YPOXI is one of a kind! We were super impressed from start to finish. Jeff walked us through the process and helped us troubleshoot the best solution for the plumbing in our 1937 home. The crew was early or on time for the job. They were professional, friendly and loved our dogs. Great communication throughout the entire time they were working. We were always aware of what was going on and what was needed. The process was so clean and the crew did a fantastic job making sure our bathrooms and walkways were protected. I was really worried about this process it was huge undertaking. I called and spoke to someone to do an estimate over the phone. Then called back and with my question. They were very patient and lessoned to call my concerns and answered my question.

Julian Abner and Carlos came and did the work they were great they explained everything they were doing each day. They came in cheerful and with smile. No require but certainly was nice. They respected by propriety and family they did a great job. They even offered to set our new toilet. They had to fix some pipes before they could do the lining and I was shocked that they did not charge extra for this.

The best people in the business work for Ypoxi. The entire crew from the receptionist who answered the phone to all the members of the crew who fixed our plumbing problems were extremely kind, professional, helpful and accommodating. We had a few set back through no fault of Ypoxi, and they worked with us and went way beyond what others would have done to help resolve our issue that someone else was causing us. I would not only use them again, but I will shout it from the rooftops that they should be the only ones to use for your pipe problems.

I used the ypoxi team this week to put the epoxy resin liner in my homes plumbing. They did a amazing job. The whole team which included Carlos R, Richie R, Alan J, and Julien R. They were all very professional and knowledgeable. They had a great attitude during the whole time and made a stressful situation must more pleasant. I was very impressed with the professionalism and their hard work. The final product was well worth it. Thank you guys for great service.

So happy with YPOXI ! My husband and I were concerned about our cast iron pipes as our home is 50 yrs plus.
The office Jeffery, Sandra, Brad answered all questions before during and after our service.
They kept us informed when their crew would arrive each day.
The crew they sent to our home Ty, Austin, Abner, and Cody, arrived before their scheduled work time and worked into early evening.
These young men were very professional, polite, and respectful answered any questions we had also explained things they were doing and had no problem letting us watch as they were doing the work and cleaned everything up before they left.

As a new homeowner in a 50+ year old home, my only regret is not doing this sooner. For years, drains would randomly stop up, I'd call someone out to snake them and wouldn't think much else about it. However, the last issue was pretty severe. After first and second opinions I really had no option other than to get my pipes lined. I reached out to three different companies and Ypoxi was the best. Not only were they the most reasonable (by thousands), they had the BEST warranty on their work. The other companies only covered about 5 years, while Ypoxi covers 20. The warranty was also included in the price whereas another company wanted to charge a few more thousand for additional warranty coverage. Jeff walked me through the entire process, answering all of my questions, and offered phenomenal customer service. The service took two days and I was even left with a functional bathroom after day one. They really take their clients into consideration. By the end of Day 2, the work was complete and I basically had brand new pipes. Ty, Carlos, Kane and Myles did an amazing job. They were super thorough, worked with my schedule and were very professional. I also want to mention that I had this service in January and waited a few months to review because I wanted to see how things would pan out and this is the longest I've been without any plumbing issues. It has been nearly a year since Ypoxi re-lined our 1928 mostly crumbled iron pipes. The job was difficult as there is no crawl space under the house as well as all the inherent issues of dealing with an old structure. The Ypoxi team did a stellar job of protecting the interior floors, walls, etc. They were here for just over a week and we never had a single issue with anyone or anything on the job. I have waited to post my review because I really wanted to make sure that everything ran well and continued to do so. Before the repairs, we said a silent prayer every time we flushed a toilet and most times our prayers were not answered. Since Ypoxi came and fixed it all, we have not had a single incident. I can not recommend them highly enough. I would definitely use them again if the need arose

This company did a fantastic job for my husband & me. They arrived exactly when they said they would . The team we had was Richie Rich , Alan & Steve . They were very polite , respectful & professional. They made the project much easier for us because of their commitment to doing the best job possible. We have peace of mind now knowing that are pipes are taken care of & the knowledge that if we have any problems at all we can call them & will take care of it . YPoxi lined our pipes in July of 2023 and we had a great experience. They were easy to work with and extremely professional. They responded to all inquiries quickly and answered all of our questions easily and thoroughly. They walked us through the process and made everything easy. The before and after videos of our pipes are really telling and helped us to understand how critical it was they we did something. So far, we have not had any issues with our pipes and ypoxi has followed up multiple times to ensure we are happy with the work. I would recommend this company to anyone having cast iron pipe issues.

I had a clogged drain just past my kitchen. I had a plumber come in to fix it but was told there was a hole in the pipe. They said they would need to take up the floor to repair it. Since we had just finished remodeling the house with new floors, I did not want to do that.
My neighbor told me about a process they use under the streets to line old pipes. I researched it and read several reviews before calling Ypoxi. They had someone come out to video the drain pipe and informed me they wouldn’t have to take up the floor as the hole was on the floor of the pipe. They could fix the hole and line the rest of the pipes so I wouldn’t need to worry about it again.
I cannot say enough about the men that came to do the work at my house. Ty and Austin treated my house with respect and carefulness. Ty showed me every area that needed extra treatment because of holes or damage. They kept me apprised of everything they were doing and at what stage of the process they were. I know without a doubt I have had the best system added to my home.

As I sit in my house…a year after having Ypoxi restoring my pipes, and having NOT ONE MORE PROBLEM WITH MY PLUMBING,…I am still so happy with not only the work that was done, but more so with the men that did the work. Ty, Austin, and Cody were nothing but the perfect workers!! They were prompt, polite, and made sure that I was ok with everything each night they left. I could not be more happy with the hours of work they put in, the comfort level I had throughout the process, and the result!

They kept us updated at various points throughout the day, notified us how to maintain the pipes in good condition/what chemicals not to utilize, offered support and assistance if needed in future, and communicate excellently to ensure all questions are answered. My septic line kept backing up, so I after checking around I had Ypoxi come out. They explained the relining process and I had them get started. The guys that came out were on time, efficient and willing to explain what they were doing each step. My pipes were in pretty rough shape, and a spot was marked inside on the floor for possible access. It took a couple extra days to accomplish the repairs from outside, clean and line all the pipes, but it was worth it. It’s been about 9 months, all drains have been working fine, some better than they ever had. I would highly recommend Ypoxi, they were great to work with.

We were very pleased with the job done by the 4 man crew over 3 1/2 days to clean and coat our pipes. The crew was professional, hard working and friendly. A previous company had said they would need to put holes in our walls and floor to do the job. The YPOXI crew did the job without disturbing walls of flooring which was wonderful. We had root intrusion in both toilet lines. My local plumber proposed tearing up the floor and drilling through the foundation to replace the pipes. But the Ypoxi team was able to clear the roots and reline the pipes with no damage to my floors or anything else. They were courteous, cleaned up, and completed the job on schedule. It's been 6 months and my toilets are flushing perfectly. The Ypoxi team did a fantastic job, thanks so much! I highly recommend your services for root intrusion.

Very Happy with Ypoxi! I contracted with Ypoxi to clean and reline the very old (built in the 1960's) cast iron pipes in my home. As a general building contractor in Massachusetts, I am fully aware of what the process entails.
The crew- Cody, Miguel, Brandon and Willie were outstanding-- knowledgeable, professional, hardworking, and courteous throughout the project. The office personnel- Sandy and Jeff (the estimator) were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They responded quickly to all my questions and concerns.

Approximately 8 months ago Ypoxi re-lined my very old and crumbled cast iron pipes in my 1950's old home. When I spoke with Jeff in the quoting department he was so wonderful, kind, thorough and truly concerned for me he let me know the steps to be taken, how long, costs and and any problems which we could encounter. He told me the job was going to be a difficult one due to the age and condition of my pipes were in. The Ypoxi team showed up as scheduled each and every day intended. They did an exceptional job of protecting both my exterior and interior property, etc. They were here for just under a week and we never had a single issue with anyone or anything on the job. They kept me updated and informed the entire time the job was being done. Since Ypoxi came and fixed it all, there has not been any problems. I would highly recommend them. I would definitely use them again if the need arose. Thanks again to the Team on my job and making my worries go away.

Took $3,000 deposit to dig a well for me and never started the job. I had to get someone else to do the work and he never refunded the money so I had to hire an attorney to sue him. I have also heard he is notorious for giving low bids to get jobs and adding several thousand dollars onto the cost of the well by the time it is finished. Stay Away!!!

Very knowledgeable. Replaced the pressure switch and pressure gauge myself and ran into an electrical problem, along with a rapid cycling issue, answered my questions without hesitation and got my problem solved quickly. Will recommend RJ to anyone for any issues from here on out. Another big service in the area, rhymes with Barks, tried to dupe me for not knowing what I was doing. Told me I needed a whole new system which ended up being untrue. Thank you Valrico Pump & Well for being honest and helping me resolve my problem quickly.
