They sent a Technician by the name of Hunter and he was fantastic. He answered all of my questions and was very nice and very clean. He wore foot booties without me asking and was overall just awesome. We will request him in the future and we highly recommend Edenfield and Hunter.

So I searched on here and found my way to Edenfield Plumbing. I needed some work a couple of toilets. I sent an email, got a response in like a minute advising me that I would receive a call from an analyst. Within a minute from that, I got a call from Mike. He asked me the problem and set an appointment for a couple of days out since it wasn't emergency work. This morning, Hunter shows up promptly for the appointment. Courteous, honest, kind. He explained AND SHOWED me what the problems were and finished up within a couple of hours. I did some shopping prior to calling them and I'm glad I made that last phone call. They were competitively priced, but service was OUTSTANDING! Thanks Kristy, Mike & Hunter! I'm in service type work myself, so I know what it should look like and you guys all surpassed expectations!

Had the greatest experience with Mike and Cole. I can’t say enough nice things about Cole, nicest most down to earth guy. Very knowledge and quality of workmanship was excellent. Mike was able to send Cole out within the hour and the job was done just as fast. If you need some help give Mike a call you won’t be disappointed.

Can't say enough good about Edenfield Plumbing. I have had them do services a couple of times and Mike and the crew are fantastic. Extremely punctual, always in touch, quick to respond when I call, not to mention the work is always done quickly and correctly, on time and under budget. They are the best in the 'biz'.

We were very pleased with the work . I spoke to Mike about what was going on he listened and was professional. Hunter came out and did the work and was very professional and polite. Friendly with my pets. He also showed us each pipe that was leaking and explained what he was doing. Answered all of our questions with patience. We are grateful to have found a good company that is ethical and affordable!!! Highly recommend!!!

We've lived in our current home for 33 years. A friend recommended Edenfield Plumbing and we could not be happier. Our service appointment with Cole and Caleb was perfect. Cole is knowledgable and professional with a great personality and sense of humor. It is no exaggeration that this was the best plumbing service call we've ever had.

We were so please to have had our sink installed after a week or two of our old one not working. I was rather happily moved by the lovely handwritten thank you letter that Mike & Kristy sent, and even more so by our gorgeous new work sink! While I don’t leave many reviews credit is due where services are superb, thank you for truly demonstrating great customer engagement as well as taking the time to develop future returning customers. Very pleased with my experience with Edenfield plumbing Co. It was not an easy task finding the clean out valve for the plumbing but the technicians were patient and courteous. They were able to fix the issue in a timely manner and within a reasonable price range, considering the amount of work they did. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Excellent customer service and integrity.

Mike and his team are one of the most professional and caring service men I have ever dealt with. They answer promptly and can set you up with an appointment quickly. Cole was sent out to help install my new refrigerator and dishwasher and Cole even helped me make adjustments to make the fridge work. They even gave me a great referral for an electrician. I will never use another plumber again. Thanks again mike and Cole for all you have done for us!

I had a great experience with Crystal Clear Drains! They were quick to respond, arrived on time, and solved my plumbing issue efficiently. They plumber was professional and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend their services!

Technician came in the house without using shoe covers even when I informed him I had carpet. He walked all over my floors with dirty boots.
I was charged a $75 diagnostic fee for an issue we even couldn't fix. There was no mention on the website about a diagnostic fee or when i spoke to the scheduler a fee wasn't mentioned either. This was not an emergency call either.

Excellent Service!!! They came out toward the end of the day and stayed until 8:30 fixing my water pressure! John was extremely professional and fair priced. I would give 10 stars if I could!

John did a great job fixing a leaking toilet that was installed improperly by a different local plumber a few years ago. It was a messy job but he did everything that needed to be done. He’s thorough and communicated everything clearly.

Crystal, John, and team are absolutely fantastic. I've been dealing with water heater issues for over a week, with multiple contractors not showing up, a manufacturer leaving me high and dry with defective parts, a contractor charging me $250 for a phone call, and zero sense of urgency from literally everyone. I saw Crystal Clear highly recommended in the local FB groups so reached out. They came out first thing next morning, and immediately moved their schedule around to prioritize our water heater install and got us up and running by early afternoon. I can't recommend this team enough - Incredible service, extremely friendly and wonderful communication. We could have sat and chatted for hours. I am relieved to have found a local owned family business that I can support and lean on when needed. Do not pass this team up!
