What can I say, but GREAT COMPANY. After facing some very troublesome foundation issues and getting a quote from another well-known foundation company, I called Powerlift for their recommendations. Randall was extremely friendly and highly knowledgeable regarding what my home needed. He was compassionate about my situation and got me worked into the schedule, so I could put this all behind me. David, who was head of the crew that were onsite to complete the repairs was extremely professional and consulted with me at every turn. I can't say enough about this company and their loyalty to their customers. Stay local and use Powerlift. There's something to be said about EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Great job, Bill Bolin!

I had a great experience with this company. Randall gave me an estimate and took the time to explain my problems and the best ways to fix them. The two young men that came to level my floor were David and Deryk. They were very nice and conscientious about their work. They did an excellent job. I am very happy with the results. I definitely will use this company in the future.

The folks at PowerLift are excellent and very cost effective for the amount of work they performed. After 27 years in our home, we had some shifting foundation problems (surprise!). We interviewed a number of companies but PowerLift stood out as the best choice for us. The onsite team, led by Barry, showed up on time, worked their tails off for 2 1/2 days and provided excellent results. They explained what they were doing, were careful in their digging and lifting process, and left the house looking like new again. I was very hesitant to do this since I had read so many horror stories online about different negative experiences with other companies and had talked to a few neighbors as well that did not use PowerLift. But PowerLift and their team did a great job- they are professional, helpful and have the experience and knowledge to do the job right. I would personally recommend them for quality foundation repair and service to anyone looking for a high integrity company with a proven track record in this business.

I sure appreciate the work that Dink and his crew performed installing the piers for our home! Dink was very professional and courteous in communicating with me. The job site was left clean and displaced landscaping was reinstalled upon completion of the work. It was the second time I’ve used PowerLift and once again I was very impressed!

The office staff and the inspector were amazing. Our foundation was in great shape, but we wanted our foundation checked just in case. Inspector did a walk through inspection and confirmed no repairs were necessary to ease our minds. But he did give us some tips on how to maintain certain areas. We will definitely be calling them in the future for other investment properties!

Less than a year after AFR Construction LLC did foundation work, several very large new cracks appeared in the drywall, tile, and siding. AFR said the foundation had moved but since it had only shifted ½ an inch, they refused to honor their warranty. Two other companies came out and their bids were $15,000 & $16,000 to get the foundation corrected. AFR has now gone over a month without even responding to our communication efforts.

This review is LONG overdue, but because of the amazing work they did I’ve always kept it on the to do list to make sure they get their recognition. The office staff at AFR construction were kind, thorough, and answered all of my questions and I had SO many being a newbie to foundation issues. Similarly, working with Raul, the head of operations out in the field, was such a pleasure. Not only does he know how to navigate serious foundation issues he is honest about what needs to be done and what doesn’t. That approach is such a breath of fresh air in this industry. A big shout out to their crew for getting work done on my personal home and being investor friendly. Definitely will be recommending them to anyone that asks me.

We hunted around for a long time to find a company ready to help with our seawall. Closest we could come was someone to rebuild our seawall but we'd lose two feet of lake and the destruction of our yard. Foremost foundations showed up in one day and stabilized our seawall. They were professional, timely, and very interested in making sure we understood everything that was going to occur. There was no invasive property destruction and they left things as they were when they arrived.

I booked an appointment for a quote two weeks in advance. On the day of my appointment, no one showed up. After waiting two hours, I called and spoke with Bray on the phone; he said he was too busy with another job, and that he would call me back in a few hours to "fit me in" within the next few weeks. Unfortunately he never called back.

Great company. Knowledgeable sales and talented workforce. Have been very pleased with both jobs.
