Joe Cool technicians has always been very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Today Mark was no different. Mark was very nice, respectful, and pleasant to talk to. He gave me some tips in regards to maintenance and when to know a problem could be near. I will definitely request him for any future plumbing situations. I use Joe Cool for my AC, plumbing, and watersoftner. Great service always.

Elijah from Joe Cool was our technician. He was on time, very personable and communicative. He provided a detailed review of our three heating and cooling units and then identified where immediate repairs were necessary and other areas that we should consider for later repairs. He didn’t pressure us to do any work that he didn’t consider immediately necessary and offered the option for a consultation with a heating expert. We recommend Elijah and Joe Cool highly.

Javier was very helpful and examined our a/c system and explained options to help us prevent a mold problem when it gets warmer over the summer. Once we get the quote we will discuss. He was polite and knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions.

Jacob came out the morning we called because our heat pump had iced up. Since it was the coldest morning of the year so far we were very happy he arrived so quickly. He was very professional and personable and diagnosed our problem right away. He gave us a thorough explanation, in simple terms, of the issue, and several options for how it could be handled. He was knowledgeable and courteous, and gave us some tips on keeping our unit running more smoothly which we really appreciated. The next time the unit needs serving we will definitely ask for Jacob. He has a great attitude, and we appreciated his candor.

You should do whatever you can to keep Javier and maybe get him to train others or apprentices you bring on the team. He explained the issues and the solutions in detail - in words I can understand. I never write bad reviews or say anything negative about anyone, but my experience was so bad that I would be doing everyone a disservice if I didn’t mention it. I had a very minor leak in a valve under my sink. The rep came out and was very nice but said it would be $500 to replace the valve. As someone in the real estate profession I know that price is grossly above market and the fact that they charge $90 to come out and give a ridiculous quote doesn’t feel right. I would only call this company if you like wasting money or really enjoy overpaying

Roughly two years ago, Joe Cool installed a Daiken unit and replaced old air ducts at our residence. We opted to pay a monthly fee that covers a system check every 6 months. Joe Cool has never sent a rep we didn’t like but there is one in particular that we think very highly of, Javier. He is always thorough and has kept our unit in top notch condition. Joe Cool offers many add-on features which Javier shares with us, including how each may benefit us. What we have come to appreciate however, is that Javier never comes across as a salesman. He treat us with respect and truly cares that we are satisfied with products and/or services provided. I hope the management team at Joe Cool recognizes what a valuable employee they have. If he were under my employ, a raise would be in order! 😉

Joey took the time to really explain everything in full detail and educated my husband and I on the full process. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. The installation manager was very attentive to his crew and the crew did such a fantastic job! It was a great experience. The whole entire team was fabulous!! I highly recommend this company!! They exceeded our expectations!!!

It’s a Friday afternoon and I have a leak of a gallon a minute somewhere James comes to the house finds the leak then has it fixed before dark! Excellent service and a quality job. I won’t be calling anyone else in the future. Thanks, Joe

The technician was very efficient, however, he was supposed to reinstall a garage sink and replace two shutoff valves. He quoted us $1000 for the minor repair and sink installation! This fee was exorbitant so I only had him replace the shutoff valves for $638 which was also unreasonable.
