Office staff was extremely professional and walked us through the entire process with follow up calls to ensure that we were please with the service. Harold and his associate came to my residence and performed a video inspection of my sewer lines. They were prompt, courteous and very professional.

Needed 3 yards of sand pumped. Gator's had some delay due to equipment problems but once they got on it they were quick/efficient and as clean as this job can be. We are repeat users.

Before they began work, they had to run a camera to check for broken pipes. we had one which they repaired and filled under the slab with no problems. The job was finished in a day. The leftover sand they spread on the yard. Very happy with the job they did.

The work that EIS did was very professional, effective and efficient. They repaired our leaking basement wall with minimum teardown and mess. Our wall shows no leakage even after the 11 inches of rain we received in a three week period. I highly recommend them.

We have used epoxy injection systems on two separate leaks in our basement. Both times their team was quick to schedule and did good work. Most importantly, they do a good job of going over why they choose the specific fix and what your options are.

Gavin and Jacob tracked down a persistent basement water leak that has been vexing us for 12 years and fixed it. They succeeded where past contractors failed. A few days after they plugged the leak, we had a huge rainstorm of the sort that filled us with dread previously. Not a drop of water came in. I can heartily recommend EPS to folks with similar problems. They got the job done for a reasonable price.

Gavin and his crew were very good in fixing a seam that had come apart in my window well. I haven't got to test it out yet, but I am optimistic that they took care of the problem in a timely matter and were prompt in getting the job done.

I would highly recommend epoxy injections as a less invasive fix for you basement leakage problems.

These guys where fast and knowledgeable. Found the leak with minimal exploration, just like they quoted. Got a fair price, even though it had to be done. Was able to watch all aspects of the job, not that I could do it myself.
They even brought the job back to before they started. Only had to do some touch up painting.

Very please with our crack repair! Worked effectively and with great communication ! We don’t wear shoes in our house and they were very respectful to wear booties over their shoes or take their shoes off. Brought protective tarps and cleaned up after themselves. Also we’re very considerate about our pets! Would recommend to anyone who needs their service's; ecstatic with their work and thoughtfulness. Very appropriate pricing as well

We had a foundation crack in a wall and Gavin was able to assess the situation, gave us a free quote, & got us scheduled quickly! He was very helpful in explaining the process, made sure I understood everything, and left no mess when he was done. I would highly recommend!
