Benjamin is fantastic. I am a realtor and I called him to do a septic inspection for a property my client is under contract to buy. In speaking with the listing agent I found out that the seller (a large institutional investor), contracts their own septic contractors since the yard has to be dug up for the inspection. Despite this, Benjamin still consulted and advised me on the septic inspection process and he also reviewed the inspection completed by the institution’s inspection company. He was honest, knowledgeable, straightforward and very thorough. Needles to say, I have added him to my contractor referral list and he will be my first call whenever any of my clients have a septic inspection, service or repair need!

We needed our septic pumped and inspected and they did a great job! Great communication - called in the morning and an hour before they got here. Everything was thoroughly explained while they were here. The work was completed quickly, price was good, and he included before and after pictures with my receipt. Highly recommend!

I  have been in real estate for over 20 years and rarely post reviews regarding contractors. I recently met Benjamin, when my client hired him to do a septic inspection in Dunwoody. I was completely impressed with his professionalism. Since then I have used him at my personal home.  My wife and I were thrilled with the service. Our experience was fast and easy. We would highly recommend Easy Clean Septic. Our bathroom toilet was blocked and they used their camera to quickly identify the blocked sewer line. It was a piece of PVC pipe our builder left in the line and it was lodged and not moving. They were patient and worked at it to avoid having to bust up our tile and slab. We are so appreciative of their fast response time, and patience as they resolved our issue with minimal disruption of our home. We will use them in the future for our needs!

Ben was SO helpful and efficient. We had a major leak at our salon and he was there w/ in 30 minutes of our call. He quickly resolved the issue and got us back in business. He took care of all the clean up and made what could of been a disaster as easy and hassle-free as possible. I would highly recommend him for any commercial or residential work.

Absolutely wonderful experience considering the situation. My lower bathroom was flooded and we were extremely upset and ready to get to problem corrected ASAP. We called Easy Clean Septic and Ben arrived well within the appointment window, and called before arriving.

When he arrived he did an assessment of the situation and gave his professional opinion and provided a cost estimate. His prices were reasonable and the the best that I have seen.

He dug everything up and we found there was a bigger issue then he thought. He walked us around showed us the problem and provide solutions to fix the problem. Once he got to work it started thundering and lighting and We for-sure thought what else could go wrong. But he was very professional, and worked through the rain without one complaint. Throughout the process he continued to provide us with updates.

Great experience, will use them again in the future when needed. They responded quickly, had great communication, and put everything back in place before they left. I contacted several septic companies in search of an inspection and service to my tank, and two of the three companies did not answer the phone, while another promised to show and never did. When I called Easy Septic they were professional and friendly, and made an appointment with me. They stayed in touch leading up to the appointment and were easy to work with. What I really appreciated though, was Ben’s knowledgeable and fair service. He was easy to learn from, walked me through the process and findings, and as a homeowner I greatly appreciated how thoughtful and careful he was not to damage my lawn with his bobcat backhoe. I was so impressed with this company and would highly recommend them!

I believe it was Ben who came out and inspected my septic tank and found the problem . I had a concrete pipe that went bad and it kept leaking everywhere . It was horrible . Ben is a man of his word. Excellent customer service and very timely. He was efficient with his work and very upfront about the problems he encountered once he got into my septic tank. Their company prices are very affordable. Being that I knew nothing about septic systems, he explained how everything worked while showing me what needed to be fixed and why. Easy Clean Septic, specifically Cecilia and Brian, were amazing to work with. I was out of town and they did a great job answering all my questions over the phone and explaining everything that needed to get done. They also got the job (finding my septic tank - including contacting the country to pull the records of where the tank was, pumping it, and installing risers) done very quickly while we were in the middle of a large backyard landscape installation. Brian did a great job communicating with me throughout the process. Cannot recommend them enough!

I don't normally leave reviews, but I'm making an exception because working with Benjamin and Easy Clean Septic was an exceptional experience. Long story short: call Easy Clean, you won't regret it.

We discovered during renovations that one of our bathrooms was plumbed to an ancient, buried septic tank that was not disclosed when we bought our house (hurray old homes). The bathroom plumbing was backing up, and we needed rapid help to figure out the cause before we could continue with the rest of the work.

Benjamin made time for us on short notice, showed up promptly to do an initial inspection, and gave honest and excellent advice. He quoted a fair price for repairs, and when he discovered that the fix was less work than originally thought, he let us know immediately and revised the total cost. He consistently reached out with updates, sent pictures of each step, and always left us feeling like we knew exactly what was happening and when. In a world where it's hard to tell what you'll get from contractors no matter the price, this was an awesome experience. I would do business with Easy Clean again in a heartbeat.

I’ve found my guy for this kind of work. Ben was professional, up-front, honest from the beginning. I had an emergency sewer backup, and once Ben heard the situation, he came out after hours, went above and beyond to get us fixed within hours of hearing the situation, and did a great job for a very fair price. He had the opportunity to up-sell, but he was honest with us and did just the job we needed. He was knowledgeable and by-the-book and used top materials. Ben’s your guy. Use him.

Easy Clean Septic is fantastic! Ben and his Pop are a GREAT team! My church had a septic line that was easily 75 years old or older. Unbeknownst to us, the line was jammed up with roots. In one short phone-call Ben predicted it was root problems. He arrived the following morning and with in a matter of hours 75 feet of septic line was dug out, replaced with brand new, root-proof piping and the system was back in service!

I called Easy Clean Monday night after needing a septic system repair as soon as possible. The phone was answered right away. Benjamin came the next afternoon, opened the tank, gave me a reasonable quote to diagnose and repair the problem. He found a missing baffle and broken pipe linking the tank to the drain field. He replaced the pipe and baffle, then was able to provide a clear inspection report.
He was on it, personable, competent. He delivered exactly what I needed, when I needed it. He has a great work ethic. I thank him and his company for being there for this 72 year-old customer in her hour of need. Kudos to them all!
