Easy Clean Septic is the best company for septic issues in many ways. Mr. Benjamin is very professional and knowledgeable about septic issues. I had experienced a horrible time with a pool of water on my yard. Nobody could provided me with a honest answer about the problem. Easy clean septic came to my house and solved my issue immediately. Ben and his dad (Ben Sr.) were amazing. Due to conflicting schedules, we weren't able to meet during the day. However, I texted Ben around 7:30pm, and he was at my house by 8:30pm. Talk about customer service! Prior to Ben arriving I had already spent 24 hours trying to unclog my sink drain, to no avail. Ben and his dad were able to fix the issue in under an hour and a half. And at a very reasonable price!

Ben and his team did an awesome job for us on installation of a new syphon tank for our septic system. If your septic is failing and you got a price estimate from a big popular septic service company that took your breath away (perhaps it included landscaping you do not desire), and you do not get a second opinion from Ben at Easy Clean Septic before signing any contracts, you do so at your own peril. Best is to call Ben first. Importantly, Ben is very competent and does a detailed inspection of your system which may include using cable cameras before providing your options. If it turns out your field has truly failed, then there are no easy and inexpensive options, but it's best to know first that's required before going that route. It quite often is not. He's also a pleasure to deal with.

Mr. Ben from Easy Clean Septic far exceeded our expectations. I can't say enough great things about this company. Not only is he very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does, but he also goes above and beyond. Additionally, he is honest, dedicated, detailed and does not try to overcharge for his services.

We were not aware that we had a septic tank when we purchased our house until it backed up into the house. We called Fulton County to get a drawing of where the septic tank was located, but they advised us that we would need to get a septic inspector. However, Ben called us to advise that he was able to obtain the prints and he knew where everything was located.

Ben was scheduled to come out on July 3, 2020. The store where he purchases his parts was closed due to the holiday, but he did not want to delay fixing our issue. So, going above and beyond, he called an Associate and was able to purchase the part from him which was a huge relief for us.

Prior to the work, Ben called CSI and had all utilities located. To go one step further to keep all of us safe, he double checked personally to make sure he saw the gas line before he started digging which I appreciated.

Ben showed up with a Team of professionals and began digging the trench to lay the new pipe, install a cap to make cleaning easier and installed a clean out valve. Once his Team replaced the dirt, it looked like he was was never there. This Team even added grass seeds and straw in the area for us. "True" professional job.

I contacted them on Monday because the company I used before is no longer servicing my area and I needed my septic tank inspected as I'm in the process of selling my house. I was given an appointment for Friday. Mr. Harris showed up on time and service was painless. He was very pleasant and detailed with explaining step by step what he was doing. Wonderful experience. I ask questions like a 3 year old child and at no time did he make me feel like I was bothering him. We had other people out to give us an estimate for a septic pumping and they wanted around a price of a used Hyundai. I would say we have the yard from hell. We have a sprinkler system and numerous other wires and pipes going through our yard. We also have expensive landscaping. Mr. Harris was very careful with his bobcat and put our lawn back as well as he could. He did not make the hole any bigger than needed. His pricing was upfront and when we encountered something unexpected, the solution was also not pricey. I will definitely continue to use him for ALL of my plumbing needs. He is just that good.

Ben is unbeatable in both his quality and his price. I had an outdoor leak issue, and contacted Ben to help. He was able to come out and fix the issue same day, and walked me through what had caused the leak and how to avoid the problem in the future. Ben is fantastic! He takes his time to think through problems a few ways first before offering a solution and explains what he is doing the whole time, which I'm sure most homeowners shelling out thousands for repairs greatly appreciate. I had been having what I thought were plumbing issues for a few weeks and got gouged by a plumbing company to fix what I thought was a plumbing issue. I own an older home with cast iron pipes, so I expect the occasional issue. Turns out my main drain line and tank were infiltrated by tree roots which were the cause of the blockage. I had a feeling the septic tank needed serviced since I and the new owner and I have no record for when it was last pumped. I had Ben pump the tank and ended up having him replace the main sewer drain line as well. He thought my AC unit was placed right on top of the main drain line but Ben figured out it wasn't and was able to do the work! I would highly recommend Ben and his team for any septic needs you may have. I will definitely be utilizing his services in the future!
