I contacted the ServPro team after my house was flooded, and the work done by Andres, Eukarys, and Mariana was exceptional. Not only were they attentive and took the time to explain the entire process to me, but they also offered words of encouragement while I was going through such a difficult moment. I am very grateful and highly recommend them. Truly professional.

We had a washer that overflowed into our laundry room, kitchen and dining area. My husband and I happened to be home at the time but were in other areas of our property when this happened. Thank God. I called Servpro and Wyatt, Matt and Andres arrived a little after an hour of me calling. They got us all taken care of. Luckily forms, no major damage just some wet drywall behind the baseboards. They removed baseboards, drilled some holes in the drywall and set up dehumidifier’s and several fans to dry everything out. After a couple days we were good to go. Very efficient and professional.

Ernesto is absolutely amazing! He was so professional got it done in a timely manner. There was lots going on and there was a point where the work had stopped at a standstill, but he always responded and Servpro responded right away as I kept calling the office. they’re very kind and explained to me that they had to stop because of a storm that hit and help some other people who are in dire need like emergency situation then they came back to me and finish the job. They did a phenomenal job and Ernesto is an incredible worker very kind. I’m very grateful for Servpro in the work they did on my house. I’m glad they are dependable company that in the midst of managing many different situations kept the standard high and did just as they said they were going to do. I highly recommend Servpro.

Ray was great, very transparent, explaining every step of the way, answering his phone right away when I called. No mold, no smell, it was great-would highly recommend-don't call anyone else, just ask for Ray and his team, you won't be disappointed.

I am not reviewing all Royal Maid Services - just the Winter Park location. I have been a customer with this branch for over 8 years and was happy before, but when the new owners took over about 3 years ago everything went downhill. Their office manager (Sidney) is completely incompetent at scheduling, resulting in the teams often being late or rescheduled last min. I have had several times when I was waiting and they did not show up, or Sidney calling the morning of the clean to change the time or tell me someone quit. They are NOT professional nor respectful of your time. Almost every team I have had has complained about Sidney’s inability to schedule properly.
The company recently raised prices and tried to say their employees needed to feed their families, which of course they do. BUT, I was paying $70 per hour for a team of 2 - so $35 per hour per person. How much was the company keeping that the employees can’t feed their families?? This over scheduling (teams have complained to me saying they had 4 homes per day to clean) and low pay resulted in much turnover and unhappiness in their employees. The model in the ads looks happy but that is not who is coming to your home.
I have fired this company and glad not to be doing business with them anymore. It’s really a shame as at the start it was a good company.

They do an amazing job! I have used them for every day cleaning as well as a moving deep clean. Professional, thorough and courteous are an understatement. If you need a quick clean or a move out deep clean call them! The owners are amazing and get involved. Quality starts at the top.
