Nice showroom with lots of choices.

When we moved into our home, we noticed that the toilet lid in the master bathroom had been shattered. We wanted to replace it, and looked on the Gerber website for guidance. This is where we found Cowan Supply. They contacted the Gerber representative and asked for the measurements and photos of our toilet. I went to pick up the lid when it arrived, but when I got it home, it wouldn't fit. This was the lid that the Gerber representative had recommended as a fit. Cowan contacted the Gerber representative and there was a slow response to our request. Because of the inconvenience and long wait time, Cowan Supply negotiated with Gerber on our behalf to get us a new and free toilet replacement delivered to our home, and refunded us for the lid! We were so pleased with their customer-focused response. This company cares about its reputation, and I could not recommend them more highly. If things go wrong, they make amends. We will do business with them in the future. Special thanks to Andy at Cowan!

Cindy Johnson is so helpful! She reminded me there are more options than what their showroom has plus kindly steered me to brands more in my lower price range then sent me a variety of combinations to fit my ideals and budget.

Mary was amazing! I came in knowing exactly which shower head I wanted after my contractor sent me here when I couldn’t find it at Lowe’s or Home Depot. She ordered it for me and it arrived the very next day.

She also helped me grab all the other items I needed for the install, which I would never have known on my own. Everything was reasonably priced, and in some cases cheaper than the big box stores. The staff up front were very welcoming as well. Great customer service—highly recommend!
