Foundation reviews across the US

After getting several estimates for my Dallas home, I chose to use Dura Pier because I believe their technology is superior to other concrete piers. It is important to get a concrete pier that is reinforced with steel. The price was very competitive for the hybrid pier, which I believe is the best option for the money I wanted to spend. 2 sales guys showed up on time, they were thorough, and were patient with me. I am known to be difficult at times. I kept these 2 men for 3 hours. My project required 22 piers, tunneling, and needed some concrete replacement. Not a cheap repair. The sales reps explained why I needed this repair plan when other reps could not. I don’t think I could have gotten a better crew. Luis Garcia was my project manager. He asserted that he was in charge from the first day. It took 6 days, and I felt 100% comfortable with the crew I had at my home. They did everything they promised, and Luis exceeded my expectations. It’s important to do your due diligence, but I would talk to this company before hiring anyone in Dallas.

While foundation repair isn't on anybody's bucket list of want-to-dos, when it becomes a must-do, I'm thankful to have done it with Dura Pier! Steve Jones did a great job coming up with a plan and explaining how it all would work. I appreciated how he didn't try to oversell, but rather give me just what I needed. Luis and his wonderful team of guys implemented the plan and it was amazing to see the fixes happen before my eyes. Luis and Jorge kept me in the loop of what they were doing and what I could expect. They were not only very knowledgeable and professional, but very kind as well. They do this every day, but for a homeowner, it's all new and a big deal. Keeping that in mind translates to great customer care...that's what they gave! The guys worked so very hard and had to deal with inclement weather, but they kept going and did an excellent job. When they left, you really couldn't tell that they had been there on the outside...but, the proof is all around me on the inside! I'm so thankful that they made the process as painless as possible and this is all now in my rearview mirror. I recommend Dura Pier in a heartbeat!!!

John came out and did a thorough assessment of our situation. Fortunately, we'd called him early enough that thr foundation only needed stabilization, not lifting. His price seemed reasonable for the work to be done. The crew showed up on time and worked purposefully all day. When done, they restored the area so well that neighbors have commented that if they hadn't seen the work in progress, they would never know looking at the house now.

Their dedication to quality was evident in every aspect of the project, including the additional, beautifully installed French drain, which will provide essential drainage for our home. George and his team did a great job. They came bright and early and got the job done it one day. They kept us informed the whole time and cleaned up nicely after the job was complete. Will definitely refer to others.

Dura pier is the only company I found where they did foundation and also a plumber on the staff. Our foundation issues were primarily due to old pipes cracked and leaking. Steve gave us an estimate and he took time to understand the issue and worked with us to get the price down by using one access hole and the same trench for both repairs. The scheduler worked with me to pick a time for the project after the holidays since we were going to be out of town. George and his crew were great! They showed up when expected. They were all so nice. They were efficient completing the job, and most of the all clean up was stellar! Honestly went above my expectations. We’ve have small plumbing work done under the house before and they didn’t haul off the extra dirt but George and his team not only hauled off the dirt but added new fresh rocks back to the garden bed and left everything looking better than before. Really glad we went with Dura Pier.
