent company want to work their men for 12 + hour days? They should not. Then they wonder why they cant keep people.

Rescheduled for Monday. Guy shows up, he is NOT happy to be there. Why you ask. HE CAME FROM FREAKING ORLANDO TO NEW PORT RICHEY! What is wrong with you people? I had a couple or lights to look at and some outlets that did not work. He changed ONE old outlet, he refused to change the others, located an issue with a breaker, changed it and didn't even look at the light I asked to be looked at. OVER $700!

Horrible management, horrible company, and didn't even do the job and WAAAYYYY OVERCHARGED.

DO NOT USE! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We had our family plan plumbing service performed by Louis Jenkins and he was fantastic! He arrived on time, was friendly, knowledgeable, and talked us through everything he was checking. His feedback was helpful and he went above and beyond to answer our questions. Highly recommend this service!

I understand that the technician came on a weekend, arrived on time, charged $310 for unclogging a sink drain, did some things to make the charge more expensive, but in the end did not solve the problem. Then I called another company that charged $250 and did solve the problem. So despite having an emergency, I recommend that you look for alternatives. This will be the first and last time I use this company.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Raphael came out and assessed the problem and had it resolved by the end of the day! My new water heater is working great!

Roy arrived on time, he's very professional, great communication skills and explained everything in detail. He gave 3 options and emailed quotes. Very satisfied

I was just brake-checked and flipped off by a driver in a Frank Gay Commercial Services vehicle. Seriously unprofessional and dangerous behavior—especially while representing a company in a marked vehicle. Not a great look at all. License plate number 61A VZI

Dwayne Dotson was fantastic! He was very timely at showing up when he said, his manners were impeccable, any offered additional post drain clean out services that he believes my cast-iron pipes are going to need in the future. Thanks D and thanks Frank Gay!

Chris came out to our house to assess a cracked water pipe in our front yard. He was very prompt, on time especially in our emergency need to be able to have this repaired to have water. He was very thorough with my questions and very transparent on pricing. I was able to add the membership plan into my service fee today and am looking forward to having that as a safety net. Thanks again Chris for coming to our rescue today!

Keith from Frank Gay Services was wonderful today. He exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the right service for me. He took his time to explain so I understood each part of the process. He made follow up appointments for further services for the next day to accommodate my schedule. I will be a loyal Frank Gay and Keith customer not just for plumbing but for my AC and electrical needs as well.

I have the pleasure of meeting the most amazing technician Mr John C. Very caring , courteous, punctual and understanding person. He does the plumbing for my half bathdroom, he did a great job. Not only did he did a great job, he explained everything that he was doing .He also cleaned up when he was finished. That's a plus. It was a great experience Mr. Ramos our plumber was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He identified and fixed many problems I asked him about and even those I didn’t, he gave me recommendations on up keep and the proper methods for small projects. overall great customer service I’d give him more stars if I could!

On 2-19-25 Joe Mitchell came to my house to inspect a possible faulty pare on my A/C unit. Joe inspected the part and at that time the part was in working order. I was concerned because my A/C unit is only about 14 months old and this part had to be replaced twice. We were very satisfied with Joe’s inspection and service.

Once again, not disappointed in the services. Chris Maldonado came out again to install UV lights on an air conditioning unit. He took the time to listen to all my concerns that led to installing the UV lights. He also took the time to explain how the whole system works. Very thorough and showed real empathy in the situation we were dealing with. Thank you again, Chris.

The tech who came out to do the bid was VERY nice, professional and seemed very thorough. He gave bid before he left … which was a refreshing change from most.

But the PRICE!! OMG!! It was like 3x higher then the other companies for the same work (electric for new dock). When giving me the bid, they focused on their FREE financing … told me what my monthly cost would be before they gave me the actual total! Perhaps they take advantage of people who simply don’t have the ability to pay cash for the job up front, by overcharging?

Won’t be using. The reason I even gave two stars was because of the tech was good … price gets one star!!

My tech Jaylen Ruolo arrived in 45 minutes, solved my kitchen sink and toilet clog issues quickly and professionally at half the price of a competitor. He came as a tech and left as a good friend. I highly recommend Frank Gay services.

Frank Gay services, amazing experience, from making the call to the technician, David Armstrong. First I received a pic of who the technician was going to be and an appropriate time of arrival. This man was very professional, respectful and straight to the point with everything, explained everything from possibilities to worst case scenario. Very respectful towards my home, my family and the entire situation. Thank you David Armstrong and thank you Frank Gay .

Awful experience. My service window was 4-8
Pm. At 630 I called to ensure I would recieve the 1 hour call ahead . I was informed at this time my appointment was canceled and I was not told . I was able to re schedule it after arguing and 30 minutes later was notified that appointment was canceled. The third tech arrived and immediately told me this would not be an 89$ diagnostic it was a 500$ diagnostic and he really just didn’t want to do it because it would be a large job . He recommended calling another company ( which I did ) and they were able to fix the problem in 3 minutes . Highly recommend searching for other companies before you use this company !!!

Mr Goff with Frank Gay was promptly on time. He gave me all the options for fixing our plumbing issue with the bathtub/shower. He tried the easy, less expensive, route first. That didn't work and he showed me why. He then explained how the issue could be fixed correctly and helped set up the process. He was knowledgable and very personable/kind.
