Had new counter tops put in and needed a plumbing service to hook up reverse osmosis unit, water lines, dishwasher, drain, etc. Wanted a local family-owned business. They had commercial equipment that pushed thru 50ft of grease that had accumulated over decades. Very knowledgeable and quick on pin pointing the issues. I had a great experience using Crystal Clear Drains. John performed the analysis to determine what the problem was with why my shower was leaking. Gave me a few options to fix the issue since I told him that I would be remodeling soon. John provided excellent customer service and I would recommend using them.

Many thanks to John Martinez from Crystal Clear Drains - I had noticed some water leaking from the caulking at the base of the toilet, with my own research indicating I needed a wax seal replacement.

After trying to do it myself, and not succeeding, we reached out to Crystal Clear Drains. John came by, and was able to tell the problem came from our floor being uneven which completely flew over my head. He redid the seal, secured the toilet balance with shims, and even replaced the water line after noticing the old plastic one was showing signs of wearing out soon. All within 30 minutes.

Outstanding service. John was clean and very professional. He inspected the stopped up drain and immediately went to work. Drained the water and removed sink pipe. Ran a snake thru the drain. It was clear. The sink still had issues. Cleaned the trap pipe. Everything working properly. He cleaned up the area. I paid him a very reasonable price for his work. I will request him to return when I replace the faucet. Nice man.

My wife and I filed a claim with our home warranty company for a plumbing/sewer backup. CRYSTAL CLEAR DRAINS was being dispatched to our home to resolve the issue. I phoned CRYSTAL CLEAR DRAINS to confirm the time of the appointment and spoke with Crystal. She was so pleasant and a pleasure to work with. John was at our home early the next morning just as promised. John saw that we had a sewer clog and had to wait for an approval from the home warranty company. They told him it would take 20 minutes to 4 hours to get the approval (ridiculous). John waited for at least and hour while repeatedly phoning the warranty company to try and speed up the approval to no avail. John had to leave for another scheduled job and instructed us to call when the work was authorized. 2 hours later(ridiculous) an approval was send to our email and I immediately phoned CRYSTAL CLEAR DRAINS. I spoke with Crystal and once again as pleasant as can be she made arrangements for John to come back to our house that afternoon by shifting around his entire schedule to accommodate our needs. John professionally and quickly diagnosed the problem and got our toilets and showers back up and running. John was very thorough and answered any questions we had. CRYSTAL CLEAR DRAINS went above and beyond to get our home up and running again. If you ever have a plumbing/sewer issue don't hesitate to call CRYSTAL CLEAR DRAINS they will get the job done. They were able to send somebody right away to fix it. Mr. Martinez was very courteous and professional. He made sure to explain the process and expectations for the fix beforehand.
