If you have water coming into your basement, call Gavin. 1. He knows his job. 2. He is very friendly. We had a tight schedule, Gavin went the extra mile to work with us. He even hung my electric panel out of the way and he did an amazing job in my basement. It has been a month now and we have had few rain showers, nothing heavy yet, and my basement remains dry. I am hopeful that when heavy rain comes, my basement will remain dry.

We had a foundation crack in the seam and water was leaking through into our newly finished basement. Gavin was able to quickly come out and assess the situation, gave us a free quote, & got us scheduled just a few days later. He was very helpful in explaining the process, made sure we understood everything from start to finish, and left no mess when he was done. We would highly recommend!!!

I am so impressed with Fix My Foundation and their exceptional representative. As an engineer myself, I am extremely impressed with Their depth of knowledge in the science of foundation repair. I had a lots of information, the options for my mom’s house foundation in a manner that was amazingly easy to understand. All the information the inspector provided tracked with my knowledge of the factors involved in foundation repairs. He was aware of the soil type in the area which I already knew was a significant factor affecting the type of repairs needed. I was also impressed by his knowledge of foundation construction on older homes and how Fix my Foundation recommendations consider this as well. He explained various types of repair methods they provide and the differences both in technique and cost. He also contrasted Fix my foundation methods with competitors’ methods. The Inspector was a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of foundation repair. Excellent service, knowledgeable and friendly, and a great price!!! Mr. Carlos did foundation repairs on our home due to sinking on one side. They brought an army out to do the job - did everything they said they would do, were professional and respectful of our time, property, our neighbors' properties. They left everything back where it belonged, were careful to pick up everything. I was very impressed with their work - great team and they did a great job! Cracks in the house are minimized (I just need to patch them but amazingly they do that too therefore I am going to be using fix my foundation to repair all the cracks and floors in my house) and all the doors close properly again - very happy with this crew and company I highly recommend them.

My initial evaluator was very professional, knowledgeable, and well prepared. He explained the proposed work and overall quote nicely. My tech crew was Juan & Francisco Both were very professional, courteous, and willing to explain any questions about leveling the concrete decking around our pool. They provided realistic expectations, remained focus during the project, and cleaned the area when they were done. They also reminded me of the life time warranty which is very reassuring with the unstable soil in our area. Very pleased overall

I have been using Bonilla Foundation for over twenty years. I have numerous investment properties and have lost count of the number of foundations they've repaired for me. I tried several other foundation companies prior to Bonilla, all with recurring issues. After using Vidal, I never looked elsewhere.

Very fair price, and now all the doors close easily! And they cleaned up when finished. I say that because other workmen said they would & didn’t. It was a good choice for me

Repaired foundation in 2010 with Bonilla (35 piers). Recently thought have a problem in my home 77096, after many flooding events in Houston.
The company came to measure and found change at most 3/8in shift in height changes over 9 years! Can you ask better than that! Thanksyyou for good work and prompt service!

Mr. Bonilla showed up on time and performed a detailed inspection of my home outside and inside. He sat down with my wife and I and went through his inspection report and answered all of our questions. Seems we did not have any foundation problems at all. Very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

I hired Bonilla because they had better reviews that "the big guys", turns out all my neighbors used them and recommended them as well. Their price was great, they showed up when they said they would, during the process plants were removed from flower bed, big piles of dirt.... When they were done they not only put everything back they grabbed some bags of mulch I had in the back yard and re-mulched the beds. You could not even tell they had ever been there!

Recently we had a split in out hardwood floors called them out, knowing we had a foundation problem. They came out said no everything was fine! Turns out it was a water leak!

Vidal came out to assess a problem we were having with water getting in the house. We had mutliple plumbers unable to identify the source and were told to contact a foundation company. Vidal did a complimentary visit, was able to identify the problem, and offer a solution. All which was no benefit to his company. I didnt need any foundation work but they will be the first people I call if I do.

They came right out and checked all my numbers. It was simple and straight forward and they didn’t even charge me finding nothing wrong. Absolutely trustworthy!!!!

I am very impressed with this company. I had some concerns with my peir and beam foundation, and I requested quotes from several companies. Everyone tried to sell us a bunch of stuff we didn't need, except for this company. Their associate inspected our foundation and have us very good information. He could have made a good sale on us, but he gave us an honest opinion that left us feeling very relieved.
