Great experience all around. From setting up an inspection, to the payment plans, to the day of the job. Hopefully I won’t have any further issues but If I do, I will be using Dura Pier again.

There are two types of houses in Texas the one with foundation issues and the one that will have foundation issues. We were very lucky to find trust partner Durapier with great history, references and quality work. The survey, price and execution were all top notch. Can only recommend if you are in the need of foundation repair.

Our experience with DuraPier foundation company was excellent. The on-site supervisor name was Primo and his crew worked diligently for 3 days to complete the job as promised. At the end of each day they left everything clean and safe. I highly recommend this company if you need foundation repair.

Dura Pier installed piers on our entire perimeter walls as well as internal piers in all rooms. They completely covered all interior walls and furniture, cut professional holes (clean squares with rounded corners versus jagged edge messes) thru our slab. Work was clean and house was left clean and ready for floor replacement. They tested the sewer lines before and after completion to ensure no broken lines from work. I have strongly recommened them to several others. Their bolted pier cylinder design is superior to plain cylinders and cables imho.

I received three quotes for foundation work. Dura Pier was competitive in price, but also had a greater explanation on the use of steel in the foundation work to be done. Professional crew, showed up on time. We’re willing to come back and clean up the dirt that didn’t pack down later on.

Dura Pier was recommended to my by the Structural Engineer that checked our foundation and gave us a repair plan. Dura Pier was contracted to do the repairs the Engineer recommended and they did a good job with the repair and with the clean-up. I hope I don't need to but I would use this company again in the future.

We had not had our home leveled in about 30 years. So other than an estimate I wanted a survey of the beams under my house. I absolutely wanted NO surprises!!.Diego and his team had the joy of going under my house and were very thorough and professional. He also explained all the work I needed and I was prepared for the expense. Everyone I talked with made the difference on who I chose to do the work. Dura Pier was my picked for the experience and the professional attitude.

The crew was nice and polite. The home appears to be leveled. Upon a closer inspection, There were areas of concern. Bits of trash and cigarette butts were left in the yard. Previously covered lighting wires were exposed. Three outdoor lights at the at the digging sites are not working. Extra dirt was dumped in Corps of Engineers space just behind my home and the home of my neighbor. That dirt contained at least one broken paver from my flower bed. Dirt and broken rocks were not swept up from the street in front of my home. A cut in my water hose that was not previously there.

David came over to give us a free estimate of the foundation at a property my buyer had made an offer for. The foundation was repaired by some other company, but David gave us an unbiased opinion on how the house was standing based on his drawings and estimate and was absolutely accurate to what the other company had worked for. It gave us a relief of mind with his opinion and his professional after service too when he gave us the drawings and writeup as to how to take care of the foundation was amazing. I would recommend David and this company Dura pier and would recommend all my clients in future to work with him only.

Dura Pier was professional and provided excellent customer service! John H & Javier and his crew were quick to respond to questions, Javier and his crew put the yard back precisely as it had been before repairs, impressive! I am very happy with the quality of their foundation repair that was installed at a fair cost!

The idea of having my whole foundation raised and leveled was a scary prospect to me but it turned out I was in good hands. Javier and his crew of eight cheerful guys did an excellent job. I can't say enough good things about Javier. He was always available, explained and showed me what was happening, would ask what I wanted, and was always prepared for anything. He has a calming demeanor which eased my worries. The guys arrived early and worked very hard all day with just a break for lunch. You could tell that they were very experienced. It was like they were one as each person knew their job and went right to it. When done, they put everything back (I had a lot), cleaned up everything, and even did some repairs they were not obligated to do. A great group of guys. I am also very grateful to David for moving me up on the schedule. I trust Dura Pier and I know you can too. My house is now secure. Good job!!!
