Our community was built in 1969 and we have original cast iron sewer vertical stacks and mains. They started failing a couple of years ago and we’ve had various leaks repaired until a major crack down our vertical stacks caused a lot of damage and 6 condo bathrooms were left unusable. The repairs have been a nightmare so we started investigating and getting quotes for pipelining to protect all 39 units in our building. After receiving four different quotes, we hired First Iron Pipelining from Tampa. We were impressed with them from the start as Brad Kalis made multiple trips with samples of his product and explained everything in great detail making it easy to understand. They used a very effective CIPP (Cured-in-place) lining technology. The project originally was supposed to take eight weeks but they cut it down and completed everything in four weeks. It was amazing to watch the crews work. They were all very professional, polite, and timely. The supervisor, Miguel, always kept me in the loop and communicated with me each day. If you’re considering getting your pipes lined, you should definitely reach out to Iron First Pipelining.

5+ stars!! Working with US Pipeline/Iron First Pipelining has been an outstanding experience all around. Our cast iron pipes were deteriorating and after many previous frustrating plumbing calls, we came across US Pipeline who had a direct solution to our problem. The customer service is top notch - replying within 24 hours and showing up on time. Give them a call, you wont regret it.

Great experience! Cody, Rich & Carlos were an excellent team. Courteous, efficient & professional, yet extremely personable. The job was completed in just two days & they did such a good job of "protecting" our property, both inside & out, that when they left, the house looked like they'd never been here. Very impressive.

They came out and scoped the pipes. They provided prof as to what the problem and then shared what needed to be done. DId what they said and came back with another video showing what they had done. We have not had any issues since. Great service and I highly recommend them.

This company came highly recommended by my regular plumber . Communication was excellent from beginning to end of the job. Super nice crew. Respected my house. They were very clean and left without a footprint. Encountered several issues with the old plumbing and explained their solution clearly. Discovered an issue that wasn’t within their scope of work. Cody talked with the septic company and their plumber then explained the best solution before moving forward . I’m not really good with construction “ surprises” but at no time did they ever freak me out because they always had a solution option and a great way of really explaining what was going on .

Some family members recommended Iron First and I reached out. Brad came out and checked the situation and advised they could help for half the cost. His crew Richie, Cody, Gage and Carlos were out the next day. They were very professional, courteous and respectful. They got the job done quickly and explained each step of the process and kept me informed. The put everything back as they originally found it and cleaned up everything so there was no additional clean-up for myself. I am completely satisfied with the whole process and very thankful. Excellent Pipelining Company, whose technicians strive to do the best job possible, while also maintaining a clean work area, and respecting homeowner's privacy. Unlike other companies, It helps that they have an onsite foreman, who can address any unforeseen issues quickly. They strive to communicate well with status updates and scheduled plans for each day. They also use a superior lining system. Would highly recommend, and use again.

Cody, Gage, Carlos, and Richie from Iron First Pipelining were great to work with. They lined the cast-iron pipes throughout our entire house and clearly know their stuff. Every day they put down protective coverings and cleaned up before leaving, which we really appreciated.

They also dug out and installed a new sewer cleanout for the job, which is now an extra access point we can use in the future. Communication was excellent from start to finish—they kept us updated on progress and answered all of our questions.

The job was completed in three days exactly as promised, and the price was competitive with other companies. Overall, a professional, reliable team that delivered on everything they said they would. I would highly recommend Iron First Pipelining.

We were having some backup problems in our plumbing so having a video of the old cast iron work I decided that lining the pipes was the best option (better than tearing up floors) After reading their reviews I called Iron First Pipelining, they were absolutely amazing. Cody, Gage and Abner were very polite and professional. They kept us informed as they progressed with the lining process. I would tell everyone to use them for those old pipe lines that will need handled sooner or later! Gives me peace of mind!

Customer service is amazing. I spoke with them on the phone and was able to have a great conversation about toilet repair and replacement. This helped me figure out the solution that I needed to fix the flow valve problem.

Our restaurant’s water heater completely broke down, luckily at the end of the day, but leaving us without hot water for cleaning dishes and cooking. I had an outstanding experience with The Hot Water People! They came out to fix my stand-up shower, and I couldn't have ask for better service. They were prompt, professional, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The shower is working perfectly now, and they even took time to explain what went wrong and how they fixed it.
