Purchased AC in 2022. Recently the fan quit blowing. Called for service. Got same day service with JEROME. He was terrific! He went to Carrier warehouse to get my part. My AC was repaired quickly and same day I called ABC. Great company and Jerome is a great technician! Thank you!!

Justin came to service my A/C unit today for the upcoming summer heat and was very thorough and made honest recommendations on what should be done to mitigate potential problems as my A/C gets older. Very nice man and he loves cats 🐈‍⬛ ❤️

Though some technicians are very helpful, the company's service is unpredictable. Dispatch communication is unclear. For example, I had a technician come out Friday to service the AC unit as part of regular maintenance. The unit won't cool today.

Suspect that there may be a freon leak from a novice tech. Called the manager, and he had another company call me to send a technician tonight. I didn't know another company would be involved until following up with another call two hours later.

Though I have been patient with failed inspections, multiple call backs and repeated phone calls to get resolutions, I have had enough. I am cancelling the club membership and finding another vendor.

Thank you Chris for the outstanding job that you did replacing the water heater and water softener. Chris answered all my questions and concerns without hesitation. Very pleased with the results. From the initial contact by Dakota and follow up by Brandon. Thank you for a job well done!

Highly recommend this company. I broke a water spigot outside of my house. The company sent Dakota and he was here in 30 minutes. He spent 20-30 min fixing the problem and did a great job! I really appreciate how quickly this issue was fixed. I had other companies telling me they could come in 2-3 days. Thankfully everything is fixed! Thank you so much!!

Got to give a huge shout out to Jeremiah Tech 630… right off the bat he was extremely friendly and respectful. After having numerous other techs look at my newly installed unit, he was the first to actually diagnosed the issue that I was having. He went over and beyond with explaining to me what was going on and what was needed to be done to fix the issue. Thank you again, Jeremiah. I look forward to working with you on fixing my unit for real this time.

Justin was very polite and personable we both have a love of animals so it’s always great to speak with someone like him. He knew I had to go pick up one of my foster animals from the vet so he worked very quickly to meet my time needs. I would highly recommend Justin and ABC

I had a few issues with the purchase and installation of my A\C unit. The unit stuck out far more than anticipated and the routing of copper piping was horrible. I also did not get a correct size filter for my unit. Though the installer did promise to come back and address my issues, I did not hear back from him. I called ABC about the issues. But, I feel that there was no communication between the dispatcher and the technician because they were I'll prepared. Jerome the tech did a great job addressing the problems I had, but the company has yet to give me a proper air filter. I know it's a small thing, but should have been fixed far sooner. Jerome is the only reason this company is getting more than 2 stars.

Julian S. came by 3/16/25. Our fan on the air scrubber stopped working properly. Our UV light was also not working as intended. Julian troubleshot our issues and had us back in running in no time. Explained in detail and gave options for work completion. Great job Julian and ABC.

Justin did a thorough cleaning. Let us know what needed to be done and the prices. He was able to complete a lot of what was needed to be done and gave us further recommendations. No pressure on having to do everything at once. He seemed very knowledgeable.

Recently, Jerome fixed my Air Conditioning System. He was professional and personabable.
He diagnosed the problem correctly and went out of his way to ensure that it was fixed in a timely fashion. Its been about a week and the system has been running perfectly. I am a happy customer!! Thank you!!

Brandon was very professional and courteous. He did a great job in a very short time. I have no complaints about Brandon. I give him 5 stars. I will say that I felt the price was very high for the work that was being done. They should give you a ball park figure when you call. However, this is about Brandon. Thank you!

Julian S. performed the service. He was on-time, professional, and knowledgeable. I had a few questions which he answered and he made a few suggestions for improvements without making it feel like a sales pitch. Excellent experience.

What a pleasure to meet Jerome and have him working on my A/C. He was on time, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very well spoken! When confronted with an ill fitting filter holder, he solved the problem quickly! He is enthusiastic and enjoyed his work. He is ready for additional responsibility in ABC!

It took three appointments before someone finally came at 8:30PM to do annual maintenance on my a/c . The second time they called to reschedule , the girl on the phone was very rude and arrogant and when I asked her for her name she hung up on me. The technician. Justin F. was very polite, knowledgeable and apologetic for the poor customer service I received, especially since I pay $14.97 a month for a priority membership.
I am very disappointed with ABC .

Chris our technician was very polite and professional. He did an excellent job and answered the questions I had. He was very knowledgeable and cleaned up the area after he was done. Definitely will request him again when the need arises. Thanks again definitely an asset to your company.

Matt is an outstanding professional technician who went above and beyond to resolve my issue. He explained in detail the task and advised me the best course of action. He was very friendly with great people skills. I highly recommend him and ABC Plumbing.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They’ve been nothing but difficult to work with. Not to mention that they will try to make 200% profit off of you at any chance they get. I’m not unfortunately roped into some stupid subscription with them. But they somehow can’t supply the invoice or paperwork that has my signature that I agreed to it. I’m down also $1000 for a capacitor swap and no real permanent fix, just a bandaid. And now it’s almost $200 for a 6 month subscription. Absolutely worst company. You want good AC work and help? Got to Temples AC and ask for Scott or Chris. They’re good work and actually worth it. Wish I never contacted these folks. ABC is horrible.

Our tech named Matt Kavanaugh was very professional and knowledgeable about the job. He was on time and provided us with information on how to better treat our water using a state of art filtration system as well as a comprehensive evaluation of our plumbing system. Outstanding service and Kudos to all! Keep up the good work!
