I called Comfort Authority after noticing my AC wasn’t cooling as it should and hearing an unusual noise from the inside unit I’m so glad I did! Rick, my technician who came out was absolutely outstanding — knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly patient. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood what steps needed to be done to correct the serious issue I was dealing with!

Rick didn’t just fix the issue; he checked everything thoroughly and made sure the job was truly done right before leaving. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, professionalism, and genuine care for the customer experience this well.

I had a great plumbing inspection and scheduled our tech (I forget his name, but he was awesome) to come out and change out a fitting and pipe to our water heater. He was super punctual, respectful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend comfort authority for AC and plumbing!!

Chris came out to do my annual A/C maintenance, and instead of rushing through it, he truly listened to concerns I’ve had for years. He took the time to look back through my service history and saw that I had been complaining about uneven heating and cooling for nearly five years.

He didn’t brush it off — he went above and beyond. Chris climbed into my attic to inspect the ductwork, checked every vent in the rooms I was having problems with, and then clearly explained what was causing the uneven temperatures in my home.

True to his word, five days later the team came out and made duct modifications. A week after that, they returned for a few final adjustments. For the first time in five years, my home is finally comfortable — my rooms are now within one degree of each other. The difference is incredible.

I am so grateful for Chris’s dedication, professionalism, and willingness to advocate for me. He truly went to bat for us and made sure the issue was fixed the right way.

Highly recommend The Comfort Authority, absolutely fantastic company and service! Our home a/c system was 9 years old and needed repairs. We contacted The Comfort Authority to ask for an estimate. Derek Deese came out to our home with a technician and did a full analysis of the system. Derek gave us options to repair or replace the system in a totally professional and no pressure way. Since it was close to end of life use at 9 years old, we chose to replace the entire system with a new air handler and condenser and new smart thermostat that links to our home WiFi with cell phone apps for remote control. Price was very reasonable and the lowest of all the competing quotes we received by far. We also added a whole home air purification system, surge protectors, and fogging sanitizer to clean and disinfect the entire ductwork system. We also added the 10 year warranty which includes all parts and labor. The installation team of Gary, Chris, and Michael did an outstanding job. They showed up at 8:00 AM the next day and worked for 11 straight hours. They removed the entire old system and installed the brand new system and were totally professional and walked us through operating the system. We signed up for the regular maintenance program which includes regular whole house a/c and plumbing inspection and maintenance. We are very happy with the new system which is operating perfectly. Highest recommendation for the Comfort Authority!

Great service, even better people

Big shoutout to the team at The Comfort Authority! We just replaced an aging AC unit with them (thanks to Luis for the initial inspection, Derek for the help with the planning and design, and Gary & Shiar for the smooth install). It’s such a relief knowing we won’t be sweating it out this summer!

They also just started offering plumbing in the last year, which is awesome. James was fantastic—he fixed a bunch of lingering issues we had in one visit. It’s rare to find a company that does both AC and plumbing this well. They’re honest, fair, and they genuinely seem to care about the homeowner as well as their product. Definitely our go-to from now on!

Luis serviced my HVAC/AC and Dalton took care of plumbing/water heater. Both services handled with perfection and very detailed. I had a water heater installed in 2006 that needed an immediate swap out. 2 hours later I had a new water heater delivered and installed thanks to Dalton and Comfort Authority. 5 stars to both these guys. Jerome came out for a follow up on a recurring HVAC problem that was hard to pin down. The compressor just ran without any fan. He was very personable, checked all the components and agreed, we tried a new thermostat and it worked! Highly recommend Jerome as a pro tech and he’s a great guy to have work in your home

Justin my ABC plumbing- Heating and Air technologist was fantastic! He diagnosed the HVAC issue, showed me and explained the issue, took photos( BTW… insurance company’s always ask for photos) and addressed the problem for repair!

Raphael did a great job with my unit, but we were without AC because of delays in getting the Lenox parts. Not the fault of the technician as he had to come back a few times to make it right.

This gentleman was polite from the moment I opened the door to the time he left. He is the best associate ABC has sent to our home since we began using their services. Just booking alone, they can't get it straight. First, they were eager to book me in for same day. Got a confirmation that a technician will call me 30 minutes before coming out. Half an hour later, someone else called said they made a mistake with the booking. There is earliest is 10 days away. Thanks but no thanks. All the 5 reviews are done within the last few months.

Dakota and his teammate were extremely courteous and professional. They gave me some advice on other work I may want to do down the road and inspections for when I want to buy a new home down the road. I will definitely call ABC again

Called for just an AC system check since summer is around the corner and Jerome, my service technician, was great and gave me a lot of helpful/useful information being that I am a new home owner. I will definitely be getting continued service with this company and I highly recommend Jerome and ABC services!

Jerome Miller is one of the best and my favorite HVAC technician I’ve ever dealt with. First off I didn’t have to wait long once he notified me that he was on his way. Once he arrived he introduced himself and asked what was the issued. He went right to work and wasted no time after I told him as a homeowner and what troubleshooting I’ve done. He thoroughly investigated and checked everything again. After checking the power and all the connections, he then checked the system pressure. Everything checked out good. He finally checked inside the air handler and that’s where he found a blown fuse which fixed the issue. But he went beyond that to make sure the freon level was good. Jerome was not only a good technician but he was also very friendly and very approachable. He definitely made a believer out of me…that all house call service technicians are not just out to dig deep in your wallet. I will definitely use Jerome and this company again with all my HVAC needs. I will also recommend Jerome to all my friends if they ever need HVAC issues.

A/C went out and Justin was literally at my door within 45 minutes in the pouring rain. VERY thorough, did not try to gouge me for unnecessary items! Highly recommend JUSTIN!

Jerome, our Technician, arrived for a service call. He was a pleasant and polite young man. He had to deliver some VERY unfortunate news. He presented the news professionally and thoroughly detailing what he found. He proceeded to inform us about what needed to be done, making sure we understood. Thank you for your work, Jerome!

Jerome came to make sure my AC unit would pass the final inspection scheduled for Monday. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and I hope they send him back sometime. He fixed the wires that were on the outside and moved them to the inside of the unit where they should have been placed originally. He did a great job!
