Gasmasters installed a new gas line on our commercial building yesterday and we couldn't be happier with their performance and professionalism. David and Carlos did a fantastic job on the install and were great to work with. Our estimator was also top-notch... we got our quote back quickly and he was very professional and informative. Office staff was always communicative and kept us informed from start to finish. I would recommend their services to anyone.

We had a leak in our natural gas system and Richard and Anthony did a thorough analysis and found the leak. They were knowledgeable, efficient and professional in their work. We will not hesitate to use them again if a need arises on our gas system.

Under no circumstance should anyone ever work with this company. I have never experienced such poor workmanship or Customer Service.. They have failed to show up for multiple scheduled dates with no notice or attempt to reschedule. It is beyond me how Denise is employed here or anywhere. She hung up on me multiple times for trying to get my job scheduled after the shotty work they did failed inspection. When I was scheduled, she acted as if they were doing me a favor. I have never been more appalled by a company.
I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

Called early December 2024. Appt was January 3rd, 2025. Justin came out and surveyed the job to run a simple gas line to a range in the kitchen. Told me he'd have an estimate in 3-5 days. I called 2 weeks later and was told someone would call me back, they didn't. I called again 2/12, spoke with Annie who transferred me to Bill. Haven't heard back. The good, they've proven they can't get a simple estimate out. Can't imagine what you'd go through trying to get service or a warranty issue.

Gasmasters came out to give me an estimate on 12/31/24. A week later I called about the quote. I was told it would be ready the next day. When I didn't receive anything, I called back and was told the same thing. Because the price was attractive, I moved forward after calling multiple times for the quote. Ever since then, the staff has been downright rude, condescending, and provides poor communication, specifically Denise. She is the rudest person I have worked with as a customer in many, many years. They ran the gas line for my pool heater and fire feature. It failed the inspection. I have an email indicating they would put sight tubes in for the inspector. That did not happen, and he failed us. When I called to explain what the inspector told me she said " I know all of that. What do you want?" I told her I wanted to pass inspection before pavers and footers were done. They called for another inspection and was able to pass by using pictures they had taken. A few days later, as my footers were being formed, one line was struck because it was not buried deep enough (should be buried 18" and the footer was 12" deep). Now I have an open gas line in my backyard. Denise told me, "it will be ok. I know this is an emergency, but there are people that don't have water to bathe." Can you believe someone that works with customers actually said that? Disregarding that I am paying her company for the work. I asked to speak to the president of the company, Frank, and she told me NO. Now, Angelique (another person in the office) was very nice and went out of her way, but Denise was very rude. As it stands, they are trying to work me in. We have an inspection for the footers tomorrow while the gas line is broken and sitting in my yard, and Gasmasters says they will try to get to me in 2-5 days. Doesn't sound like they see this as an emergency at all, and they have little to no concern about their customers. They just want to do shoddy work and bug you about getting your money!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Experience was great! Hired gas masters to install NG valve for grills and generator. Workers showed on time and called me with an ETA. They were polite, efficient, and explained the whole process to me. Overall I would hire them again for any additional plumbing needs and would recommend.

We had GM install an exterior gas generator and new natural gas for our Wolf Stove, and always great to work with at an affordable price.

I had a good experience with gasmasters. I got 4 or 5 quotes for gas tankless water heaters and asked questions about the name brand, model, warranty, price, labor, etc. Richard answered all my questions via phone or text and he didn't try to upsale me. My neighbor had used and recommended them. Gasmaster's had the best price, they did the $550 Teco rebate for us, and they also registered the unit for the warranty. Johnathon was the lead tech. They arrived early, they were polite, listened to my concerns, and answered my questions. They also service the system annually for a reasonable fee. I'm always nervous when using a new company but I had a good experience. My only complaint is inflation but it's everywhere. Thank you, Tess

Gas Masters has been an excellent company to work with if you need to add a gas line from propane tank to new kitchen cooktop. They are priced very competitively and pull permits to have county sign off when they are done. Big shout out to Denise for her patience and professionalism and guidance through out the process. As a homeowner who hadn't remodeled in over 25 years, I had many questions. The work crews who came out to do the work were fabulous too. Thank you Gas Masters!

Gasmasters completley rebuilt the insides of two 25yo natural gas lanterns that straddle the front steps of my home. They did an outstanding job on what I thought would be a difficult/complex rebuild of the flame controls. The lanterns are burning better than ever.

They removed, rebuilt, and remounted the lanterns at a cost that was surprisingly inexpensive, and a fraction of the cost of replacement which was my next option. Many thanks to Gasmasters!

Set up an appointment to have our gas connected to newly installed heating units. These people told me to expect a call so we set all day waiting. No showed and ghosted me. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Find another contractor

I'll just say this- but sure what kind of bummed this can possibly be in time of professionalism because they let legit psychos drive in the road in their branded trucks almost causing accidents in Tampa rush hour traffic.

No one answered phone calls and the voice mail box stated it was filled and therefore would not accept any new messages.

I was referred to this company by a friend of a friend. Upon calling to request a quote for work to be done at my home, I was rudely interrupted by the miserable b*#%h (I’m sorry, I would usually remain more professional when writing a review, unfortunately there is no other way to describe the person on the other end of the call) to let me know they only work on commercial and new builds. She asked, with an attitude, “Is this a new build?”. I explained that I had said it was for an older home, to which she snidely responded, “Exactly”. When I told her I was referred her response was, “Well maybe the person who referred you should have told you what kind of plumbing work we do”, at which point I just hung up
the phone. Mind you, this company has no website and no description of the type of plumbing they do.

Michael and his son were great. I was referred to them from a friend. He responded to my call and I was able to get a same day appointment. They came in replaced my hot water heater, put in a shut off valve and replaced 2 traps under my sinks. I'm impressed with there fast friend service. Reasonable pricing. Great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks
