This place I do not recommend because they don’t do their job right they suck

The best construction company in New Mexico hands down. You truly get what you pay for; with them, it’s top-notch quality, and professionalism. They live by the motto “Do it right once,” which shows in every detail of their work. Worth every penny. Please don’t go with other companies; you will call them to fix it.

The experience was unbelievable. John is the best contractor I’ve ever hired. From the beginning to the end. Everything was perfect. He was recommended from Jeff Alba at Extech. I promise you. If you hire John you will never be disappointed. His crew was respectful and they are unbelievable hard workers. Everything I brought up to them they did for me. Please give them a chance if you want anything done at your house.

John C. Is the best. In a business where there are untrustworthy individuals, John C. rises above. He gives fair prices, shows up on time, never misleads you and does immaculate work. He did an awesome job installing our paver deck and we recently hired him to finish our dirt basement. We cant wait to see the finished product as we know his work is amazing. John is a true professional who won't disappoint. You should never go with another Mason company....

John C construction did amazing and professional job doing our front steps masonry and pool deck patio rehab. we have worked with many before but john is by far the most nicest.and reliable we had. highly recommended. Thanks for everything John!!! we are so happy with our new pavement.

All the stars aligned! It is very rare to find this day and age experience meeting reasonable but woth this company hands down. The whole interaction was the way it used to be, the way it should still be. Prompt courteous, listened to my concerns and needs l. 100% responsive and accommodating. No BS. No pressure. More than reasonable. Respectful pricing I would say. The job was done quick and clean and looks amazing. Very thankful there are a few good companies with great values to match the experience and the work ethic. You could tell quality all the way thru and real understanding of the craft

John C construction is the BEST OF THE BEST ! Highly recommend we were very happy with the pavers he put in the demo they did the timing the service. The crew showed up early every day and worked nonstop. They worked quickly, efficiently and cleanly. They had to excavate under a porch. Where others wanted to cut into the porch, they did the work without disturbing the porch and left everything as they found it when done. Plus they provided the best estimate. They are easy to work with and very pleasant.

They came highly recommend by fellow plumbers as the one to contact for the work to be done right. The repairs took several days of extensive labor and technical knowledge all performed in a courteous and informative manner. From estimate, to work, to price the Commisso brothers were competent and reassuring.The recommendations we received proved correct and we can now add our unqualified recommendation .

The Commisso brothers are absolutely fantastic. They are the ultimate drainage experts. We had garage/basement water flooding during heavy continuous rains and had several contractors work on the problem without success. I contacted the Commisso brothers, they evaluated our drainage trouble and after careful assessment determined the appropriate solution for our flooding. We haven’t had any water in our house since they completed the job. And their attention to detail and the quality of their work is unparalleled! I recommend them highly and without reservations.

I was happy with the results of my porch being mudded the work the two guys worked very hard and did it excellent job they are professional and friendly answering my questions to my satisfaction

53 ft van. Plenty of room to maneuver. They unloaded with a pallet jack and skid steer but all in all I was out of there in 30 minutes and they took me a day early.

The team worked with to help get our basement dry, from the office staff, to the engineers, and the guys doing to work, everyone was great.

Had a crack that was leaking. They came out to repair it. Come to find out, the crack had water holding up behind it still. Instructed me to dry it with fans, wait a few days, and call them back out. As soon as I called, they were here at 720am. on the dot and left at 830. I couldn't be happier with Justin and Preston's work. Quick,clean, and professional.

Tim Meyer and Matt Ford did an exceptional job patching 3 foundation cracks that were leaking water badly into my basement every rain we had. They worked above and beyond there responsibility making sure that when finished I had no more water leaks. Thank you both I’ll be referring these guys for sure in the future too.

I shared a friendly experience with this company. The workers were very professional and considerate of keeping the job site clean as possible. Matt explained the repair process so that I had a clear visual of the finish product. Very trustworthy company and I would recommend them to anyone needing to solve foundation problems.

Stratum did a fantastic job installing piers under our foundation. The estimator, Kevin, did a thorough inspection and analysis of our problem, explaining everything each step of the way. The supervisor, Steve, kept us updated as he was working around the wet weather to get the work scheduled. The installers, JT and CJ, and the rest of the crew did a fantastic job installing the piers , keeping us informed of their progress and answering all questions that we had. They laid down plywood so their equipment didn’t make ruts in the lawn. They finished up by smoothing out the dirt, put down grass seed and straw.
They even washed off shoe prints on the porch before they left. Everyone I dealt with at Stratum, the owner, estimator, supervisor and installer’s are all decent honest people. We strongly recommend Stratum.

Stratum did a phenomenal job with our basement project. The communication was always prompt and clear. The project was completed timely and everything was cleaned up nicely. I would definitely recommend anyone with foundation issues to contact Stratum!

I was very impressed with Stratum from my initial meeting with Keven through the last day of work on my property. I received timely communication, thorough explanation and excellent work from the initial bid, to contacting the office for the final amount due, to the great crew on my property for 4 days. This was not my first or even second round of work on my foundation so was I very wary and looked at several companies. I am hopeful that this will be the fix my home's foundation! And, my basement was cleaner when they left then when they arrived!
