Professional folks performing quick, reliable service for a water heater flush!

Relief Services was asked by my warranty company to contact me regarding a water line issue.
Josh called and wanted to set up an appointment the next day or the day after, neither day for which I had availability during their time slots. I asked Relief Services to please look for another day that would work for both of us. Josh's response: "Well, then we're just going to send this back to your warranty company."
Rude, uncooperative, unprofessional, uncompromising and inflexible company. I would not recommend Relief Services to anyone.

Called yesterday and Samantha who is very nice went over the issue at hand went above and beyond helping me by faq's and setting an appointment either the same day or next day. Today Joe the plumber her spouse, came out and is very nice and professional fixed the dual kitchen sink due to a slow leak caused by grease most likely after cleaning air fryer with minimal grease several times in which built up over time was efficient and fast, as well as, explained what needed to be done and the cause of the issue as explained.

Branden was helpful by sending the appointment via text and when Joe was en route today which was a window of 8-12 but Joe was out around 9ish. Their pricing was on average the same as most plumbing companies, however, Joe is a plumber and not a tech who has over 15 years of experience and I saw that on how he resolved and fixed the real slow dual kitchen sink clog quickly and efficiently! Thank you Relief Services LLC for all you do by helping my Mom and me, and your thorough and caring staff!

Pluming issue: As soon as my horrid leasing company assigned them to our issue life was so much better. They clearly communicated time frames and were even able to get out sooner to us than expected. There was a possibility that they would have to get an estimate from our leasing company approved and come back... but the guys were able to fix it up for us without us having to wait. They turned the water back on at the road for us and even warned about possibility of air in the lines so to let it run for a few seconds. 10/10 service

Would absolutely recommend this company for mold remediation. Went above and beyond especially regarding the situation I have at this property.

Today we were in desperate need of some A/C repair as our home was not cooling for over a week. We searched online for a company with good reviews. We went with Relief Services LLC and they fixed our problem same day. For starters, they answered our phone call and scheduled a visit right away which was a relief in itself. Jim, a technician came out the same day in a just a few hours. He promptly and courteously assessed the problem within 15 minutes or so and gave us a total price. Luckily, he quickly installed a new motor assist starter for our outside unit and sure enough we had cool air coming in once again. Jim was kind, informative, and professional. We were happy to set up future electrical and plumbing work with this company through him before he left. We recommend this company for reliable service.

The repair gentleman, Javier, was fantastic. Got right to work on our shower issue. Cut a hole in the wall and discovered right away the problem. Was very polite. respectful and courteous to my wife. Actually cleaned up the mess on the floor and took the bag of trash to our trash can. Very thorough and knew what he was doing and did not waste any time. Now waiting on their proposal to complete the work. Very impressed!

Had an appointment today from 8-12. Called them at 11 45 as I had not heard anything. Told me their truck was down and they just got it out of shop. I asked for an ETA and they said 4 hrs. Are you kidding? Ever heard of calling customers in advance when issues arise? When I said never mind he thanked me for making his day easier !!

Mr. Taylor Biagioni did an outstanding job installing our new water softener system, I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge, he answered all my questions and I am extremely satisfied with his work. Thank you.

The plumber came out during the set window. He was very nice and listened to everything that I said. I'm looking forward to him returning to do the job.

*** 1/23 - They came out and did all of the plumbing in my mobile home which meant going underneath and working in a very tight space. They are polite and efficient workers. The job was done in much less time than we'd anticipated, which is always nice.

Also, they are getting ready to install a new air conditioner unit. I will update the review after installation.

We needed our septic pumped since the previous owners never had it done. Wasn’t sure where the tank was but Mike helped to locate it. Mike was very kind and knowledgeable about everything. He went above and beyond. His communication and customer service was above and beyond. I don’t know what I would have done without his help. I highly recommend this company and this worker when it comes to quality and proficiency. Thank y’all so much for getting this done for me. Won’t go anywhere else for septic issues. 10 stars if I could.

Would recommend and are now my permanent AC company

I recently hired this company to address a septic backup, initially believed to be caused by a faulty pump. Upon inspection, they confirmed both a failed pump (covered under warranty) and a failing drain field. They offered a competitive price for the drain field replacement, which I accepted, and they began work the next day—an impressive response time.

Unfortunately, complications arose when a hurricane hit during the project. While I understood the unavoidable delays, communication became a major issue. For over a week, I received no updates on when the work would be completed, leaving me without a functioning septic system. Despite my patience given the circumstances, the lack of responsiveness was disappointing.

During the installation, they accidentally broke a sprinkler head and replaced it at an improper height, causing it to be struck by my mower. While I didn’t bring this to their attention at the time, larger issues became apparent after they finished the job. Instead of using the existing conduit for the lifter pump’s electrical wiring, they buried the power cable directly in the ground, leaving it exposed near the control box—a safety concern. Additionally, they damaged an entire sprinkler zone, which I only discovered after they had left.

Attempts to contact them for resolution were unsuccessful. My calls and messages went unanswered, forcing me to pay out of pocket for sprinkler repairs. While the septic and pump installation itself was done well, their lack of post-service support and failure to address property damage significantly impacted my experience.

Overall, their technical work was solid, but poor communication and customer service prevent me from giving a higher rating.

Got them to come out and pump our septic tanks. Today another company came by to change the pump and once they opened it up, he left half the tank still full. There was a rag and pvc left at the bottom. He couldn’t pump our other tank because his truck was full. Once I called the company they told me they don’t take anything out of the tanks they didn’t put in. I’ve never had this issue with any other company we have used in the past! Your best bet is to NOT use them.

Glenn was knowledgeable and efficient. Worked quickly and was very polite.

They realize there has been problems with this unit from soon after installing it. They’re taking care of and letting me know the quickest way in replacing this troubled unit. Hopefully it won’t take too long. The head guy was great and understood the problem from the get go. He’s a 5 star man. Please let’s get this resolved and hopefully very quickly!

It was wonderful, he diagnosed the problem quickly and told me that my unit would need to be replaced, he was turning over his finds to ARW HOME WARRANTY.We will see if they cover it.
