I cannot speak highly enough of these guys. I had an issue with my pump and i originally went to someone else and it took 3 DAYS to get my pump back. I finally got it back and still had issues. I called Advanced Pump and Well and they exceeded all of my expectations. They came out same day and saved me from going a 5th day without running water. They explained everything to me and made sure i understood what was going on along with giving me some troubleshooting tips to help me in the future. They are honestly the only company i will ever call for any well issues or servicing. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!

Left message, received call back within an hour and they had someone at my home within two hrs. Travis was very receptive to troubleshooting we'd already done, diagnosed our issue (underground electrical problem from house to the well) and provided a safe, workable solution that gave us water until the electrician could make it out.

I have a shallow well that stopped working. They came out to look at it and said that a new well needed to be dug and price was in the thousands of dollars. They charged me $195 service fee. I called another company that came out the same day that I called. They replaced a union and check valve and had the pump working in 2 hours for $300.

I called on Black Friday at 10am. I had a new pressure tank replaced and Installed by 1:30 the same afternoon. They came in lower than my initial quote because they were able to use the same size tank I had before which was already on their truck. They were fast and very professional. I will be using them again to replace my water softener in a few months.

We had a well water tank explode and water was gushing out. We had to keep the well pump shut off. I called Advanced on Saturday afternoon and was told to email a picture to get a price on replacing it. Here it is Monday morning and still no return of call. They advertise 24 hour service. They may be a good company but they don't live up to their 24 hour emergency service. I was finally able to get a friend over on Sunday to help me replace the water tank.

I was unable to loosen the filter cartridge on my well and even broke the wrench.I reached out to Frank.He was very courteous and was able to fit me into his busy schedule.He also was very professional and took the time to give me tips on making this task easier.I was amazed by his expertise.He even gave me a replacement wrench! Kudos to Frank and his team!! I would definitely recommend them!!

Original job was in fall of 2020 to reinstall a pump for our irrigation system. Service at the time was fine, though expensive. Our pump failed recently (one and a half years later) and company was difficult to get ahold of. We ultimately went with another company after we were stood up two consecutive days and Advanced Pump and Well quit answering or returning messages. Given that the pump was installed in 2020 it should have been under warranty from the manufacturer. However, upon removal of the pump which had an install date and handwritten date of 2020 we noticed that the serial number was from 2016 meaning it was outside the manufacturer warranty period. This is not what we were told we were purchasing and frankly was deceitful and unethical. We had to purchase an entire new pump with an install that required taking down our recently installed fence and garden. Sadly, I cannot recommend this company and encourage you to take your business elsewhere. If not, you will likely need to pay to have their work corrected.

Our in ground pump for our irrigation system needed repair. Charged $145. for trip fee then quoted a whole new system for $4500. Called company back a few times to inquire why I was not quoted just a repair cost, but could never get through! Phone goes to voice-mail which then tells you their mailbox us full. Another reputable company came out and had my system running in a few minutes! DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SIMPLY COLLECTING TRIP FEES AND RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. STAY AWAY!!!

Fantastic, quick, clean service. After the pump stopped working in the night, they came at 11pm and worked till 1am replacing our whole pump station with a commercial grade pump (Goulds).

We have had incredible experiences with Frank and his crew. They have been out to my house multiple times in the late hours of the evening to help fix my well system and I just had them replace my entire well and filtration system. They do a fantastic job and they're very polite, good ol' southern guys. Wouldn't trust anybody else!

Is this company still in business? They were highly rated by 2 of my neighbors, but I have not been able to get in touch with them. Have tried all the numbers listed on the website, and direct numbers from my neighbors, no answer on one, immediate hang-up on one and recorded message on one (with no call back). Filled out the set an appointment form on the website, no reply. My neighbors are now worried if they even have a warranty, they have tried the numbers they have and they cannot get in touch with anyone.

Outstanding experience. The crew (Richie, Alan and Miguel) were very professional and personable. The job (cast iron drain piping lining) was completed within the agreed upon timeline and cost. We were engaged during the entire process.

The team that worked on relining our pipes was Carlos, Richie and Alan. They were on time each day and finished a day early. They were very courteous and kept clean working areas which is very nice given they are working with sewer/sanitation pipes. I highly recommend this team as they are very professional.

My house was built in 69. That meant old copper pipes under the slab. This company offers a much faster and cleaner way of taking care of this issue. They have a system that descales the old pipes, then resurfaces them. 1/4 the price if digging up my floors to replace pipes plus no mess and then hiring another company to re-pore concert and hire another to lay tile AGAIN! Would recommend this company to anyone!

I cannot give this place enough praise! Let me share my experience with you. I live across the state in the Brevard area. Upon buying my house, the seller worked with Ypoxi Pipe Lining to have the pipes coated. When I moved in, I started having some plumbing issues. I was not sure what was going on, but I felt confident that it was not anything Ypoxi did wrong. I called and spoke with Brad and knowing that the issue was likely the pipes that lead from my house out to the road, and not the work they done, he STILL drove 3.5 hours across the state and run a camera and snake into the pipe out front. Again, this was not their issue, so Brad did not have to do this. As a result, I have not had anymore issues. Brad has continually checked in to make sure everything is working ok. To be honest, I feel like I have made a friend in Brad. The staff is amazing, helpful, caring, and dedicated. 10/10, go with Ypoxi, you won't regret it. By far the best customer service that I have ever received in my life.

My house was built in 1968. I was having problems with drainage due to the age of the pipes. All sewer piping is cast iron. YPOXI came in and descaled the pipes and then installed their special process epoxy coatings. It essentially created a new pipe. I couldn't be happier with the results!
Their expert crew ( Ty, Carlos, Willie, Kanie and Royce) professionally completed the installation and took care to keep me informed of the progress.

Looking at a $30,000 PLUS quote for traditional pipe replacement which includes, tearing up floors, kitchen & bathroom cabinets, etc. & being displaced for 1-2 months, we chose YPOXI to remedy our 60 year old backing up sewer lines. EVERYTHING was handled professionally, as there were no HIDDEN costs, was updated daily on progress, crew was respectful & cleaned up at the end of each day's work. Work was completed in a timely fashion. There have been NO problems with the sewer lines since the YPOXI process of lining the pipes was completed !! The cost was a fraction of traditional work & was completed in less than 4 days, WITHOUT having to move out of the home. I give the CREW major kudos for doing such a fine job & being so respectful to our tenant who is disabled & uses a power -chair to get around !!!!!

The people at Ypoxi were very professional and very responsive with communications. They worked on all my drainage pipes to restore them. They worked hard to get my pipes done in a timely manner. They helped make sure everything was up to code as well.

I hired Ypoxi to line the pipes of one of my FL properties after having to continually call a plumber. They lined the cast iron pipes and I’ve never had another issue since. They were clean, professional and treated my home with respect. I would highly recommend them!
