Neil at OK Foundation Repair came out to inspect a home we were looking to purchase. He gave us his honest, professional opinion knowing it wasn't going to generate any immediate profits for his business. When it came time to sell our existing home we called him up for his business. He completed our work within a week of us calling him and was fair and flexible. The work is guaranteed and they did a great job. We definitely recommend them and plan to use them for any foundation work.

Niel and his team did a phenomenal job. Clear and thorough communication, before and after pictures, written statement of work and contract. Met our paperwork requirements. And the price was well within sanity and our means. I hope we never need him again, but he will be who we call for any crawlspace structural issues.

Extremely satisfied! I don't believe I could be any more satisfied with the job. Neil, the owner of the company, is very professional as well as kind. He will make sure you are fully satisfied, speak with you about any and all concerns. He is even open to suggestions, even though he is the one with the experience. He also speaks to you like you are a human being, he doesn't talk down to you if you don't have the knowledge that he does. It's hard to find businesses that don't have people who are like that. I love the fact that he is willing to negotiate within his means, to ensure that I as the customer am getting the best deal I can. They also have the best warranty for their customers if the job permits to need one! It shows they truly care about their customers.

I had many of estimates prior to contacting Oklahoma Foundation Repair. Many of which recommended much additional work, and with the type of house we have, frame on pier and beam, Neil recommended it would be a huge excess of work for something that could potentially have the same issues years down the road. His goal was fixing the root of the problem instead of trying to mask the problem.

I will definitely use them in the future if the need ever arises.

Neil with Oklahoma Foundation Repair was great to work with. He was able to spot the problem right away. The whole process was quick and effortless. The work was top notch. But most importantly noted was how clean they left the work area. I would use these guys again!

Not only was his rate LESS, it accounted for MORE piers than his competitors, as well as, included mortar touch up and concrete patches. Rosa and the guys did a great job! Neil is the best! I have worked with him for years before he started this company. He is trustworthy, honest and fast worker. His prices are very fair as well. What I like about Neil is he will be straight up if a house does NOT need pier work or repairs. Most company’s seem to tell you, you need the worlds most amount of work done, just to make a buck and Neil is up front with exactly what is going on. I would recommend him to anyone I know. Contacted Oklahoma Foundation Repair to get an estimate on potential foundation issues and I'am so glad I did. Neil came out did a walk around on the inside and outside of my home and went into great detail about what did and did not need to be fixed. Very nice man I never felt like he was trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge of foundation issues or work. He gave me an estimate for the work that needed to be done never tried to up sale things that didn't need to be touch and once I approved the estimate, he quickly got me scheduled. The work has now been complete, and I couldn't be happier. Neil and his crew are truly amazing, and I wouldn't recommend using another company to anyone. REFRESHING!! I can’t tell the last time I’ve experienced such good customer care truly. I’ve had 3 estimates for my foundation and the other two were tryin to up charge and convince me I needed 3 times the work I actually needed. Not only was Neil the most accurate in his survey but the best competitive prices I’ve seen, shocked honestly their willingness to work with me as I am a disabled veteran with fixed income. If I would of went with the other two I would be looking at a bill 2-3x the repair actually warranted. The icing on the cake : when u meet Neil he’s the nicest most genuine person and when u talk with him it doesn’t feel like a business arrangement but more like a buddy trying to help. My repair will take place in two weeks and can’t wait to give an update. Thanks Neil 🙏

**READ BEFORE HIRING** Buyer Beware!!!! Neil comes across as sincere and trustworthy when spoken to however the work provided is substandard at a premium price. Oklahoma Foundation Repair was hired to pin my new slab to existing slab, to construct a stem wall under a non-supported wall & add a brick ledge. The stem wall built did not reach the wall allowing water penetration and the brick ledge was built to narrow for bricks and not square.When concrete forms were removed I had a corner totally missing concrete. (SEE PICTURES) He came back out and pushed concrete by hand into hole under floating wall w/ no attempt to level or meet bottom plate. When contacted that the bricks fell off house due to ledge issues he was to busy to fix and refunded a portion of my money leaving me to hire someone else to correct their incompetence and resolve standing water in my home after a rain. So much for guaranteeing their work. Neil is a slick talker that does not provide reliable or competent work and bolts when faced w/ standing behind his company’s work. I am concerned how long the slab pinning will last now! I totally feel taken advantage of!

* Receptionist stated you were to busy
* You came out 3 times: initial quote, work day, & inadequate repair day.
* Structural engineer never called for or approved 2-1/2in. Tapcon screws for pinning so not following “exact” instructions.
* Not happy? That is your ONLY true statement.
* Your eating a lot of materials accounts for you not having enough to complete job.
* Man hours cost? You paid 4 guys to recline on my driveway while they waited for more material to arrive. (Still not enough bags of concrete to complete)
* I paid you $3075 of which you refunded $1650 which did not solve issues
* I would have been happy if you had completed the job correctly.
* Material you left: 1 tube of caulking for ME a 67 yr old woman to attempt to patch what you were paid to complete.
* Slander only applies if it weren’t all true.
* New potential customers DO need the true facts, I agree.
* Pictures speak for themselves.
* Legit review? This is my “legit” experience w/ you & your company.
* FULL REFUND? When can I expect you sending me the balance of $1425?

Time will tell if the pinning will hold and the hand globs of concrete you applied to the still void spaces in my foundation will hold.

Neil and his team did a great job. His crew was professional and Neil worked side by side them. Neil is dedicated and prompt. The weather effected his work schedule and his crew came on a Saturday to get the job done. Neil made sure we are in communication in a few months to evaluate the work he did as the weather changes. We couldn’t be more confident and satisfied in his customer service. We have had experience with other foundation companies in the area. Oklahoma Foundation Repair will be our go to (if we need his service again).

Oklahoma Foundation Repair did an excellent job at fixing our foundation issues. Neil and his crew came out on time and got the job done. They did the foam injection and pier to correct our foundation issues. Our floors are level and door close/open freely now without have to force it. I'm glad that we used them and would recommend anyone having foundation issues to give them a call. You will not regret.

I contacted Oklahoma Foundation Repair when I noticed cracks in my floor tile. Bix came out and, after a brief inspection, diagnosed the problem and scheduled a crew for the work. They arrived early one morning and installed two piers on one side of the home. They were finished and had the work area cleaned and looking presentable before I came home to see progress at lunchtime. They were back a day or two later to install expanding foam in a void area under my slab. Again, the project took about a half a day to complete and they did a great job cleaning the area before they left. Its only been a week or so since completion but I have the confidence to repair the floor now and know that my slab isn't moving around anymore. Thank you, guys!

I called Neil at Oklahoma foundation repair after I read the reviews for his company. He lived up to every five star review that I found. Like others, we own a 1925 Farmhouse outside of Guthrie that had a lot of foundation problems. He and his crew were on time, did a fabulous job and cleaned up, all in one day. When he gave me the bid, he went over all the things that were needed to bring my house back to a livable state. And after the job was completed, he went back over everything they did and explained the warranty and sent photos of all that they did. I felt that it would not be a problem for him at all if I needed anything tweaked or checked out. And, on top of everything else, his contract price was extremely reasonable, which was very important because I am 76 and my husband is 78. The peace of mind that he provides is immeasurable. If you are considering using his company, I would be happy to speak with you personally and tell you of our experience with him and his wonderful crew. You can get my number from him to do so.
