I reached out to US Pipelining Services as a result of extensive Google research and having had multiple plumbing companies attempt to resolve my plumbing problem.

An intractable root intrusion to my main sewer line was located underneath a newly renovated kitchen. Other plumbing companies had proposed to open a 4’ x 4’ hole in my new kitchen tile floor. The cost and the resulting damage to my home had me considering to sell my home. However, I felt there had to be an alternative solution and my search lead me to speak with Jeff Kaplan at US Pipelining Services.

Jeff carefully listened to what I had learned from the other plumbers, understood the situation and clearly explained possible solutions to permanently remedy the problem.

My service was coordinated to fit between larger projects in order to keep the cost as reasonable as possible. As a homeowner, this made an impression and I felt US Pipelining Services was there to genuinely help me.

Two teams arrived to my home on time, diagnosed the situation and presented their plan to me.
Work was done with thorough care and I was included in the process.

My home was left in an impeccable condition without any debris and even the floor in the bathroom was wiped clean. I received follow up call as well as text messages to hear whether I was fully satisfied and that the plumbing was working properly.

Working with this company has been absolutely an outstanding experience.

For anyone who is dealing with root intrusion or damaged pipes in difficult to access areas, I recommend US Pipelining Services without a reservation.

Having a plumber out to check the sewer pipes and after looking at the interior of the pipe (with a camera ). It did not look good and need to be corrected , fixed , repaired or even replaced.
I could see the floor being destroyed by having to replace all the sewer pipes. Later I found out that with Jeff's system ( US Pipelining Services ) not an inch of the flooring was touched. Jeff explained during the 1st call what would be done and basically how it would be done which set my mind at ease.
After the initial contact with Jeff ( US Pipelining Services )next was contacting Sandra to set a date. Having that done came the worse part , waiting till that date so they could get to the job.
A few weeks later Cody , Richard and Abner arrived and started working their magic on the pipes.
Cody and the guy's placed floor coverings ( runners ) down and went to work. All of the pipes were treated which took two days.
They cleaned and sealed all of the pipes ( including the vent pipes ) The wife and I actually got to see the work being done inside the sewer pipe by viewing one of the cameras as they treated it.
Next came the clean up.
Please don't tell my wife but when the guys were done and left the work area it was cleaner then when they started. There were also some other smaller things corrected which is highly appreciated. Again , Thanks' Guy's.
The guys knew exactly what each one was going to do , how it was to be done and when to do it. You can tell they are use to working together.
The last item.
To make it even better there is a 25 year ( transferable ) warranty on their work.
I highly recommend US Pipelining Services and you will not meet a nicer bunch of folks or get a better job from anyone.

Jeff won me over in our first phone conversation. I knew they were the right people while he spent the time explaining their process. They arrived on the scheduled dates on time. Without exaggeration, US Pipelining provided a flawless experience from start to finish.

We got quotes from numerous companies to have our pipes lined for our 60's house. US Pipelining was the fifth and last company we contacted.

One of the owners, Jeff, spent ample time during our initial contact explaining the process. The conversation was distinct from other companies as he was not pushy and was very knowledgeable. I work in the construction industry, and he was able to answer detailed questions I had regarding the product and specific terms of the warranty. This positive interaction was followed by Cody, the installation team lead, arriving promptly for the scoping appointment Jeff and I had arranged.

The installation process was extremely smooth. All three of the crew members were timely, polite, and extremely respectful of our house. As one example, they were very careful to put drop cloths along all walking routes to reach our bathrooms in order to protect our floors and carpets. They also comprehensively plastic wrapped non-work surfaces in our bathrooms to protect from dust. The installation lasted two full days, and the crew was careful to clean everything at the end of each day.

We received several check in calls throughout the installation days (as I was at work) to apprise us of the process and status. This allowed us to plan for when water would need to be shut off, and minimized impacts to our personal schedules.

Notably, the crew took many photos and videos for us to retain for our records. Their work was truly beautiful. An additional surprising item for us was how careful the crew was at the excavation sites to avoid impacting our grass more than necessary. It would be fair to describe their digging work as surgical.

It's rare that I recommend construction services as the experience always seems to be a mixed bag. US Pipelining is an exception, I recommend them in the highest degree.

I can't say enough good things about this company!! From the first phone call I had with Jeff explaining the process from beginning to end to speaking with Brad and helping with the financing. The crew that came out was AMAZING. Cody, Joelle, Steven and Richie were so kind and caring. My mother is in Chronic Heart failure, and they were so kind and caring regarding our situation. As I have moved in and living alone with my 90 year old mother they were so compassionate towards her and her needs. The work they did was amazing and I highly recommend US Pipelining Services to anyone needing their pipes fixed!!

I am so please with the work US Pipeline Services provided. With constant problems with plumbing issues, it was determined that the cast-iron pipes were the issue. After they completed the project, I have full confidence in my plumbing system. The crew working in my home were informative, respectful and courteous. When they completed the project, it was as if they were never here. My home was spotless. I highly recommend their product and solution to repairing cast-iron plumbing issues. If you own an older home its only a matter of time when you will need them. Do it before the pipes completely fail and cause massive interior water damage like I had.

We learned of US Pipelining through a friend. They had not actually used this company but one of the neighbours had. We found From the beginning that their communication levels were very prompt and thorough. The job was started when they said it would be, the guys showed up when they said they would. The job ran three days instead of two as they had anticipated but that was not a problem. We wanted the job done right and didn't want them to rush. The employees were very kind and respectful To us as well as our house. They took the necessary precautions to keep our house clean. They provided updates as the job went Along to keep us informed.We are very satisfied with the service we received.

No BS and great customer service!
I called yesterday about some slow pipes that I had snaked by a different company. That other company left me feeling not so fresh about my old pipes. After doing some research, I ended up really liking the idea of relining the old pipes.

Iron First was the most responsive and friendliest of the companies that I called.
Called me back right away, and immediately sent an estimate for potential work first and set me up with a consult appointment for the next day.
The very next morning, they communicated when they would be there in the morning(huge plus).
The three guys that showed up were in company official gear and were very friendly.
They explained the potential issues. Best of all, they ran a camera and let me watch the whole thing. Explained what we were seeing, what it meant and what were possible solutions.
BEST best of all..... they didn't try to sell me ANYTHING!
The entire consult was FREE! FREE y'all! FREE!
They essentially said that it was up to me to move forward with some root intrusion clean up and relining but that nothing seemed like a huge red flag. With some plumbing companies working on commission here in Florida, it is a HUGE breath of fresh 100 degree air to not be forcefully sold something!

This is the pipe lining company to go with. This is the 2nd house Jeff's crew lined for me and just as the first, it went perfectly start to finish. Secondly, I'd need to reference Sandra. She went above and beyond. I needed so much paperwork for some rebates I was applying for and I can't say enough about how great she was helping me with that. So thank you Sandra. I appreciate the extra work you put in.

This company was nothing but amazing from start to finish. The crew (Cody, Carlos, and Joel) were always on time, or early, very courteous and clean. Cody was good at updating me with every step they were doing throughout the process. When they were done and gone you couldn't tell they had been here. We would reccomend them 10/10!

I highly recommend US Pipelining Services. They lined and coated the cast iron pipes under our home on Siesta Key without much wait time. It was a big job and a costly repair, but it was work that had to be done. Miguel, Ty, and Austin worked tirelessly for 3 long days. They were clean and put down cloths in our home to avoid a mess. They never hesitated to answer questions and explained the work process very clearly. I got other estimates and this company’s work is very thorough with high grade product and a much better warranty than other companies. I also want to give a shout out to Jeff, who answered many questions, always responded quickly, and put my mind at ease. You may find a slightly cheaper estimate; however, the quality of material, the skilled workmanship, the thorough repair, and an extensive warranty offset any slight reduction in price. This company does a great job, is honest and helpful. If you have a plumbing related issue, and especially if you need lining, don't hesitate to call them.

Their team did a good job communicated same day. Explained scope before quickly got me on the schedule quickly showed up on time and finish the job when they said they would. Can’t ask anything more.

I hired US Pipelining Services to help coat and line cast iron pipes. The crew (Cody, Richie, and Abner) were great. They told us what to expect, gave us updates at every stage, and made sure we were comfortable with and understood the process. They were prompt, professional, and CLEAN - they took extra lengths to protect my carpets and floors. When the project was done, the bathrooms looked better than before they started. They even restored my rock garden that had to be dug up to access pipes - you couldn't tell they had been there. I'm very pleased with the service and professionalism, and would enthusiastically recommend them.

We just used US pipelining services to restore some old pipes in our 2000+ sq ft office building and the crew did a fantastic job! We are very pleased. Cody, Richie, Carlos and Abner were AMAZING!!! Very knowledgeable, kind and considerate guys who even cleaned up after the job was done. Our office was cleaner after they left than before they arrived which is extremely uncommon in this line of work. We would highly recommend those guys and this company. If we need these services in the future, they'll be the first ones we call.

Fantastic job done by the crew at Iron First Pipelining. Did the job on time and in 2 days as promised. Can't say enough about how smoothly it went and how personable the crew were and took the time to explain the whole process. They are the best. Big shout out to a well run Company. They completed work on our home on May 13, 2025. This review is delayed because, during the project—milling and lining the drain lines and vent stacks—an unforeseen accident occurred. While milling the kitchen vent stack (while we were outside), water entered through a crack and leaked into the kitchen. When I came back inside about 30 minutes later, I found less than a quart of water on the kitchen floor. Unfortunately, because we have wood floors, that small amount of water damaged about two dozen boards.
I immediately informed Jeff, who came on-site shortly afterward. He offered three solutions:
1. Do nothing and receive a credit.
2. Pay for us to have the kitchen (approx. 12x20) tiled.
3. Refinish the wood floors in both the kitchen and the adjoining living room (since the spaces are open).
We chose to have the floors refinished. Jeff arranged for Rick Landry Flooring to handle the work. Rick came out, explained the process and options, with Jeff also present. The refinishing was completed on August 27, 2025. The timing delay wasn’t anyone’s fault, and the finished floors turned out beautifully—we couldn’t be happier.
Although the accident was unfortunate, they took full responsibility and made it right without hesitation. We’re very pleased with both the drain pipe lining project itself and the professionalism of the owners and their team.
Why we chose to line our pipes: Our neighbor across the street (in a home of similar age, built in the 1960s with cast iron drains) had a line collapse just a month before. His repair required excavation, full PVC replacement, torn-up flooring, and two weeks of using a porta-potty. He told me the cost was over $20,000. Not wanting to risk that, we decided to act proactively. Our main drain line had a two-foot crack, discovered after milling, and the kitchen vent stack also had a crack. Both were patched and then lined.
For context, I had researched several companies and obtained multiple estimates. When Brad (the other owner) came out for the estimate, I knew immediately—just a gut feeling—that this was the right company to hire. And I’m glad I did.

Quality & professional work by experts. Completed work in two days and left work area inside and outside clean. Team of Cody, Richie, Carlos & Gage were great! This business delivers & Rocks!! Highly recommend.
