Ben came out the same day I called for a septic tank pump and clogged line service. Upon discovering that I had a broken main line after digging. He immediately gave me a super reasonable quote and fixed it on the spot in less than 40 mins. He also dug out a badly placed tree by the septic tank free of charge. Very honest and stand up guy as well. 5 stars service and I highly recommend!

Omg!! Theses guys are awesome! They saved the day. They were there when my home warranty company failed me. Benjamin and Daniel worked well together to get the job done expeditiously. Originally it was my septic lift station (pump) that needed to be replaced which they did, but once that started working and they got in truck to leave I noticed a trail of water in my backyard. I stopped them and Benjamin came back to investigate where the water was coming from and by the smell of it, it was waste water. 🤢😷He immediately realized it was coming from the box or pipe in my drain field. They had to dig the area up and replace the pipe and box which was infiltrated by roots from trees near by.🫣 My luck😔. They did everything for a reasonable price. Benjamin and Cecelia (scheduler) were very professional and are great at what they do. They will be returning to drain my septic tank but otherwise, it was a pleasure doing business with them and I plan on keeping their contact info for any septic related concerns that may arise, but hopefully no time soon. ☺️ Thank you Easy Clean Septic!

Let me start by saying that I will use this business for many years. I had Easy Clean come out yesterday for a septic pump on my 40 year old tank. Upon inspection, they found the exit pipe to the drain field had disintegrated and was disconnected. They gave me zero pressure into having the pipe replaced. When I told them to do the repair he then reached into the drain and pulled off a chunk with ease to show me. Super professional, very friendly, and a nice clean truck (to me that shows professionalism and pride). I'll see you in a few years for a pump!

I can’t thank Brian, Benjamin, and Zae enough for being so on it as soon as they arrived. I just purchased my home and the entire septic from 1948 was crumbling and the main fields were clay and cast iron. They did not miss a beat on being thorough and quick about it! Cecilia, their administrator, was responsive, polite, knowledgeable, and guided me through their loan program. The cost may SEEM high for a whole septic system (and septic tank) to be installed but trust this company will not let you down. I now can ease my mind that for the next 50 years my system will not corrode or fail me unless I do not upkeep my annual servicing and monthly septic pods. Do not flush your wigs, flushable wipes and use your septic safe cleaning detergents folks! You will do this one time in your home and knock one more thing off the house problems. I met Ben at a traffic light a few weeks ago and I asked him for a business card. I called him to make an appointment to clean my septic tank. Ben was on time and did more than I expected. I have an older home and he brought my system up to code. His attitude was outstanding, his work was outstanding, the quality of his work was outstanding his professionalism was outstanding and his price was amazing. He not only explained the work he was going to do, he showed me, so I could actually see what i was paying for. He even took pictures. I had an old ugly pipe sticking out above ground, what an eye sore...now you can't see it because he replaced it with all new pipes. He's trustworthy and he has a customer for life with me. I will gladly refer him to my neighbors! Great guy to meet!!!

Our home had a lift station which involves a septic holding tank and a large pump to lift everything up a large hill to the County sewer main. The whole system … pump, alarm, etc literally blew up (due to being improperly installed initially), and we were at risk of a major sewage overflow into our yard and house. I called Ben and he came out immediately. Quickly analyzed what repairs were needed, priced the job out at an excellent value and completed everything within a day.

We will definitely use Easy Clean Septic again. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

David Padilla & his helper unclogged our system using old time manual labor, shovels & picks, since their heavy equipment was at another job & they didn't want us to be without use of our water system another night. They worked tirelessly until the job was done, put everything back in place, kept me informed of their progress, and were very reasonably priced. They did not disappoint! Willis Cox charged me $800 for what ended up being 2 hours of work with the only material being some pvc pipe (that was after talking him down from $1000!). I feel ripped off for the work that was actually done. Work was fine but I can’t recommend because I feel overcharged.

He replaced the water main to our house. When it caused flooding, and I contacted him about it, he ghosted us. We had to contact someone else to repair it, who said there had been some really odd connections that had caused it to fail.

He also removed the label from the water heater that he installed, which meant we had no information on the model number for someone else to repair it. This also caused a failure point on our house inspection when we sold our house.

Had a clog and the team that came out seemed nice and appeared to have resolved the issue (after cutting various holes in walls). Then I find out a few days later after they "replaced" the sink piping in our laundry room it's now leaking. Called and texted multiple times and they are failing to answer or even come back and fix the issue.

I would have recommended them even with the minor mistake if they were more professional and resolved the issue but this is just horrible customer service. Especially now that I have to call someone else out to fix an issue that should have already been fixed.

Called Willis Cox yesterday based on recommendations left here and I could not be happier. He diagnosed the problems, explained my options and once I made a decision, he and his co-worker got to work. I needed my pressure valve and a toilet replaced. He picked up the parts and the toilet installed everything and cleaned my showerhead. Also, before he left, he gave me great advice regarding plumbing maintenance. No question, he is my "go-to" plumber from now on.

Willis was awesome! I found him because my neighbors recommended him on our neighborhood Next Door page. He was quick and thorough. He even placed the protectant covers on his shoes before coming into my home. My issue was fixed promptly and he didn't make a mess. Will call.him for all of my plumbing needs.

We woke up to backed up pipes and water coming in through our tub and shower. We called Willis and his team was at our house in under 2 hours. He walked us through the issue and explained how he was fixing it. He was very friendly and got the job done quickly. We thought this would be an all day issue, but it was resolved quickly and a very stress-free process with Water Heater Man! We will definitely be using them again.

Water Heater Man (Mr Cox) had a crew out quickly to fix my plumbing emergency that involved a lot of digging to find the source of a big leak in my basement bathroom wall. By the time his team was done, it was like it never happened. His (uniformed) team even took off shoes before entering carpeted areas of the house (who does that anymore?!). The job price was waaaay more reasonable than the other plumbing crew quote and a lot less invasive. They avoided breaking up concrete which the other crew said needed to be done. Highly recommend Water Heater Man (they do much more than water heaters, of course). Here are some before and after pictures.
