Very good communications, and very fast! We had an issue with our A/C a few days after Red Cap had repaired it, and they came back on a Saturday morning and fixed the problem. I recomend the service plan. Very reasonably priced. No hassle, great service!

The appointment process was very easy, we set a date and time frame that was convenient for me and a few days before the appointment they text me with a two hour window for the service call and the technician arrived within the first hour block. We appreciated not having to wait half a day waiting. The technician, Ashton was personable and friendly. He was thorough with his inspection and the cleaning of our system. Ashton came across as honest and trustworthy and he made several service recommendations that we are considering. We would highly recommend Red Cap for any AC needs that anyone has.

A’monie (my service the) is amazing! He came by to do a pre seasonal inspection of the HVAC unit. I’ve had a lot of contractors and reps come out to homes and I’m going to say he’s not one of, but THE best, most friendly guy I’ve come across. Extremely professional, interpersonal tact is above reproach, funny, and very respectful. I will 100% be using them again.

I have been using Red Cap for a few years now. I had Leo Rodriguez come yesterday for my maintenance of my AC system. He did a thorough job taking pictures and notifying me of an issue I was having with my unit. He explained everything thoroughly as far as what was needed to be done as well as what options I had available. Unlike other companies I had used in the past they had all the parts available that day and was able to fix the issues I had. I can't recommend this company enough and never had any issues with their technicians or scheduling whatsoever

Just wanted to leave my feedback for a recent visit by Simon from Red Cap. There was excellent communication prior to the visit. Technician arrived on time. He was professional and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my system and made recommendations. I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy in trying to upsell me on everything -simply gave me the facts and let me make my own decision. Compared to another service I had before this is a vast improvement. Customer service is everything. Thank you again to Simon for being knowledgeable and courteous.

I’ve used recap before , we always request Cody as our electrician. He is great and does very clean and amazing work. He is a very honest guy which is hard to come by nowadays. I appreciate this company and the standard they hold their employees to.

Today we had another fantastic experience with Red Cap Plumbing, AC and Electric. It was an emergency call that was accepted and addressed on the same day that we called, and then they found the issue. The following day they were here, bright, and early with all of the new equipment that was to be installed. Stephen and Tony did an amazing job of perfecting what was an otherwise aged piece of equipment that was to be replaced long before they had ever gotten to you. We appreciate so much Red Cap being so responsive and responsible to our needs, and the professionalism behind their service. These two gentlemen along with the initial Tech that came out yesterday, whose name is Bannon, were were all together a very qualified group that created a great representation of the expertise of Red Cap. They will always be our service tax.

The men did an incredible job, Toney & Serga were the best team I have ever delt with.
Having been in construction my whole life, there work was like a perfectly orchestrated performance. It was incredible to watch them work with very little talking of what needed to be done. I will highly recommend Tony and Sega ti my of my friends our neighbors.

But Skyler and Brandon we’re top notch in helping us get our hot water heater back on. Then not only worked with us with our budget, but also their professionalism will be the reason I continue to call them back. Brandon, the Tech refuses to go home until the job is done correctly and there will be no future problems. Skyler, his manager made sure we were taken care of and gave me confidence in working with Red Cap again.

Tyler and Zander did a fantastic job installing a softener and routing the drain for back wash. They removed an old drain hardware and even patched the remaining holes in the wall. They took time to drain my hot water heater and got it filled with softened water ready for the whole house use immediately. I plan to request them for my next plumbing job.
