I enjoy working with Mr. Sanchez. He gave me straight up pricing. His team of workers was always there on time to complete the job. They did an excellent job repairing the foundation on my home. I highly recommend Al Sanchez Construction Company to get the job done.

Mr. David Sanchez, owner of Al Sanchez Construction, is a skilled, conscientious, and fair minded professional. It was a relief to find someone so trustworthy in a field where one can be easily taken advantage of (which has happened to us before , with other companies). Mr. Sanchez listened carefully to our needs, and helped tailor a plan that best met those needs. He is very responsive —for example, he brought his crew to our site, same day, when plumbers uncovered a very unsupported area of our home that needed to be fixed before the plumbers refilled the trench. His work standards are very high; he even asked his crew to re-do an area that wasn’t to his liking (we wouldn’t have known the difference) even though he lost profit to do so. He goes over each step of the plan with you, documents the repairs with photographs, and guarantees the work. Our house is so much stronger now, the work was done beautifully, and the job site was left better than they found it. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Al Sanchez - David and his team were absolutely incredible. From start to finish, David walked me through the entire foundation process and took the time to thoroughly explain everything so I could truly understand what my home needed.

He was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive. I never felt rushed or pressured — instead, I felt informed and confident in the decisions being made. His team was professional, punctual, and respectful of my property throughout the project.

We called JSA to repair two porch columns that had settled due to improper footings . Previous fix by a contractor had only lasted 2 years. Scott dropped by to check out the problem. His estimate was reasonable so we scheduled for the following week. He and his two man crew dug up the footers and installed a total of three peers. Porch is level again and old paint mark confirms columns are in original position. Price was as quoted and job is guaranteed.

JSA has become our go-to company when we are in need of foundation repairs at our rental homes. We manage properties and are a general contractor and they have given us great service and pricing each time we have used them. They are our preferred foundation repair company and they should be yours too!

We had a serious settling issue with our outdoor fireplace. JSA did an outstanding job fixing it. They were prompt, courteous & they did such a great job cleaning up, you couldn't even tell they were there or there was ever an issue with the fireplace! I would highly recommend Scott & his crew!

Just purchased a home in Georgia, it had some cracked and bowed brick columns in the carport. I found some youtube videos of JSA and the repairs they had done, it looked exactly like what I needed. I got a quick estimate from them, they came out the following week, and repaired the columns to almost as good as new. While the work was amazing, the most impressive thing in my book was, I paid a $200 deposit. When I paid at the completion of the job I paid the full amount due but didn't get credit for the $200 I already paid. They recognized the mistake the following day and returned my initial deposit. WOW! Quick, Capable, and Honest! You don't find that very much these days.

Our front porch foundation was settling creating cracks in two sections. JSA was the way to go! Kim and Scott made us feel so comfortable about the process of repairing the porch and informed us exactly how that would happen along with videos on their website. They showed up on time, repaired the foundation and brick, and did an excellent job cleaning up and protecting our bushes. Great customer service. We highly recommend them.

Noticed cracks in my foundation and called several companies to figure out what to do. Two Helical piers/piles were recommended by three companies and the cost was very high and varied quite a bit by each company. I decided to contact more companies to see how the pricing varied. JSA understood exactly what I needed from some photos I sent and quoted a very fair and attractive price. JSA also quoted all inclusive pricing unlike most of the other companies who had contingency costs dependent on how deep the piers would have to go to achieve the recommended level of psi. I would highly recommend JSA as it was a pleasure doing business with them.

The JSA Team came to my property with mini excavator and equipment on 03-24-22 and got the job done. If you need a professional company that listens to your problem and can brainstorm your solution call JSA foundation repair. A day later we had a severe thunderstorm and the wall repair held up just fine with no leaks or problems. I am a satisfied customer. See pictures below I added.

I had a great experience with JSA. Not only was the price significantly better than their large well know competitor, but they put in more piers and did a great job at patching up the mortar that had cracked as a result of foundation settling. JSA Foundation repair is just the best. They show up on time, and the quality of their work is amazing. My crack in the brick was repaired in a short time, and you can't tell there was ever a crack there. I have ask everyone who visits to tell me if they can see where the repair was done ,and not one person can. If you need a professional job done, call them at JSA.

These folks did an awesome job explaining what they would do (before they did it), what it would cost (upfront), and what they were doing (while they did it). I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and overall demeanor. Each of them was kind, personable, wonderful to talk to, and just super-duper all around. I'd be happy to have them back for a barbeque, but I don't think we'll need them to come back to repair the foundation again because they really knew their stuff! I just can't express enough how great it was to work with folks like this on our foundation repair.

Recently hired JSA Foundation to repair a sagging brick lentil above our garage door. We experienced thorough and prompt communication along with professional service. Once the grout dries the repair will blend in seamlessly. I highly recommend JSA to anyone needing this type of work.

We were referred to JSA from a mutual friend. Out of 3 quotes, JSA was by far the most affordable. More importantly though, there was no fancy bells and whistles, just straight forward honest answers and explanations. Even after our initial consultation he was more than willing to sit on the phone with me an answer some additional questions and concerns I had. When he came out to sign the contract, we were put at ease with his courteous and no pressure attitude. We were just as impressed with his work to our house. We are thankful to have found JSA, and would definitely recommend them to anybody needing repairs.

I asked JSA to come and look at my foundation as we were advised to install pipe foundation levelers due to erosion. Looking for a second opinion, I asked JSA to provide their thoughts. The company could have easily endorsed the information I was given previously and submitted a lower bid but told me that the leveling wasn't needed and that some landscaping would bring the erosion under control. I expect they saved me about $10K. For that, despite the fact that I didn't purchased anything from them, they will be my first call should I experience an issue. Thanks, JSA for your work ethic.

I would just like to make folks aware of how amazing Scott and his team are to get your foundation taken care of. From the 1st phone call I had with Scott till the day they called me to follow-up with the job, everything went so smooth, excellent work, great customer service and phenomenal people to work with. I could NOT be happier with the job they did. They go above and beyond AND on top of that they can beat everyone else's prices. You can shop around if you like but you won't be able to find a better company for the job.

I am really, really impressed with this company and will be using them in the future. They were extremely responsive and knowledgable, and they were able to fix several cracks on our house that nobody else seemed to know how to fix. Within minutes of calling and sending a picture they responded with a portfolio of before/after pictures from prior jobs fixing similar issues. Super freindly, family run business. We were fortunate to have all three sons working on our house at the same time, and in addition to doing great work they were really nice.
