I have used JSA Foundation twice. In 2017, I had scary-looking brick separation problems on two walls. Scott Anglin and his crew placed 6 piers under the foundation and closed all of the gaps in the brick. After 6-1/2 years, the gaps are still closed. This job was done quickly and for a very reasonable price – and with lasting good results.
Recently, I discovered more brick separation problems in a different part of the house. Again, Scott cured the problem quickly and for a price that was well below what I expected.
I highly recommend this company. I have never had a better experience with a contractor.

We just bought a house with foundation settling issues, and JSA ended up doing the job for us, which entailed installing five piers. We got quotes from another local company and JSA's offer was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper for doing the same work, except Scott also did some improvement to the brick work that wasn't included in the other offer.

All in all, it was a breeze doing business with Scott, he explained the process really well and seemed very knowledgeable. The other competitors were frustrating to work with since you couldn't get anybody on the phone to actually talk to since their engineers were apparently fully booked. I would 100% recommend or use JSA again.

My brick porch needed to be lift bc of a sinking issue and porch being built in soil that was not compacted. did my research with JSA and other companies. One company wanted to tear my entire landscaping out and tear porch off the front of my house. Another company with a process similar to JSA tried a heavy pressure sales job and wanted $1500 more to go the same repair. I emailed JSA several times with numerous questions about the process. They were always very nice and professional with their response. Scott oversaw my entire project and his team did a GREAT job. I couldn't be happier. They completed prep work prior to arriving. They arrived ready to work and never took a break. When they were finished, Scott's team cleaned up the site, Scott talked to me about everything they did, and they left my house better than when they arrived. I would give them my highest recommendation based off my experience.

I called JSA to repair a sinking column between my garage doors. Scott was up front on the cost of installing a pier and discussed in detail the process of the project. He was very knowledgeable and was among the best prices I could find. They did an outstanding job, they were on time, clean and surprisingly completed the job quickly and efficiently. I’m so glad I chose JSA foundation and would definitely recommend them to anyone. A++++

If I could give them 6 stars I would. Scott and his crew were absolutely fantastic. We called them concerning a horizontal crack in our foundation and he came over and gave me his honest opinion and did not try to upsell me anything. He gave me a very reasonable quote and we decided to pull the trigger. They scheduled the install very fast and did the job with great precision. I'm overly happy with everything they did. It looks great and I have no doubt that my foundation will hold up forever. The peace of mind I have now is priceless. I would recommend them to anyone. Support these small business guys. After researching local foundation repair companies, I called JSA to get an evaluation of some issues that came to light during a home inspection. They were timely, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly at every stage of the process. I would recommend them without any reservations.

Kim in the office was great in communicating with me and keeping me aware of the steps and schedule. Scott personally reviewed my initial photos, gave me a clear and fair estimate (the low end of which ended up being the final price), then talked me through which issues needed to be addressed and which ones were minor. Then, on the day of the work, he looked over all of the minor issues to confirm his initial evaluation, gave me advice on how to handle them, and even gave me contacts for the issues that don't fall under the kind of work that they do. Scott and his two assistants completed the job quickly, explained what they were doing as they went, went above and beyond with the cosmetic repairs and left the work area looking like new. Hands down the best contractor I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Scott, Kim and their sons are professional, show great integrity, are respectful of your time and money, show up on time and do the job the right way. Scott made sure I understood exactly what was going on and assured me that they would fix it the right way - and they DELIVERED. Our porch columns had settled and were no longer supporting the porch correctly. In about 6 hours they installed 4 steel piers, straightened the brick columns and now my porch is level and safe again. Once they were finished they cleaned up nicely and left my house looking better than they found it. I could go on and on about how happy we are with the results!

JSA is the company to use for all of your foundation repair work. I watched every YouTube video before hiring them to repair the cracks in my front porch stairs. I was impressed with their work. My husband and I are very happy with the work that was provided by JSA Foundation Repair. They successfully placed 7 piers to stabilize our retaining wall’s footing. We had numerous companies offering various solution with wide range of pricing, but in our case JSA was the company that we felt most comfortable with. Before doing the work, Kim recommended that we consult a structural engineer to assess the integrity of the wall and confirm that putting piers would be safe in our case. This is a structural wall that supports the foundation of our house, so we wanted to make sure that highly trained specialists handled the work. Scott and his crew were exactly what we were looking for. They were well prepared, organized, and highly efficient.

JSA provided expert and economical repair services for our issue. We had brick veneer separating due to poor construction and settling. Scott talked through my concerns and his family team did a great job. They under-promised and over delivered. Couldn’t ask for more.

A great experience- even though I dreaded the idea of the cost and repair once I saw cracks both inside and outside that suggested a settling problem. Scott was the most fairly priced (well below what I was expecting) and I was most comfortable with his explanation and videos of his repairs. I appreciate not having a "sales person" who gives a pretty handout but no information that an engineer can compare so Scott got the job. He and his crew were timely, respectful, and did even more work than promised by filling in a few holes in the yard while here.

Possibly the best and easiest experience I've ever had with a contractor!! Neil is punctual, responsive, thorough, friendly and VERY fairly priced. Purchasing a home that is almost 100 years old, you don't expect the floors to even or super sturdy. These guys came in a took inched out of the rolling floor and completely solid to walk on! Then after we pulled the kitchen out, they CAME BACK and added more support for the new kitchen.. FREE OF CHARGE!!!

I would gladly recommend Oklahoma Foundation Repair to do additional repairs at my home. They took the time to come out and give an estimate, time they would be there, and returned to assess if additional work was needed. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. I was impressed with their work as my floor had long been in a bad way. They immediately changed a years long problem but now in excellent condition!
