My Husband and I just recently had Maintenance service for our HVAC and Plumbing systems through Comfort Authority and the two gentlemen that came out were awesome. Dalton was very professional and friendly and helped us out with a last minute issue with our shutoff valve that was seized up. Later in the same day Glenn came out and serviced our HVAC and he was also great. He was very knowledgeable and gave us some good tips for maintenance going forward. They both gave us quotes on future items to fix or improve issues we are having.

Chris stopped by today to check the A/C. I’m so glad he is back! It’s comforting to have the same technician stop by every year. He knows where everything is and he is very knowledgeable about air conditioning systems. Dalton the plumber is great! He quickly identified a concern with my toilet. He thoroughly explained it to me. It was a quick repair and now it is much better! Thank you!! I highly recommend Dalton!

I have had many experiences with the Comfort Authority and some of them have been very frustrating. However, unlike many other companies, The Comfort Authority has strives to make up for those particular experiences to make them better. Ultimately they want each and every customer to have a 5 star experience. Whether or not that is actually possible, I can't say for sure. I can speak on my own behalf and say that this has been the case for me. I've only had positive experiences on the phone with them - Whether that be with a representative or with the son or wife of the owner. My experiences with the technicians who have come to my home have all been positive. The main technician, Peter, is an honest person that wants the customer (me) to be happy with the product and services and also wants to make sure that all the details are clarified so that there is no confusion. My unit that was installed by them is and has been running as it should be. Moving forward I feel confident that I can rely on them to properly diagnose and correct any issues I may have. Overall, I feel that with the honesty, integrity, and willingness to right any wrongs - I feel they deserve 5 stars.

Ura from Comfort Authority was fantastic! He handled my AC maintenance thoroughly and took the time to explain everything he was talking care of in a very informative, easy to understand way. On top of that, he was incredibly friendly and patient—especially with my wildly excited mini goldendoodle. Usually I have to keep my dog put away during maintenance visits, but Ura made sure to properly introduce himself, which made the whole experience stress-free for all of us. My experience with The Comfort Authority was nothing but positive from beginning to end. My AC unit was unusually loud after a year and a half of moving into my new home. As a first-time homeowner, I was unsure who to call but after reading so many positive reviews on this company, I gave them a call and I'm glad I did! Luis came out to inspect my AC unit and perform general maintenance. He was thorough and showed me exactly what was wrong with my unit. He explained my options from replacing parts, replacing the outdoor unit or replacing the outdoor and indoor unit. After exploring my options, I decided to replace the whole unit. Luis got me in touch with Gerri. Gerri came out about an hour later and explained the entire AC installation process as well as financing options, add ons and the benefits of each. Not once did I feel I was being pushed or swayed to make a decision. Gerri gave me his professional opinion but ultimately left it to me to decide. The next day, the installers Gary and Chris showed up to put in my new outdoor and indoor unit. They were efficient and took great care of my property in the process. After installation, they explained the new system to me and demonstrated how to use the new thermostat they put in. Everyone was extremely polite and professional. I will continue to use this company for all my HVAC and plumbing needs!
