Mr. Glenn Sanchez Betancourt was our technician today for an emergency service call on our air conditioner. He was extremely responsive, answering the call after work hours. His professionalism and expertise were exemplary in every aspect. He was thorough in his assessment, staying focused on the needed repairs and avoiding the sales pitch that everyone typically gets from an emergency AC repair call. I used Google to check the pricing of his repairs and he was on par especially given the responsiveness and his efforts to keep us apprised of the specifics of the repair. This company will be our first call from this point forward.

I had no problem with Luis Menendez He was kind and did his job with much respect for me and he put covers over his shoes. Very good worker. I would request him again if I need help with my AC again. I can't say enough of what a good worker he was. Glenda

Be warned!! If you get a quote from them they will never stop calling and texting you!! I got a quote 8months ago ish and I have received probably 4 voicemails, dozens of texts and spokes with at least 3 people and I can’t get them to stop!! Take my number out of your computers!!!!!

Even though we could not afford the requested service, Peyton and Comfort Authority deserve a good rating for providing a positive experience. Kayla, with customer service, reached out immediately to schedule an appointment. She followed up with texts. Peyton, the technician, arrived on time and was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. We requested a new spigot for the backyard, as well as replacements for old ones. He did a careful assessment of our plumbing and property. He explained the work details and gave us an estimate. The cost exceeded our budget, so he offered alternative options, which we also had to decline. Even so, we felt he was honest. We also appreciated that he respected our situation and did not pressure us. Thank you, Peyton and Comfort Authority.

Ura was my technician this afternoon and he absolutely knocked it out of the park. He was very professional, even showing me what he was doing and explained how the unit worked. Very honest and straightforward, I cannot recommend Comfort Authority enough!

Rick was super nice and very professional. He arrived right on time and explained what needed to be replaced and what those parts did in the operation of the AC unit. He showed me pictures which really helped me to understand the concerns. Rick provided several options as to how to remedy the situation, but most importantly, he made the repairs efficiently and I now have cold air back on! He put everything back and left me no mess. We just had our HVAC system maintenance performed by Ura, who was absolutely excellent in not only customer service, but expertise in all things HVAC. I've never had a technician explain everything in such detail with such friendly professionalism. I highly recommend Ura & the Comfort Authority!

Luis took great care of us. He is a very nice, polite young man. He explained everything he was doing while he was doing it. He showed me the leak detector which was unfortunately beeping when placed next to both our units. He worked with me to get me the best price on our repair. We are happy to know he will be coming back when he gets the part to install it. I bought a service plan because I trust this company and will be using them again (when I have to). I definitely recommend them.

We had comfort authority install a new system in Oct 2024 within days after the hurricanes fried our old unit. Other companies said their lead time was weeks, if not a month or more, but comfort authority got is set with a new unit in 3 days.

Recently had an issue with the relay and Glenn was our tech that diagnosed and replaced the relay. He was professional and courteous (as all of the techs are! As well as their dispatch and Maverick who answers the phone). He explained the issue using normal words and didn't try to film flam me with Industry terms and phrases. While waiting on the part he was able to do a bypass to ensure we got cold air, and installed the part promptly. Thank you, comfort authority!!

Dalton the plumber came out to look at my leak outside. He was extremely helpful, very professional. Come to find out it was my sprinkler in the complex. I would highly recommend this company and him as a plumber. I highly appreciate the free estimate also. Thank you for the job well done Dalton.

Michael Kennedy was my AC technician. He was understanding of my problem with thermostat not working properly, and returned the next day at no charge to resolve the issue. (I have an older AC, and the Control board needed reprogramming. AC and thermostat now work perfectly. It was a pleasure to work with Michael. I recommend this company highly.

Being a retired, single woman, it can be difficult to trust companies these days, so I rely heavily on reviews. The Comfort Authority did not let me down. From the moment I reached out, the communication was outstanding, from scheduling my appointment to receiving text updates about the technician’s arrival. Although, my issue wasn’t fully resolved, the team was extremely helpful. Everyone I interacted with including Ethan, the manager, the technicians, and even the answering service was pleasant, professional, and provided great customer service. I truly appreciate their honesty and effort.

I had an issue with my A/C suddenly not cooling, and The Comfort Authority came to the rescue. Rick, the technician, quickly diagnosed the problem and provided clear recommendations for repair. He was courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Best of all, he fixed the issue the same day, and my AC is now working perfectly. So these people came in on a holiday Eve. Told me there was no additional price for that, but that they'd have to get back to me with parts and labor. Charged me for coming out quite a bit of money.

They told me my air conditioning system was not under warranty. They told me they'd get back to me with an estimate. They eventually sent me a number, but it did not include any breakdown. As an afterthought, I went and got another estimate, from another company.... And yes, my system is under warranty and yes it was 1/3 of the number quoted to me by the comfort authority.

I can't imagine ever using the comfort authority or recommending this company to anyone.

I called for a technician to come to see why my heating unit wasn't working. Rick was out to my house within an hour. He was very professional and checked everything thoroughly. Rick also checked my cooling system and will be back out to do some work that is under warranty. I was presented with four options to get my system working properly. I have used the Comfort Authority for many years and highly recommend them.

We called them for a 2nd opinion on a quote from another company. We found them to be very fair and responsive. Every call was returned in a timely manner. When a call to a supervisor was needed, it was returned quickly. The technician, Glenn, that came out both times was fabulous. Very knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend this company and Glenn.
