We were in despair at the previous foundation job that had been done on our 1892 Home renovation. Neil and his crew were recommended by another very satisfied customer in Guthrie, so we gave him a call. We are so very happy we did. The work that Oklahoma Foundation Repair has done is extensive and just what our old house needed. We have no need to fear the whole house will fall down now.
Neil, Rosa and the whole crew were fantastic, personable, professional, and extremely competent. They did a wonderful job for use, would recommend this company to anyone that needs any kind of foundation work.

After 4 quotes with different companies and different methods but the same outcome we chose Oklahoma Foundation mainly due to their integrity and communication. We had a hiccup but, Neil immediately reviewed solutions and came up with one that best fit our crawlspace. He and his crew moved forward quickly to accommodate our time frame. We truly appreciate Neil and his entire crew for their integrity, reliability and outstanding work.

I got 4 different companies on Google with best ratings, they all explained what I needed done.

But, the guy from this company actually made the most sense of some of the differing opinions some of the other guys had..

And gave me a very fair estimate and quote that addressed my concerns, to the point that it actually felt like a good deal! Rarely does getting something fixed in my home by someone else when I can't so it feel like a good deal. UsuaIly im being sold, or upsold.. I was happy, but wait.. there is more.. lol.

One corner of my house, it was a little less than perfect. I told the representative I was working with.. and he said it will come back and fix it under the warranty, no extra cost. I wasn't robbed, I wasn't financially destroyed. I was well taken care of! And very happy..

So, I'm supposs to get his business card and I'm going to share it in my town Facebook group as a Thank you to their good and fair practices.

I highly recommend. I live in Chickasha, and if you seen the houses around here vs in Tuttle, you'll know we ain't got a lot of money out here in general. Lol.

If your work requires any kind of verification DO NOT USE OKFR. A week before closing, Neil decided providing valid licenses was a no go and backed out of a job causing my family to not close by the time our lease was up. If you support a company who is okay with making families homeless the OKFR is the perfect fit for your job.

Isaiah and crew were very professional, polite and neat. Told me every step of the way what they were doing. Very pleased.

From the start with initial estimate regarding options available for the foundation, Neil took his time to explain the process, answering all my concerns regarding the repair. Estimate was definitely within reason with all that they were able to do, with setting the piers and with grinding, injection process into the foundation. Highly recommend the company for any foundation repairs.

What a great company to do business with here in Central Oklahoma. Prompt, efficeint, clean and just nice people to do have on board with a major remodel i'm undertaking. I was having a home inspection done for the purchase of our new (to us) home. I had some concerns about the foundation, so my realtor called Oklahoma Foundation Repair to look the house over. They said the foundation was good, and that the only thing it really needed were some replacement brick ties. I also asked them to see if they could shoreup the sinking driveway slabs and they said sure thing. They promptly completed the work and walked me through the entire process. I will definitely be calling them back for any future concerns I might come across.

Neil came out for a quote and was very thorough with explaining the process, which included him also giving other recommendations. He was very insistent on making sure our situation was handled perfectly. We appreciated the transparency, and we decided to go through with the work. He came out quickly and had our job done in a day. It looks fantastic and we highly recommended Neil!

Neil and his crew were awesome! He quoted 2 options to stop the settling of our foundation - cement or steel piers. We choose steel piers thinking they would be more appealing should we decide to sell our home in the future. The crew showed up as scheduled, put in 6 piers and wall anchors on 2 outside walls to secure the brick walls that showed movement and cleaned up nicely. They even repaired some cosmetic cracks which was above and beyond the scope of work. I highly recommend this company should you find that you need this type of service. Thanks again Neil and crew!

They completed the foundation job on last Thursday and I almost immediately noticed a difference in the kitchen and dining room floors after the foam injection process was complete. These guys are probably the nicest and most reasonably priced repair place you can find. I had Neil out to give me a quote. My house is from 1915. When my toddlers would run through the house it's shook the entire house and sounded like a heard of elephants. An adult walking through made the house literally bounce. I am a single mom and the financial part was very worrying for me. Other places either wound not quote me or quoted me more than i could do. Knowing the situation and seeing it all, Neil was able to work out something I could afford. My project took longer than expected, but that was not the guys fault, the amount of rain made it flood under my house where no work could be done... but Neil kept me updated and informed. When they were here, I would come out and he or his supervisor would give me a full update on what was going on and next steps.. his guys had to excavate about 3 ft deep under the entire house because my house was literally on the ground. They did dirt work and found other solutions to make sure water no longer comes under the house when it rains and such. They even cleared out brush and overgrowth to be able to build up areas to keep water out in the future. The house is now firm to walk through and you don't feel like you are going to fall through the floor. Even though some things came up that were unexpected, the only difference in my quote and final price was the cost of materials being different than when quoted. He didn't charge extra labor or anything when they would come out but not be able to work due to wetness under house, which was no fault of their own, or anything. It was a large check to write, but compared to what others wanted plus the fact that they were so nice and went above and beyond in all that they did, it was well worth it. And they did go above and beyond.. they cleaned up the trash, cleaned up the dirt that was excavated (even put it down in my cellar for me since I was having to have it filled in, saving me concrete costs), and came and cleaned the dirt and mud from the walls and walkways that was caked on due to how wet it was under the house. In some ways it looked cleaner after they were done than before they started working! Pictures are an area they cleaned up to do dirt work on. Truly great people.

I have had nothing but the best experience with OKFR. Neil came to our house to evaluate 2 or 3 times - telling us there was no urgent work needed yet but instructed us to call him if anything changed. This last visit we determined it was finally time and some work was needed. Neil was very fair and helpful through the whole process. Today, I noticed one spot I was a little concerned about, especially with the bad weather coming in this weekend, and Neil came right out to assess! Fortunately, it was a simple fix but Neil coming out for a quick look really eased my mind. Many thanks to the whole OKFR team
