Just nice people. From the office guy to the plumber that came out. Did a fine job at my rental house and were nice to deal with. Will use again.

These guys are awesome! Great Price! Arrived on time. Codos to Frankie, he was a great tech. I have them doing even more work for me. I got a quote from Integrity Home services that was 5 times their cost to install a gas line for a firepit and grill. I would HIGHLY Recommend them. Great Job Guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have used Gasmasters 2 times in the last year. They did a great job hooking up the gas line to my generator, and recently installed a new tankless water heater. Both times they went above and beyond to do the job right and charged me exactly what was quoted. With the water heater the techs stayed until after 8pm to get us hot water again. I have a family of 5 and everyone loves this Rinnai RL94 and I am happy we made the switch to tankless. I can recommend Gasmasters services highly.

I was in a bind late Friday afternoon. I had a stove top installed that needed parts that had a long lead time. Gas Masters stepped in on a Saturday and brought the right parts and had my stove working in 25 mins! Yay my gas was turned back on (I have an instant gas hot water heater and had to take cold showers for 3 days) Yikes! I can't say enough great things about them!! Thank you Frank and Team!!!!

I want to give a shout out to Toni, Juan and Adrian on the exemplary work they did today on replacing a corroded gas riser fitting and preventative maintenance on a gas heater. It is expert professionals like them who diagnose and address things properly and efficiently. Thanks!

Gasmasters is fantastic! I called on Thursday morning after having no hot water, two guys came to my house late Thursday afternoon to check out my 15 year old hot water heater, and a brand new tankless hot water heater was installed this morning (on a Sunday!) at 7:30! The customer service is phenomenal, and Gasmasters handles everything with TECO’s $26.99 plan. I wholeheartedly recommend Gasmasters!

Our old gas water heater stopped working and we needed to replace it with a new tankless type. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Gasmasters answered all our questions and installed it within 3 days after we called (Saturday!). The price was very fair compared to other quotes we received.

I cannot say enough good things about Gasmasters Tampa. Richard helped us fix a problem with our tankless water heater and was extremely helpful, knowledgable and responsive. This is the only company I would use! They were honest and kind. I give them my highest recommendation.

We had our gas hot water heater go out on Monday. Reported it to Service America, who made an appt to come out on Thursday. Instead of coming out, the technician called us instead and told us based on information given, that he would have to order parts. I explained that we have already been without hot water for 3 days. He said to let him see what he could do and then would call me back. Service America tech didn't call me back, but he had the scheduling dept to call me back to advise that they would not have the part(s) until June 13th and that is the earliest we could get this repaired. They charged me the service charge, even though he never came out. I knew the useful life on a water heater is about 10 yrs, so I started calling around. I called 5 places, and out of 5 places I called, Gasmasters of Tampa was the only one who gave me options. They made arrangements to have a new water heater installed that day. They even made me aware of a service from TECO Gas where we can get a new water heater for $599 with arrangements from TECO that we pay $10 extra each month for 5 yrs. To be paid in full if we ever sell the home. We can even pay it off if we chose to, and those options helped us a lot. I can not say enough great things about Gasmasters. When Home Depot wanted to come out that day, but charge us $1280 for a new water heater, and every other company saying they would have to send someone out to look at it first , then come back another day to repair or replace, I just couldn't wait for hot water any more. Gasmasters is who I will call from now on. Hands down.

Used this company twice when I've switched from gas to electric. They've always come just before I've had the electric company in, which is great. I've had two different workman, both have been nice guys who've done things swiftly. What can I say, they came on time, always very nice, reasonably priced and when I've asked them to do things like remove their shoes to walk through the house they've been more than happy to do so.

Horrible experience. They “repaired” my stove and within 24hrs it was broken again. Was then told I needed a replacement part. Two months and multiple phone calls later they finally told me they couldn’t get the part (another company found and ordered the part same day). They never called me back when they said they would. I asked for a refund for the “repair” since it broke in less than a day after “repair”. Was told I needed to speak with Frankie. Called to speak with Frankie three times and have not gotten a call back.

Pathetic. Had a gas leak today - TECO confirmed this after coming out and inspecting this - and thus I called Gasmasters to come out to fix it, seeing as these things can pose something of a danger. TECO turned off our gas (to make it safe) and thus we were looking at no stove, no hot water, etc. The Gasmasters rep on the phone coldly said she couldn't get us in until July (a month away), which would mean no hot water for four solid weeks. We've used this company for years but no more - found another (Bayshore Plumbing) that came straight out and fixed our problem within a few hours. They had great service, a reasonable price and delivered a quality fix with a smile, unlike Gasmasters, who were just really rude and unresponsive to a potentially dangerous problem. If I could give zero stars I would. And in response to GM's response below, the fact is that we had already reported it to the gas company, and then called GM after the gas was turned off. One should note the arrogance in their response here as, based on our experience, it absolutely echoes the way they handled our potentially dangerous situation as it happened and is, in my so-called "entitled" opinion, a window to their customer service....or lack thereof.

Gasmasters ROCKS! I was without hot water for 5 days because my concrete guy hit a gas line while doing some work on my porch.
After calling multiple plumbers with a week or two lead times & very high quotes, someone told me to call Gasmasters.
They came out and gave me a good reasonable quote and fixed the job right away! Richard was very professional and everyone that I talked to over there went above and beyond to help me out.
You don't find companies like that anymore and we are very grateful that we found them. -
The estimate I was given for water heater replacement looked good, but my bill doubled after completion, with no warning during this process. I don't know how this is legal but calling to speak to a manager was no help. It was as if they expected to hear this issue reported, and there was no negotiation or anything offered. Please do not waste your time & money. The low estimates are a scam to get you stuck.

Don't waste your time. Called a few weeks ahead to book an appointment. Called same day to confirm they were still coming and was told indeed they were still coming. Never showed or called me. Very frustrating considering I planned my day and adjusted my work schedule to make sure I was home for this appointment. Also, called during the office hours and the phone rang off the hook. Very unprofessional.

After reading reviews, I was a bit skeptical to go with Gas Masters, but I had heard that their rates were very reasonable. I am so happy that I went with Gas Masters. From the very first email, they were responsive, polite and professional. They also provided the absolute lowest quote to install a gas line to our new gas range. The folks in the office answered every question and were very helpful with scheduling. The initial gentlemen who came out did a great job, but the technician who came out to finalize the installation of our new gas range was FANTASTIC. He was not only very professional and thorough but absolutely pleasant! I'm sorry other customers have had bad experiences - I can't even imagine those. Maybe there is new management, or they are taking reviews to heart...I just know I would definitely recommend Gas Masters and absolutely use them again! Thanks for everything!

Seems as most of the postings are definitely accurate. I contacted Richard and at first he was extremely helpful with the work I needed done, but then he was ghosted. He never replied to text messages or phone calls, so I went to Hawkins for service. I am not sure if Gasmasters is just too busy, or if this is their norm. I would advise that they improve on customer service ASAP! They are not the only gas company out here and are only doing a disservice to consumers and their name as a company.

Gasmasters was great to work with as they did a great job for hooking up my pool heater. Not only were they priced better than their competition, they were faster to quote and schedule the job as well. I would definitely recommend them for any gas related projects at your home or business.
