We just had Red Cap come out to do plumbing and electrical work. The cost estimators and all the technicians did a great job. They were professional, efficient, neat and clean. Mike, Michael, Adam, Aaron, Tony, and Joey. We would like to thank Adam for going above and beyond. He made us feel safe and sound. Joey has a bright future with them as he is a hard working young man. Merry Christmas Red Cap!!!!

I had an exceptional experience with Red Cap Plumbing and would highly recommend their services! From the outset, the communication was excellent; they called ahead to inform me of the arrival of their HVAC technician, Leo Rodriguez, who was punctual and professional.

Upon arrival, Leo quickly got to work diagnosing the issue. His knowledge and expertise were evident, as he took the time to explain the problem in detail and provided honest recommendations. His informative approach made me feel confident in the solutions he presented.

Very nice and knowledgeable technician. Did a great job. Did not try to oversell from the beginning just went to work to get the job done that needed to be done. Had very fair pricing for the job. I had dealt with a different plumbing company previously on another property that wanted way more for less.

We got the maintenance done for our AC. My techs were prompt and on point with their presentation of they're investigation. They took great pictures of what they found. Explained what it takes to fix it and showed decent prices for the work. It was a great experience.

Had a tankless hot water heater installed by Red Cap ~ 4 years ago. It wasn’t heating water as quickly nor was the water as hot. Called Red Cap for some maintenance. Philip arrived ahead of schedule and checked out the diagnostics, which were fine, but said I was keeping the temperature too low. I got a discounted price for the flush, gave me great info on a kit so I can do the flush myself in future, and gave me info to maintain my water softener. Philip was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this company.

Thank you to "Mike Patterson" at Red Cap for bringing our "old water softener system" back to life. Mike was polite, informative and our water softener is working.
We have also had our air conditioner cleaned and was pleased with the results.
It is refreshing to have a company whose employees speak English.

I had a flat tire today and thanks to redcap and their great employee Leo I was able to get back on the road. He explained the whole process and made me get home in time for dinner with my family. A little action that goes a long way. This type of behavior and personality makes a company and their employees great! I would totally recommend Redcap for anyone looking for honesty and transparency.

They sent Beau to resolve our aircon issue. Exceptional service. Hugely knowledgeable guy, so willing to share and explain the system and problem. Very honest good guy. Quickly sorted the problem. If this is the level of Red Cap employees then what a great company this must be. Will only use them in future.

Red Cap, Plumbing, air and electric just recently installed my new Electric Heater that I purchased from Home Depot. The water Heater was delivered on Friday and installed on Saturday. Very quick turnaround. I would most definitely use them again. Mike H and Tyler H, the service technicians were excellent. They kept me updated on my appointment times, arrived on time, and the work was completed the same day. Very good customer service all around.

Other than the very common issue with someone arriving within the stated window of time, our tech Mohamed was more than helpful as well as extremely accommodating in adjusting the charge for his visit.
Our clog had luckily cleared itself before his arrival and after verifying that all was clear and functional, Mohamed was able to reduce the charge to a more appropriate amount!
Amazing customer service and a very sweet gentleman that politely stayed for a few extra minutes listening to my 85 year old Mom chat about numerous topics when he truly needed to sprint off to his next appointment.

I had a great experience with Leo. He explained everything so well. I don’t have a great understanding of anything HVAC and he made sure to explain it in a way I could understand and comprehend. He made sure to show up on time and work efficiently. He was kind to me and my family. He did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend him to anyone !!!

Zachary Buckner did a phenomenal job redoing my kitchen sink. Worked with knowledge, patience, determination, found solutions for certain problems that he encountered, and also explained me step by step all the process, and how everything has to fit, following the codes, precision and quality. The Red Cap Representative was courteous and professional, and I enjoyed his presentation. However, the cost he presented was much too high. The competition undercut his high end proposal by approximately 30%. He followed up in an attempt to present a better deal. If he were allowed to offer the best price at the beginning, I may have selected his bid.

Zach was fantastic to work with. He came to my home to take care of several plumbing issues and was extremely thorough and professional throughout the entire process. He clearly knows his craft, explained things well, and made sure everything was done right. On top of that, he’s a great guy to talk to and a true handyman who can handle just about any job. Highly recommend!

The repair man arrived on time which was a good timing. He was very professional and respectable and made a great recommendations. He also cleaned a d removed all debris. If I ever need repairs again I would request Mr. Morris. They do not come no better then him. His work was outstanding.

Muhammad is an outstanding plumber. Courteous, knowledgeable, hard-working, and clearly takes great pride in doing a job right. Steve joined him later on the service call, and he was just as sharp and professional. I'm pretty sure my service took longer and was more difficult than the promo package was really intended for, and these gentlemen were total pros and genuinely pleasant to be around. Highly recommended!

Red Cap Plumbing and thier Tech Aaron Morris were top notch. They showed up same day for a water heater replacement and beat every other quote I received from four different Plumbers. Aaron was courtious and responsive. He came back the next morning as stated and completed the install in a timely manner and cleaned up the area once complete.

I had a great experience with my ac maintenance service today. The technician Quincy C. was very thorough and explained everything he was doing step by step. He also shared some valid information about my ac unit. I did really appreciate how he put foot covers on before entering my home. Showing how they respect someone’s home and are cautious. I will definitely be using them for my next maintenance call. This was overall a good service experience.
