When our water heater broke down, I called Atlanta Plumbing and the person I talked to was able to explain to me what have happened and what I should do. A few minutes later, they were at my door and wasted no time in fixing the problem.

I had a plumbing emergency late at night and no one was able to help me except for this company. Thanks to Atlanta Plumbing, I didn’t have to wait until morning to get the burst pipe fixed, which would have been a disaster.

Plumbers: Robert Kemp & Reggie were both very courteous, friendly, helpful & professional while they worked long & hard the 2 days they came to our house to repair the major plumbing issue.

I hired two other plumbing companies before this one and they were not able to fix the leak that I was having in my basement. I should have called Atlanta Plumbing sooner. Their plumbers definitely know what they’re doing.

Corey answered the call and was here within an hour. A National company had replaced a cap in my front yard 5 months ago. The cap burst in the middle of the night last night. I was able to shut off the water at 2am. I called The Plumbers Guild first thing on a Saturday morning. They arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, what the previous plumber didn’t do right, and fixed the problem the right way. What was most refreshing was that he stuck by his initial quote. Great service at an honest price. Will use them as my go-to going forward.

I would like to thank The Plumbers Guild for the installation of a new water heater. My initial contact was with Nicole who was pleasant and professional. She scheduled me an appointment quickly for evaluation. Anselmo and Jessi evaluated my current water heater, and I needed a gas powered vent installation. I think most companies would have rescheduled me, but Anselmo and Jessi ventured to Marietta and Alpharetta before they located my unit, an A.O. Smith 50 gallon gas powered vent water heater/thermal expansion tank. It was installed that day; Anselmo is a fantastic technician and Jessi made my life easier by removing the old tank and vacuumed away so that I did not have to clean. Corey and his staff are always so helpful and responsive to us! They have repaired a few pinholes in copper pipes for us and fix a water shutoff, and they always make sure to explain what and why they're doing. They are fast, efficient, and cost-effective. I will not use another plumber!

I had a small leak on my washing machine hose connection. I spoke to Corey who offered several options and dispatched Chad to diagnose further on a local level. Chad arrived ahead of schedule Zand repaired the leak in record time using the less expensive option.
I also had an old nozzle that was not functioning properly outside, and Chad offered to research getting the parts (that had to be special ordered) and return to complete the repair once the parts where secured.
Outstanding and professional service.
I have finally found an efficient and trustworthy plumbing service I will definitely continue to use in the future.

I contacted The Plumbers Guild because of a broken disposal. The entire process, from the initial phone call to clean-up, was handled professionally. Jesse was not only professional in his service, but also patient and pleasant. I would recommend The Plumbers Guild.

I cannot say enough good things about The Plumbers Guild team. I am the President of the HOA Condo Board for an apartment building built in 1916, and this week we experienced an emergency leak in a cast iron pipe that effected a three condo stack. Corey, Anselmo + crew took such amazing care of us during this lengthy complicated process--- explaining everything with patience and honesty, clearly and concisely. They identified the mystery leak, talked us through a game plan, offered us options according to budget but helped us understand why our chosen path forward made the most sense, and asked a fair price for their thorough and professional work. They also made time in their schedules to get out here almost immediately and wrapped up a great deal of work in less then two days.
I am beyond grateful to have found Corey and co during what was quite honestly an emotional and stressful few days for all effected in our building. Thank you!

Anselmo Mendez did a great job! Arrived on time and removed/installed a new water heater for me in less than an hour. He showed me how to set the water temperature and did me the additional favor of turning off the water to my outdoor faucets so my pipes would not freeze this winter. Highly recommend. Will always use the Plumbers Guild from now on. Great company, very professional and courteous.

Corey and Anselmo are awesome! They showed up on time, proved to be MASTER Plumbers and had full knowledge of what they were doing. They communicated every step of the way and the price was on point. Corey and his team are probably the best plumbers that I have ever used. They are like friends...they want to help you with your plumbing problem in the most efficient and cost effective way. They are, hands down, THE BEST!!! Thank goodness we found them. They are a pleasure.

We had contacted another company to help correct a problem we detected with a clogged line. That person came this am and misdiagnosed the problem. Finally our home owners association put us in contact with Corey and he came and after much effort was able to identify and correct the issue. We would certainly use his services again in the future and would highly recommend him and the Plumbers Guild.

Not many experiences with home maintenance prompts me to write a review, but my excellent experience with The Plumbers Guild was one that I had to share. I had an issue with my kitchen sink that would happen every 10-12 years. That issue was a clogged drain. I didn’t think anything of it in the past, but this clog happened again after two years. Now, I know what you are thinking. Kitchen grease, right? Nothing changed in my sink usage over the last 30 years since I’ve lived here. I have never dumped grease down the sink. That is why it happens every decade or so… not every two years. Now, maybe the last plumber didn’t do exactly what he said when it was clogged two years ago.

This time, I tried to fix it myself with a 25-foot snake since it was just fixed two years ago; it shouldn’t be that far down the pipe. However, my house was built in the 50s with a remodel in the 80s, and at some point in the remodel, an interesting connection in the line made my snake want to go up a vent instead of going to the main line to the street. So, I had to call a plumber. I used the Google machine to help me find local plumbers, and many came up. The one closest to my house was The Plumbers Guild. I looked at the address, and it was very close. So close; it felt weird that I had never seen the sign before. But I read the reviews and checked out BBB; they were legit. What I like most about the reviews I read was if there was a bad one (not many), they wanted to make it right with the customer. I hate it when I read the lowest reviews when I need something done around the house, and the business doesn’t try to fix the issue. So, I made an appointment with the scheduler, Nicole. She couldn’t get a team member to my house the same day, but I would be first the next day. It wasn’t an emergency, so I could wait. Nicole was great to talk with because it sounded like she loved her job. I know it’s corny, but it sounded like she was smiling when talking to me.

The next day arrived, and I was supposed to get a call between 9 and 12 to say they were on the way. My phone rang around 9:30, and Corey, the owner, arrived within 10 minutes. Yes, the owner! I walked him to the kitchen and asked if it would be possible to add a clean-out in the crawlspace right after the vent so I could clean it out myself the next time. We went outside, and he checked out the kitchen pipes. He gave me quotes for what I wanted to get done, and then he gave me his thoughts about hydro-cleaning the line and then using a camera to see if they got it all. He would add the clean-out if it looked like it would happen again. He gave me his prices, and the hydro wash was lower than the chain plumber I used two years ago just to snake out the drain. I followed his plan, and he used 50’ of the hydrowash hose. Once he started working on the clog, he was done within 20 minutes. The other guy took over an hour to go 30’. Corey got the line out, put the sink back together, and let it run for 15 minutes. He got the clog! No need to use the camera.

Afterward, I asked about some other plumbing questions I had. You know, it’s an old house, and what should I be worried about next? Corey took the time to listen to my concerns. From what he saw under the house and my tankless water heater, he recommended preventative maintenance on the tankless water heater since it’s been in the house for five years, but other than that, I should be good to go.

Well, I know now if I have anything else that needs to be addressed with plumbing, I don’t have to look far for an honest plumber because he is already my neighbor!

Nicole answered when I called in crisis. Her friendliness and urgency calmed me instantly. My bathtub had suddenly filled with sewage. Yuck! On the hottest day of the year, Corey arrived and immediately began his investigation. He explained the problem, cause, and several options for repair. Having a good understanding of the situation, I felt confidence in making the repair decision. The sewage drained away. The following day, Corey and Jesse made an additional repair.
