the technician arrived at 4:15pm
ask for me who had went to the store and when told I was not there but an adult had answered the door he said he would call me then left with out doing the job note did not get a call but email around 4:30 note change of time of appointment to 4:12

Evidently, this trailer wasn’t put together like the others so there really wasn’t anything for him to do but check out . my husband had already done the water heater after it broke and flooded the house which left a few places in the floor messed up.(No one repaired, told the last guy about it, and this guy showed both of them ) before the last guy came out. And the washer was done different than other people so he didn’t have to do anything to it

Jessie was super friendly and quick with part one of our restoration. He made sure to place the required equipment in areas that would make our lives easier and made sure to explain each piece of equipment to us. Amazing service.

Plumbing, needed my kitchen sink replaced including plumbing pipes. So I hax already bought a sink but of course I didnt measure it. So 1hr later sink don't fit. I was going to go get another sink but they can't wait..I waited from 7-12:40 cause they where lost and late they where stifle to be here no later than 11am. And look how they just left even left thier tools. Left everything on the floor and didn't even clean up....just left a mess for $150.00 Never again!

Glen Sellers was very professional. We had a recall on 2 shutoff valves and other companies turn away. Relief Services stepped up to complete the work order.

Glenn was here promptly at 9:30 and helped me develop a three part plan to repairing the current air-conditioning system and to ultimately replace it with a completely new system. Part one was getting a new capacitor and getting the old system working. He did that in an hour.
Next is eliminating the mold that has accumulated in the handler inside.Glen is a delight and never made me feel uncomfortable about my need to phase in a new system. Financially it’s just not feasible.
I’m also thrilled that his company can handle plumbing and electrical issues in my 1950 - 75 year old home. Their capabilities make having services done as a one stop shop. I Feel like I have a partner in household maintenance.

Mark and another gentleman came and took care of replacing my hot water heater. They were excellent. Arrived early and performed excellent work. Even re wired that was unexpected. I highly recommend these guys.

Jacob did a fine job. He was courteous, friendly and efficient. We have used Alvarez for many years, for many different jobs. They have always been very good and we have never had any problems. We like the idea they are a family owned and operated company that has been around for many years.

I had my AC unit replaced by Kyle H and Stevon and they did a great job with the install, clean up and making sure I know how to set up the wifi connection on the thermostat. Also giving me value advice on how to properly clean my drain line.
I also had my Water Heater replaced on a separate day in April with Alvarez and that technician was in and out. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Incredible service!! I had a pipe burst just before midnight in my garage attic. The following day my landlord arranged service here + received early morning phone call from super kind woman at Alvarez to lmk they fit me into the schedule and technician would be there shortly. Jacob arrived + can’t say enough good things about his knowledge + kind attitude. The repair was pain free for me + quick. He was able to see other issues with 20+ old pipes + put through request for those repairs as well. I cannot give insight into the cost, as it is landlord responsibility but I will tell you the entire experience of service was valuable. Seriously the most professional + human kind emergency repair service I’ve experienced in this house. I could not be more grateful :)

Had a very pleasurable experience dealing with Alvarez from start to finish. I was in need of a new AC system & I shopped 3 other companies (Red Cap, Caldeco, Goose) and Alvarez seemed to have the best deal and overall quality experience & service.

I’d like to give some praise to Brian Montgomery, who was the senior tech & sales lead who I first met with & got a quote. I very much Enjoyed how he took the time to answer all of my many questions & gave me more detail & info than any of the other salesmen I saw before & after him. He’s been in this industry both in office & now back in the field for several years & been in Tampa for a long time, so he knew his stuff.

Also like to praise both KT & Sander, who were the two techs that performed the install. They both did a wonderful job & were great to chat with & get to know

Jacob F. was recommended by a neighbor. He was an excellent HVAC technician; Explained everything he was doing. Fixed an issue another company was going to charge me almost $600 to fix. Checked out my whole HVAC system and made recommendations that were reasonable. Jacob was extremely courteous and personable! Pricing was very reasonable. He is a credit to the company.

Last night we discovered a leak behind the toilet from the shut-off valve & turned the water off to the house. Chaos! Called Alvarez this morning & they promptly sent out Kaleb to fix the problem.
His courtesy, knowledge, & professionalism made this repair a breeze! It's not often you find a company that has good people and does good work. Thank you, Kaleb!
