They made it out to our house the same day I called and Jesus was absolutely lovely. He worked quickly and cleanly and was very sweet about everything. Will definitely be calling again if we ever have future issues!

I’ve had 2 other plumbers come out over the years and they’ve been ok. I didn’t want to use the last company because of the last person that was sent out so I saw the good reviews for Olin and gave them a call. First off they were up front cost. Second when Jesus came out and looked at it he gave me a price and I could have cried. It was way less than I thought it was going to be.

My pipe outside the pvc glue gave out the night before and I called them in the morning since I know where the shut off is. I explained what happened and what I broke trying to save the pipe to Jesus who let me know he could replace what I had with something more sturdy replacing the line with copper and eliminating this strange connection I had.

I didn’t know the spigot outside requires a code adapter piece on there now. While I thought there was a possibility I could fix what I had I knew I’d screw something up and called a professional. It was a smart move.

I can’t express how comforting and reassuring Jesus was. He was confident about what could be done. He was so professional and made my outside connection look great instead of this big upside down U pvc monstrosity that was outside previously. Olin Plumbing was a life saver and I plan on calling them in the future for what issues will pop up. I’ll have my fingers crossed for Jesus again, but I have a feeling he’s not the only awesome plumber at Olin!

Oh my goodness! What extraordinary service! I called Olin as my bathrooms were backing up and they sent Estevan out. He was so polite, helpful and he even called the previous plumber to see if there was a warranty on their work before he got started (he was trying to save me some money). Estevan found the problem and showed me what was wrong. He fixed the issue, cleaned up behind himself (I think that its cleaner than when he started, lol), and I paid the exact price that he quoted me earlier. I was so impressed with him. He even said that his company has integrity and that all of the employees want to do a good job. I love that! If anyone asks me for a recommendation for a good plumbing company, I will definitely recommend Olin (and hopefully you'll get Estevan, lol)

Olin Plumbing was able to get me scheduled at the time I needed for a few items. Jesus showed up, and after completing some assessments and inspections, he provided a solid game plan for my plumbing needs. He was also very informative and kind. Thanks, Jesus, and thanks, Olin! I'll be calling again when I need you.

This was my first experience with Olin Plumbing. I never enjoy it when I need a plumber, but Olin made it a very good experience. Everything was smooth and simple, from my initial phone call to schedule the appointment to having the work completed. I really appreciated getting the name and a picture of my technician prior to his arrival.

Jesus showed up during the time window specified. He had a great attitude and smile. He also really seems to like the company he is working for. That counts for a lot to me. Jesus was efficient and thorough. He went straight to work, checking out the leaks and replacing the valves. He explained what he found and the probable cause. He had the parts he needed on his truck. I appreciate him not having to go back to the office or the hardware store to complete the job.

All in all, it was an excellent experience. I will keep Olin's phone number and Jesus's name at the top of my list of service providers. Next time I need a plumber, Olin will be my first call.

Great experience with Olin Plumbing. This is the second time we called them and they have done a great job both times. Jesus was awesome. Explained everything, kept things clean and did a great job. My dog has also decided that Jesus is now one of her best friends.

Case Plumbing is now charging unreasonably high prices after an ownership change. Case was our go-to plumber for over a decade, but this is not the same company anymore. We were quoted $400 by Case and quickly called a competitor who quoted $150. And then Case charged us $75 just to show-up - they literally provided nothing in exchange for the $75. We were loyal to Case for years and referred our friends because we trusted Case to not rip us off. We will be finding a new plumbing service. I would also point your attention to the review of a former employee below who quit because he did not want to swindle his clients.

Zach, Nate , and Michael did an amazing job explaining all aspects of the repairs to be done and I truely appreciate them showing me the quality material that they used. The day of the repipe Zach, Nate, and Michael came to do the job were very professional, explain any questions I had and they took great care to protect our home while doing the repairs and after the repairs did a great job cleaning up. And did a stupendous job! Thank you guys!! 🤗

We called Case about our plumbing issue and they sent someone out with in 2 hrs. James was able to quickly fix the problem as well as answer questions we had about other plumbing related issues we had. He was very pleasant. We will use Case Plumbers in the future!

Aaron B. proposed a solution to our problem. He completed the work efficiently at a reasonable price. I would definitely use Joe Cool Home Services again if the need arises.

My AC stopped working. They got here within hours on the same day I called and had it fixed quickly. They introduced me to their service membership which really is a money saver. Everyone was so nice and friendly and very professional. Check them out

Javier is a fantastic technician. He patiently and expertly explained what my system needed and why. He then completed the job in a timely and professional manner.

Knowledgeable, key word there. I have emailed them about a problem and received an email back with an estimate and appointment. The only plumber that has done work for us is Miguel and he really is great. He is quick, organized and very knowledgeable. I've seen their truck in our neighborhood (South Himes) so I know they're not a secret,, ha, ha. It's good to have professionals you can have confidence in. Their rates are competitive and fair.

I had a minor emergency on Wednesday. Case was able to fit me in Friday. Miguel came out. He has done several jobs for me before. His workmanship was excellent. Nice guy. He fixed all my problems and plumbed things properly that were done wrong before I bought the house. The price was absolutley fair. I have used Case for over 10 years and plan to continue to do so.

Josh was like always very knowledgeable with his jobs he has done for us. Like today with doing our update for our water services, flow, pressure, pipes, ect. Gave us details of what needed to be changed & when would be a good time to get it done. He's an upstanding & very professional & an all around nice guy. Telling it like it is where we understand exactly know what needs to be done. Thank you Josh, see you next time.

This is the best AC company I have ever worked with. Great service, HONEST and fair fees. They are very well organized, professional. I can't say enough good things about them. We have used their service for years and plan on continuing to do so.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received today. Professional, courteous and very friendly. Everything was explained ever step of the way so there would be no surprises. After they left I received an email with detailed pics of what they saw and what they fixed. I will happily recommend JOE COOL to my friends.

Tonight was my 2nd attempt at using Joe Cool. The first time I wasn't able to use the service because of a lack of communication with the customer service and distribution. Unfortunately this again happened for the 2nd time even after being promised by the customer service rep he would personally make sure it wouldn't. However (happy ending) Jake in dispatch was super helpful when I called back (much after the estimated arrival time much less call back time). If it wasn't for the experience we had with the tech, David, I wouldn't consider using the service.
