They sell plumbing supplies for restautants and commercial establishments that you won't find at Lowes or Homedepot.
The store has two clerks at a counter. They are very knowledgeable about commerial plumbing. You can't browse the aisles and touch merchandise.
This is a shop for tradesmen who know what they want or need an alternative part.
USA and imported are parts available.

I called with a question that, after speaking briefly on the phone, both parties realized was out of Maintenance Supply Company's typical scope of work (I had a residential issue with a leaky shower versus what I now understand to be a typically commercial business). Despite recognizing that my problem was likely not worth their time as a small-scale residential hiccup, I was told to bring the problematic piece into the store to see if they could help.

Once there, Matt (I believe this is right but I see Mac below, and could have misheard) and Buddy spent 15-20min looking at the broken piece, helping me identify it from multiple catalogs (not an easy task as it proved to be extremely old), and pointing me in the right direction towards where I could purchase the correct replacement. All this while kindly educating me on the nature of the issue so I could fix it myself the next time around.

In short, the team here was knowledgeable, efficient and generous with their time despite knowing that I wasn't likely a returning client. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys working with a team that does business the right way.

I visited the Maintenance Supply store several days ago looking for floor restrictors as required by my local health inspector. Confused and stressed because I didn’t know what was actually required ,the entire staff joined in to make sure that all my needs were met. Matt even joined me on a call to the health inspector to get clarification as others researched products to fit the requirements .They spent over 2hours trying to figure out what was needed to get me permitted to open my restaurant. This was far beyond my expectations. I will recommend this store to anyone. Thanks guys for your exceptional customer service. You are beyond amazing!!

I accidentally emailed this company about a plumbing supply need that they do not service, and yet "Mac" went out of his way to send me a thoughtful reply regardless. He was considerate, thorough, and very very helpful despite knowing that I wouldn't be giving them a single dime of business. I wish I had a reason to use them in the future, but I don't have commercial needs. What I can say is that I imagine any business would be lucky to deal with quality employees like "Mac" and I imagine you'll get top notch customer service from them as a client.
