I had no gas to my appliances and hot water heater... Kim dispatched Gary and even though I am about an hour from Tampa from call time to repair time was like an hour and a half ! Great fast efficient service.

I used this company to replace stove regulator and hot water heater. Brent and John R. were excellent. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future.

I requested service through Kim for my tankless hot water heater this morning and Donnie with All American Gas responded this afternoon. Both were very professional and polite. Donnie was extremely knowledgeable and gave me some tips on flushing my heater in the future. It is really nice when home repairs get done the right way by professionals. This company is great! I needed to have my gas dryer hooked up when we moved into a new house. All American Gas Services were there on time, the technician was very professional and polite and the price was good to! If you need a Gas company then this is the one to call!

It is with great pleasure that I write this review for All American Gas Services. I requested gas lines ran for two fire pits, two fire bowls and the heater on my new pool. From the onset of requesting an estimate and discussing the scope of work with Carter (Field Supervisor) and Audra (Owner) both displayed the level of professionalism, kindness and timeliness in their responses. Throughout the estimation, scheduling and installation process the entire team placed the customer first and this carried over to their field service technicians who were extremely engaging, professional, down to earth and displayed the willingness to answer my questions! Moreover, they were engaging with my elderly who has Alzheimer’s and treated her with respect as she brought each of them cold glasses of water throughout the day! Audra and Gary were absolutely wonderful to work with. We were having issues with some gas pipes running to our pool heater. All American was extremely responsive and handled the situation very professionally. Within 24 hours, we were able to enjoy our pool and hot tub after 2 months of somewhat getting the run around from other companies. I would recommend All American Gas to anyone who needs to have gas lines installed.

I cannot say enough good things about All American Gas Services. I am very impressed with their customer service, professionalism and work ethic. In my time of need they answered the call and did not try to just patch things up, they actually cared and did the repairs promptly and the right way. They called me back to check and make sure things were right, I will not forget.

Had a service scheduled for 12-2pm and took time off to ensure i was available and around 1:15pm i called to verify the technician’s time frame. I was told they will reach out to find out. Had to call again because nobody called back. I was then told there is an issue and trying to figure out a timeframe. At 2:30 i called again and was told they are now 30 min out. At a minimum the scheduling team or the technician should be on top of letting people know of a viable time frame or have other technicians available. Very disappointing.

From the Scheduling secretary to the manager of the company, we had a very easy and professional experience. Timely communication, doing, and delivering exactly what they shared, and more, I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have similar work done. Thank you very much.

I hired this company to install new lines for natural gas in my home in Clearwater. Every step of the process - from getting a quote, to getting permits, to the completed project - was handled pleasantly and professionally. I had two inspections during the project and both commented to me that the workmanship was very high quality.
