If i could leave 0 stars i would! I had them put in a new pump, new pipe, and a new control box 7 months ago. Everything worked fine at first, one day I was out watering the grass and the water stopped. I called them to see if any warranty was on the items as it hadn't been that long. They came out next day and said the only problem was the wiring from the pump to the control box and i needed to pay them $600 to fix it and put flat wire in and That pumps don't go bad so that would not be the problem. They said they were booked up and couldnt fix it until the next day. Well nobody showed up or called me the next day. Now it was on day 4 with no water and still hadn't heard from them and I have 2 child and can't be without water any longer so my husband pulled the pump and what do you know the pump was bad. Wires were all fine and we already had the flat wires so they had no clue what they were talking about. So we went ahead a replaced it ourself. I reached out to them since this is the item under warranty asking for either a replacement pump or for a refund on the money i just had spent and was told sorry since you touched it im not liable anymore and im not gonna do anything to make this right. I would NEVER use this company. Stay away they dont honor their work or their words and could care less.

Wonderful service! I had a problem with my well pump, they came out the some day to diagnose it and were also able to fix it the same day so that we would have running water again. They gave me a fair price and did a great job. Good people with quick service! i will always recommend them to anyone i know!

He put a well on my property . Took $5000. No receipt was given. Told me it’s 230 feet deep . Which came out to be not true . Well will pump water for10 minutes and go completely dry . He was aware of the problem however he scammed to get money out of my wife when I was not there. When I came home from work. I found out this problem. I had to call different pump companies To fix the problem. No one was willing to do that. Many of these companies told me his reputation is not good.

Excellent explanation of the work required. I had three other bids that were more expensive and trying to push extra unnecessary work. The repairs went smoothly and quickly, even though I had substantial renovation work going on. I was very pleased with the results.

Great experience from beginning to end! Jeff was attentive and answered every question we had. The crew was great! They were on time, courteous, detailed, picked up after themselves, and very professional. Glad we picked this company.

I'm the COO of FNB Wauchula. We had some very old cast iron pipes from the early 70's that had deteriorated. We called US Pipelining for help. They came out, reviewed the situation with cameras. They explained what needed to be done, how long it would take, and how much mess it might make. US Pipelining delivered just what they said they would. And made less of a mess thank expected. I would recommend them for any commercial or residential pipelining you might need.

Everyone was very professional, worked extremely hard over several days and challenges. I have worked with 100’s of contractors in my professional career and these guys stand out. Exemplary Customer service and communication.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!I inherited my parents home which meant I also inherited the old pipes issue along with a septic kinda on a last leg. I finally and thankfully found Brad and his amazing crew. They diagnosed and fixed my issues with the piping with their amazing epoxy coating. Couldn't be happier it's like we laid new pipes! Also big shout out to Jeff on the septic side. He also diagnosed and fixed our issues!!
I give them all 10 stars and would happily recommend them over again.

We have lived in Holiday Park for 22 years and have been having issues with the old cast iron pipe on one half of our house (the other side was repiped with pvc when previous owners put in the pool). All this to let you know we have had consistent and difficult plumbing issues almost annually due to the corrosion and depleted cast iron. We had a quote to have it repiped - which exceeded 25 grand 10 years ago. I did some research and went with US Pipelining Solutions- the company comes out - cleans the existing pipe and pipes in a durable lining with a 25 year warranty. At almost a third of the cost of replacement. I highly recommend this process and now have a smooth running sewer line on that portion of the house. Great company and was very thorough in answering all our questions. Jeff called us promptly back after our inquiry and gave us very detailed information. Then Cody and his team did a great job and were very courteous and respectful of our home. We are very grateful to now have confidence in those pipes.

My experience was very positive. The crew showed up on time and performed the work in a timely professional manner. My tenants were very pleased that they could stay at the house and were not disturbed at all. I would highly recommend this company. It is with gratitude that I share our experience with US PIPELINING SERVICES. From the 1st contact with Jeff to the completion of the project was effortless. This company has integrity, which unfortunately is rare these days. When the scheduled day arrived, Cody, Joel, and Steve pulled in the driveway on time. Can’t say enough about their professionalism and work ethic. Our home was built in 1965 with the cast iron pipes. We had definitely waited until the 11th hour on repairs. The guys had to cut only two places in the tile floor and one in the back wall of our kitchen. They cleaned and placed plastic to keep the dust to a minimum. It is like a brand new house. I just had the sewer lines in my house relined by US Pipelining Services, and I can’t say enough about how amazing the experience was! I bought a house last year, and it’s been full of surprises—bad cast iron plumbing being one of the worst. From the very beginning, Jeff was incredibly informative, laid out exactly what to expect, quoted me over the phone, and invoiced me to the penny of that quote. No unexpected fees, no surprise charges for some random reason.

US Pipelining Services was extremely sensitive to our needs. Through no fault of their own there were several delays in completing the project, but they continued to stay the course through completion. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

Really good job Ty, Austin. ,Miguel , Carlos did good job on getting it all fixed spent the extra time needed on the tub so it Drains smooth as well. Nice little touch was they put plastic up so wouldn’t mess everything and roll mats for the floor. Didn’t have to cleanup after them which was very nice.

I bought an older home earlier this year and found out during the inspection that it had cast-iron pipes. I contacted US Pipelining and spoke with Jeff, who reviewed the inspection report and videos I sent him. Jeff reassured me that once the pipes were lined and coated, the rust and corrosion would not return, and the work would come with a 25-year warranty. Jeff insisted that I negotiate the cost of restoring the pipes into the final purchase price. He provided a quote, which I shared with my agent, who negotiated with the seller, and we agreed to split the cost. This decision saved me thousands of dollars. After closing, the team came out and did an excellent job. They were very respectful of my home, and Miguel, Cody, and the crew did fantastic work.

We called US Pipelining Services because we were looking for a non-invasive way to repair cast iron sewage plumbing at my mother in laws beachside home, house is on a slab. All of the pipes under the house were corroded and had trench rot in some spots. Now, every plumbing company I spoke with warned against lining over replacing, saying it wont last, to procure my business as one would assume. This is nonsense.
What they DONT tell you:
-It could take months to get permits for the job from the city.
- Any resident in the home must vacate the premises until completion.
- And the best part, Once they are done destroying your foundation/slab and have replaced all of the piping, THEY DONT FIX IT AFTER. Now you are left with a busted floor and needing to hire another contractor to lay concrete, more permits etc. etc.

SO, we hired US Pipelining Services. What they do is mill and line the original piping with a 2 part epoxy coating (using multiple coats or a fiberglass liner depending on severity/condition of plumbing).

Cody, Richie and Carlos were prompt, respectful, hard working and knowledgeable explaining the process throughout. From start to finish the job was fully complete in 2 DAYS ( cant beat it), the only thing removed was the toilets for drain access and a piece of piping near the septic was cut out as a cleanout and then spliced back in after completion. And no one had to be displaced from the home, in fact, we sat and watched television while they worked. Did I mention no permits needed either?

They also provide a 25 year warranty for the address the work was performed on.

Ladies and Gentlemen, this was a home run solution. If you need this type of service, don't wait. The longer you wait, the worse the pipes get and the more likelihood that you will be forced to go the other route because there will be no more pipe to line.

We are more than pleased with the service provided and the workers professionalism. We cant thank you enough.

P.S.
They also line the vent stacks on the roof which a regular plumber would not replace and fixed a leaky sink they found as a bonus.

I cannot say enough positive things about this company. Extremely transparent every step of the way. Explained the process and answered every question we had. The crew of Cody, Abner, & Richie were very polite, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about everything. Hands down one of the best experiences we've ever had with a company. These guys are the best at what they do and you won't be disappointed with their work.
