The staff and crew of Al Sanchez Construction was nothing short of amazing. They truly value their customers and do what is necessary to make sure they are satisfied. I just purchased my home just over a year ago and I was having a major foundation issue. I had everything from cracks/separations in the wall and windows to doors that would not open/close/unlock, my house even leaving to one side with major cracks in my bricks and mortar. Additionally, I have tile floors and I was seeing cracks in the tile and in one place my floor separated and dropped about 2-3 inches. Needless to say I panicked. Mike and Dave came in and explain why I was seeing the issues I was having. They checked my entire home to see if the issues were isolated to the side with the issues or if it was the entire home. It was determined that it was one side. They provide me an estimate within a day or two. I waited almost 3 weeks before I decided to go with Al Sanchez as I had about 5-6 other companies come look at my home. I have a super busy schedule and Mike and Dave were super accommodating. They were understanding of the many requests and inquiries I made about their business and the process. Mario and Mike spent time with me inside of my home explaining what repairs would need to be done on the inside to repair my walls and cracked floor. I am also a recent grad and as we all know recent grads don't have much disposable income so it was important that I got a good company at a good price. I believe I got more value than what I would have gotten with any other company. Their prices were reasonable, the job was done timely and thoroughly, and they walked me through each step of the process so I could see that the work was being completed properly. They warranty their work and the warranty is transferable. Although, I don't foresee using it I am glad to have it available. They did everything they promised in the contract and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I'd give them my business 10 times over.

If you need your house leveled, look no further. These are the guys you want for your home. My house leveling was spot on, plus some. They are professional, honest and worked above and beyond expectations. Will hire again. David, Mike and crew were awesome.

I reached out a for a quote on a property over 2 weeks ago. They came out and did a walkthrough of the property. I've called 4 times and asked for my estimate. I was told I would have the estimate with 48 hours. Now 2 weeks later, I still don't have an estimate for the work.

These guys are great. So professional and fast. Great communication during the entire project. Highly recommend using them. I went through quite a few quotes until I found them and within two months (permits taking a bunch of those weeks) they were done. Three week timetable once they got rolling and they were on time.

Very happy with the foundation work that Al Sanchez and company did to my home. They were timely, communicated well when the work was more than they originally thought, that overall just did what they said they were going to do.

In addition to that, many general contractors I had spoken to were very impressed by Al Sanchez's work. They said that they had always done great work and were happy to start their work following on their good foundation work. Al Sanchez did a great job with my foundation repair. My house is now level, and they went above and beyond to get everything right.

The people at Al Sanchez are absolutely exceptional! They recently restored the foundation of our 150-year old house in the Irish Channel that had deteriorated over the years, and we really cannot say enough positive things about their work and professionalism. Mike and Dave are both clearly very knowledgeable about what they do and are dedicated to doing things the right way. Not only are the Al Sanchez employees excellent with respect to their quality of work, but they also conduct themselves in a reliable, transparent, efficient manner. The job was done quickly and on time. Mike was in contact with us frequently to discuss any issues that arose or to let us know how things were going. We were very satisfied with their work, even though they advised us that additional work would need to be done down the road (with no pressure on us to do it then and with an explanation as to when the work would be more pressing).

Recently, we realized that we needed a quick and easy job done around our house (removal of a satellite dish) and that we needed it done within a day or two. After I contacted Mike, someone was sent over that afternoon to fix our dilemma.

Again - enough great things cannot be said!

I am pleased with the work Al Sanchez Construction did on my home. They showed up in a very timely manner and completed the work. Other contractors I attempted to get bids from never even contacted me back which I find very rude. Why do people do business that way. Mike and Dave came by every day to check on the job after the crew began work to make sure everything was going well and to answer any questions I had. Their crew headed by Sergio was very friendly and it was obvious Sergio strives for quality workmanship, and he patiently answered any questions or concerns I had.

Flawless work. Kept an open and honest line and essentially rebuilt the entire, rotting shoring of my home at a reasonable price with outstanding efficiency. Were considerate of the effects on my interior and handled a very complicated job with professional and tactful process. Cleanup was perfect too; not a single nail left behind. It’s like my back yard was never a worksite. Will use again.

David and his crew did a good job and did some extra repairs that I didn’t know.Good guys hard workers I’m pleased with the work they did.

The short version: They're great. Why?: I have now used this company for two different raised houses. They evaluated the jobs, knew what they were talking about, shimmed old piers as needed, added several new piers plus structural wood beaming, and the houses are now level. Yay! They also were careful of old garden plantings - not a small thing in my wife's view - so we're both happy.

I contacted the company thru Angie. The owner, David Sanchez came out to my house on the same day and explained the scope of the work required to repair my foundation. He provided the quote the next morning. Less than a week later the job was complete. His crew did an excellent job. David came back the same day and did a walk through to ensure everything was in order and that we were satisfied with the work. I strongly recommend and would not hesitate to use Al Sanchez Construction again! Well done, thanks, David!
