If you want to kill a full 9 hour day waiting around for someone to show up and maybe perform a service, then this company is for you. Otherwise, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

This company did the plumbing install for our new home. After closing, we realized one of the bathroom sinks was leaking, and since it was under warranty, we called to have repairs made. The first dispatcher I spoke to ignored when I said it was under warranty and sent out a tech from their repair department, who then tried to charge us for the repair. Once they realized that they sent out the wrong department, I was assured that someone from their warranty department would be contacting me ASAP. At least a week went by with no call, so I called them. I left a message and never heard back. It’s now three months in and all the dispatchers do is transfer me to the warranty department to leave another message. These people do not understand the meaning of professionalism. I would not recommend them for any project or repair, given that this was a faucet they installed and have failed repeatedly to fix. I just spoke to their dispatch again, who transferred me again to the warranty department because there was ‘nothing else’ she could do. Apparently there are no managers or HR directors or even company owners that could be made aware of this situation, just a voicemail that I am not convinced is ever checked. She might have well said ‘well that sucks’ and hung up when I explained the problem.

We had drainage issues. RJ Kielty was assigned by our warranty provider. The issue was not an easy fix; however, Mannie spent hours doing everything he could to no avail. He returned with a camera to find the problem. By the time he left issue was fixed, additional concerns addressed, and future paths for any issues planned. All plumbing work for this house will be with Mannie and RJ Kielty plumbing.

Water heater stopped producing hot water on a Monday morning, worst way to start the week. Edenfield Plumbing Co came out same day, diagnosed a failed heating element, replaced it same visit. Hot water back before lunch. Efficient and fairly priced.

Low water pressure in shower on hot water side. Charged me for something I already knew. Didn't fix the problem or give me a estimate on repair. Do not use this company.

Excellent, high quality workmanship, prompt, courteous and honest. They even cleaned up after completion, which I can't say of alot of other trades I've used. They care about keeping long term customer's and referrals instead of just getting as much money out of each job. That says a lot!

Mike with Edenfield Plumbing replaced my garbage disposal in a pinch. These are the nicest folks, and they do a great job. I highly recommend.

Great service, kind people. Mike the owner came to replace a broken flange personally. Very professional, patient, and highly recommend this company of you have a plumbing issue. Very fair price.

In addition to normal plumbing over a few years, most recently Mike and his team installed a Flo by Moen system to control water flow in the event of a leak. Mike was here himself and was great in merging the mechanical side of plumbing with the artificial intelligence based system, connecting my device to Moen's server and not leaving until all was running right. Thanks Mike. You made me and my insurance company very happy.

Called this morning and got right through. They said they would call and give an ETA and they did. Cole and Hunter came to my home today and did a wonderful job clearing out a blockage I had in my drain line. These two men where on time, got right to work, fixed the issue and even starting cleaning up the mess which was going above and beyond. AND they did it at a fair price. Edenfield Plumbing will be the first place I call from now on.

This is the second time in less than a year that these guys got me out of a jam. Great family owned plumbing business. I own a service business myself and I appreciate Mike’s responsiveness and friendliness. Keep up the good work.

They have always given me same day service if not same hour service when possible, diagnosed what they thought the problem would be giving me a cost up front and going above and beyond in extra services when they underestimated to ensure that the job was done at no extra charge to me.
