When my sisters home flooded while she was on vacation, Servpro responded within two hours, developed a plan of attack, advised me what to expect and got busy right away! Ray was my first contact, and he communicated with me throughout the week, returned calls promptly and addressed my concerns with honesty and compassion. His assistants Mariana and Elias took great care with her possessions and were engaged throughout the process. By weeks end, they were able to save her solid hardwood floors and kitchen cabinets, as well as all of her contents, with minimal damage to walls. I truly felt they partnered with me and give the team an enthusiastic thumbs up! In addition, Servpro’s state of the art equipment made a real difference in the outcome.

I called you from my brand new hotel at 430 am with a water removal job. The owner actually answered the phone and sound like she had been up prior to my call. She wasn't but answered in a way that made me feel she was awake and alert. My information was taken and she said the crew was being dispatched as we spoke and they would arrive on scene within the hour. The crew arrived as she stated and to work they went. Five days later the job was totally finished with all machines picked up and no residual water left behind. Each day a small crew came into evaluate the need to add or remove dryers and fans. Very professional and knowledgeable. A follow up from the sales dept. was very helpful as well. I will definitely use Winter Park Serve Pro again. Thanks team for a job well done.

Like many people, I experienced water damage to my home after Hurricane Ian & again with Hurricane Nicole. A nice lady named Sthefania made an appointment, told me to expect when the estimator came out. Murph was my estimator, knowledgeable and answered my questions. I ended up needing mold remediation and filed a claim with my insurance. The crew was great Overall! Respectful of my property, which is always a plus. Overall very communicative, attentive, and would recommend. Thank you team!

I wanted to take the time to discuss this company. I am in the building industry. I have high standards, especially when it comes to mold. I make for the worst client, always peering over shoulders and double checking with other contractors I know. I must say I have been very impressed, both with the Serve Pro Company and especially with Eduardo and his team. They came same day as the flood, within hours, and started cleaning up. They tracked and traced the mold that inevitably occurs after a massive flood and were able to remediate and clean everything. They worked cohesively with Insurance, making sure everyone was on the same page. I am incredibly happy with the results. Having a flood in your house is never fun, but Serve Pro and Eduardo made it as painless as possible. Truly, a wonderful company and I would recommend again and again. I walked in my door at 11:00p from a long vacation, to over 2 weeks of water from a broken hot water heater flooding my home underneath the wood floors. I called ServPro at 11:00p. They were at my home the next morning with a full- time crew for 2 whole days, and then back again for another 3. Thank you to Mariana, Rey, Yuka, Ernesto and Alias, who were there to get me through all aspects of the mess. The entire crew was so efficient and worked so well together...cleaning up, removing our flooring, baseboards, closets, packing our things, testing the moisture, setting the fans/dehumidifiers, cutting the drywall, moving our belongings, etc...The professionalism and compassion were so appreciated. Chris and his team went over and beyond for my family in the hardest times! My house was destroyed unexpectedly by water. We came home to a flooded house after a weekend away. Ernesto, David and Kelvi are the A team. They came to my house after Hurricane Milton at 10:00 pm and did not leave until they uncovered water from the baseboards and laminate planks on our ground level. They were very professional and thorough. The setup the blowers and dehumidifiers and cleaned up after themselves. Great job guys!

Ryan Richardson same to our home after a pipe leak was repaired. He inspected the area, went into the crawl space, and determined there were no problems that needed to be addressed. Their crew removed wet drywall, installed fans, and managed to maintain an impressive level of cleanliness. After three weeks, it’s hard to believe we faced any water issues. I wouldn’t want to experience it again, but should it happen, I would definitely reach out to them.
