Our home suffered roof damage from Hurricane Ian, and hidden roof leaks caused mold to spread throughout our house. It started making my family sick and we had to vacate. Stephen with Serv Pro was excellent to work with. He was informative, responsive, and addressed all of our concerns. Even when I texted him after business hours, Stephen always responded promptly. We were displaced for 4 months with 2 year old twins; Stephen and his crew worked extremely fast to get my family back home. During the remediation, Stephen texted me photos, end of the day walk through videos, and kept me apprised of any issues they ran into. This was very reassuring to get visual updates on the work being performed, as we were not allowed to enter the home during remediation. After remediation, we noticed a couple of minor things we were concerned about. Serv pro came back two additional times at no additional expense to ensure any suspected mold was out of our house. Specifically, Mark and Yuca were also amazing to work with. They took extra care to make sure our house was all cleaned up after the work was done. I would also note that we obtained two estimates from other companies before choosing Serv Pro. Both companies wrote us quotes charging just enough to be right under our $10k insurance policy mold coverage limit, which would have forced us to pay out of pocket for all the repair work. We did not initially understand the mold remediation and repair work were separate things to be billed for and scheduled. Stephen was informative and upfront about the insurance and mold remediation process, which we had no experience in. He promised he could complete our remediation with money left for repairs, and that’s what he did. Additionally, the scope of work detailed in Serv Pro’s estimate was more extensive and thorough than the other companies we consulted, who gave us higher estimates for less work. We had a great experience with Serv Pro and would highly recommend them to anyone needing mold remediation.

Elias, Matt, Magaly and Mariana, and the entire Servpro team were absolutely wonderful to work with! We had two different major plumbing leaks in the span of about a week that caused water damage in a bedroom and bathroom. Rey, Mariana, Kelvi, and Smith made sure that every area in our condo was dried promptly, talked to our insurance adjuster to make sure everyone was on the same page, and came back less than a week after to repair our drywall. They are friendly, professional, and cost effective. I felt like they truly cared about our home. We will definitely call ServPro again if we have another emergency.

I was flooded by Helene on Thursday night. On Friday morning, Rei was at my house to assess the damages. On Saturday morning Rei, Ernesto, Kelvi, Yosvani, and Jorge were at my house and began the cleanup process. I could not be more thrilled with the team and the work they did. Rei went on to help my neighbors and Ernesto, Kelvi, Yosvani, and Jorge spent the next 2.5 days at my house. They were so kind, polite, funny, and respectful, and their work was top notch. They were a very big part of making a terrible situation seem manageable. Even after they had finished and I realized one of my drains was leaking, Ernesto returned to put a cap on it to stop the leak. UPDATE: Its now two months later and I've had several contractors, vendors, etc. in the house to help me put it back together. To a person, they have all commented on the excellent work (clean lines and cuts, etc.), and the lack of any sort of post-storm odor. Thanks to the wonderful remediation job done by this team, my house is well on its way to getting back to its pre-Helene condition!

We had mold from rain damage. Servpo was excellent in all aspects. They found the mold, removed it and did complete rebuild of the room damaged. Ernie did an excellent job on the rebuild. The room looked better after the construction then it ever was before.

Servpro recently managed a project for one of the properties I was updating. Andrea and Marianna, the technicians assigned to the project, were true pros and very thorough. Our washing machine decided to fail on us today. Completely flooded a room and bathroom. So much water that we used every towel, beach towel, hand towel, paper towel….i was about to start using shirts to soak it up.

The crew showed up as scheduled. Set up all equipment to dry out the walls and rooms. All the basic stuff that you already know about. They did it very quickly.

The reason we are giving a 5 star review is because of Reinaldo Gil (Rey) and his co-worker. (He told me his name, but I unfortunately forgot and I feel terrible. He was awesome as well)

These guys showed up on a Saturday and got it done. Obviously, my wife and I are frustrated. Our home flooded. Yet, the team at ServPro made this entire ordeal move smoothly. They explained everything in detail and answered all our questions intelligently.

We are so thankful that these guys know what they are doing. They were professional and courteous. Also, extremely helpful, as we have never had this happen before.

I have never had to use ServPro before. Hopefully, I will not have to again. But, if I do, I can assure you they are the team you need to call.
