This by far is the best emergency service call I have ever encountered. The team came quickly and were extremely professional and down to earth. They fixed an emergent problem. We just closed on our home yesterday and today the water softer unit exploded and water was rushing out into the garage and down the driveway. These gentlemen literally came to our rescue. They explained more than they needed to about everything including questions we had that were not even related to the call. Top Notch Service! We called several other places and they all said NO service in Apollo Beach. These guys are our heroes.

I had a clogged kitchen sink. John was very informative on how the process was done to unclog the drainage problem. Gave me some insight to make sure the problem won't reoccur. John is very nice & very accommodating for fixing the clog sink. Would recommend this company for any plumbing services.

Crystal Drains came to remove a toilet for me as it was leaking underneath my present flooring. John was respectful, knowledgeable and very helpful with helping me resolve my problem. He is a willing and hard worker. I highly recommend this company.

We had an emergency issue last week with our garbage disposal and though these are not the only things I appreciated about Crystal Clear Drains, these 2 were among my favorites —->

1) I live in a nice neighborhood. I’ve noticed that many service providers seem to increase their pricing based upon the fact that I live in an upscale, gated community in a large, lovely home. I am by no means a cheapskate and I am eager to a fair price for services, *especially* by a locally owned company. I am not one of those people who try to brow beat my service providers to make sure they’re not “making money off of me”. And why shouldn’t they be? They’re spending their life energy providing me with a needed product or service. I just want to clarify upfront that I *detest* the practice of negotiating a service provider down to where they can barely eke out a living for themselves.

That said, *I do not appreciate it* when service providers jack-up their pricing because they perceive an opportunity to take advantage of a situation that has presented itself. What those type of service providers don’t realize is that most people are aware when this is happening to them, and it leaves a very bad taste because what it boils down to is that they are operating unethically. They are untrustworthy. But not so with John. His pricing is fair. I didn’t say cheap, but his prices are indeed fair.

His service was worth every penny and dare I say, MORE! Why more? The answer to this question leads into the second thing I appreciated most about John’s service. It’s the simple fact that …

2) He is genuinely a kind and friendly person. In my family’s brief interactions with John, we got the sense that he genuinely cares about his clients and about people in general. Crystal Clear Drains is truly a crystal clear diamond in the rough as far as service companies go (pun intended).

I love this company. John deserves to have people shouting his praises. He earned this review. He did a fantastic job on fixing our garbage disposal issue without overcharging me EVEN THOUGH it was an emergency issue. The icing on the cake is that he was just an overall personable, pleasant guy. My family and I also appreciated the fact that we are both from Colorado, which made for some fun conversation, particularly about our lament over the lack of fresh green chiles available here in Tampa. :) :) :)

We had a sewer backup in the bathroom, Crystal Clear Drains was able to accommodate us in their schedule for prompt service. John Martinez came to our house on time and gave us an excellent service. Explain to us what he was doing, the reason for it and the costs. He gave us options and explained the whole process. Was pleasant, polite and professional.

want! He came on short notice and on time. We needed him to do a complicated kitchen faucet installation and he came through like a champ. Thoroughly checked for any leaks and even leveled our dishwasher that the countertop installer left uneven. He left everything clean. We had one Plummer turned down the job. I count it as a blessing that John came through today!

I had low water pressure going to one of showers, I called Crystal Clear Drains and they determined that the internal valves were partially closed limiting water flow to my shower.

Prior to this I had 3 other local licensed plumbers come by and they either could not figure out the issue or said I needed to replace the shower valve/rough end.

I’m grateful that John not only took his time to check what the issue was, but was honest enough to show me how opening and closing the internal valve changed the flow… His integrity saved me lots of money and headache and I sincerely appreciate that.

I never expected the service that was rendered to me by John. When you have a brother walk into your home, you realize you’re in good hands. What I mean is he’s a marine and I also am a marine. I spent my time in the Marine Corps and retired. At my age, you can always save but so much, and I was scared to death that it would cost so much. What happened the cold water on my tub decided it was gonna stay on and not turn off. John went out of his way. Even went to the store to check to see if he could get the older Parts. He did and hurried back worried about the time and if I was OK with it being late. I told him it was fine. Fixed everything even though this modular home is old. It’s fixed to the point where it gives me time to save to have the bathroom redone. Knowing now that his wife is an interior decorator she will be able to help with having a new shower and the tub coming out. This was offered to me while he was working. Everything was cleaned up and looked just like it did before he walked in there if I have to recommend a company, I recommend this company. They won’t take advantage of you and they’ll do a good job so when you need a job, don’t be scared. Just call him and ask for John. God bless all of you that need a work done. If I have to do it again. I know where to call.

Woke up this am to find out our water heater went. Found Crystal Clear Drains on Next door App. Spoke with Crystal and she was able to have someone come today. John was great! Pleasant, professional, and went out of his way to see if our old water heater was covered under a warranty (it was)! John removed the water heater and was able to the warranty exchange for us. John answered our questions and explained how important draining the systems yearly is. Also checked our water pressure and explained why it is important not to be too high. We will use John at Crystal Clear Drain again and highly recommend him!
