Mike at Atlanta Noland did an awesome job Helping me last second on a Friday. Great people, great attitude, and very knowledgeable.

Best plumbing fixture and hardware display we've found in Atlanta since starting design work and purchasing to redo our bathroom approximately one month ago, and we've been to several high-end showrooms. Kohler, Moen, Grohe and Hans Grohe, Delta and others are all here.

This parts department is horribly slow and understaffed. I've gone there a few times over the years because I live very close. Everytime I call them or go by I have to wait at least 10 minutes on hold or at the counter before somebody is available to help me.

If you decide to go here or call here plan on wasting a bunch of time for a simple part

Raymond is the best, I always get 1st rate response from him and he makes me feel like I am the most important customer he has. Keep it up and hire more folks like him.

We had an issue with a deteriorated washer in our 7 year old water filter. Melissa was awesome and responsive working to help figure out what part was needed. Turned out that due to an updated design, a new filter assembly was needed. Melissa shipped the full assembly to us which was easy to install. Problem solved; no expensive plumber visit required. The showroom staff here will go above and beyond to help you find what you need. I am remodeling my shower and needed a specific piece for the shower head that I was unable to find anywhere else. The staff sat down with me to fully understand the piece I was looking for, and then searched their inventory until they found exactly what I needed. Most places would never take this amount of time to help a customer. Thank you Atlanta Noland showroom!

My husband and I were really pleased with this company. Melissa the office manager was professional and there was no question that she could not answer. Eloy the contractor plumber installed a brand new toilet and a new faucet for our kitchen. It turned out awesome. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs kitchen or bathroom accessories. I have worked with Melissa and her team over the last couple months to purchase appliances for a recent basement renovation. Melissa has been a pleasure to work with and is extremely attentive to her customers. We have hit a couple of speed bumps with the project, which is natural with a larger renovation, and she would take the time to call me and discuss options to ensure I was happy. I would absolutely recommend doing business with Melissa as her attention to customer services second to none.

I needed a special valve for my shower installation and did not realize that the trim package I ordered did not come with the valve. I spoke to Raymond on the phone and he was SO helpful. He went above and beyond to find me exactly what I needed and had it at his store within 5 hours. He called the manufacturer multiple times to make sure I was receiving the correct product. The customer service was top notch. I will definitely use Noland again in the future and recommend them to anyone.

When we were looking for recommendations for our kitchen renovation regarding sinks, disposals and faucets, our first stop was the Noland Company. Our past success with Noland put them at the top of our list, and even after visiting and receiving estimates with other companies regarding price, manufacturers and working with the consultants, Noland was our company again. Melissa and Adriana provided excellent options and we found everything we needed. They even exceeded the standard when we decided to select a bigger sink option after my initial decision. Melissa was able quickly find the proper sink, order and have it arrive in time for the countertop measurements. Priceless!

Dana and team at Noland are so amazing to work with. On a Friday afternoon, one phone call and 1 1/2 hours later, I had 2 water heaters delivered to my door after finding my old ones leaking in the basement. Furthermore, their prices are exceptional. I highly recommend working with them for all your project needs!

Counter sales department is fantastic. However the show room and the quality of their customer experience is far less adequate. I’ve been trying to order one single part from them for a month now. My employee was sent in this morning to confirm my order and the show room team even started arguing with him about the finish of the trim that we are requesting. Even though I confirmed the trim last week….

I had a great experience working with Jill at Noland picking out the plumbing for my new master bathroom. It as like shopping with one of my best girl friends. Their showroom is amazing(don’t judge by their website). Highly recommend.

Drove all the way to what appears to be a showroom online but in fact the doors were locked and they don't have a showroom. The photos are very misleading. Don't recommend.

Showroom has a wide assortment of plumbing fixtures, appliances, granite and tile. Their knowledgeable staff is helpful. Noland is the best plumbing supplier in Metro Atlanta.
