I called them about our refrigerator not being cold. The repairman came out and said that our refrigerator was not worth fixing and he would not pay to fix it if it were his refrigerator. I took his advise and gave the refrigerator to a friend and bought a new one. My friend said it had a small slow leak and he fixed it for $30 dollars. This repairman was either lazy or stupid. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

If you have an LG refrigerator that needs repairing, this is the company to call! They are professional, highly skilled in LG products and punctual. Most importantly, their customer service is to be commended. They assisted with contacting LG and they value quality service.

I called to have my ice maker serviced. The gentleman came out and gave us our options to fix it and the price which was within reason. He had everything done within an hour. He was friendly and professional!!

Amazing work! I have a washer and dryer I’ve had a couple of issues out of. This is their second time repairing it. Affordable, timely, great quality of work! Plus he cleaned up behind himself!

I am not one who normally complains, but this experience was frustrating and not good. I called Green's, and they had a technician come to my apartment. He looked at my dryer and said that it needed a part. He did tell me that he couldn't say 100% that the part would fix the issue, but I wanted to move forward with the repair and thought I was dealing with a reliable company. The first part didn't fix the problem, and he said that it would require another part that would need to be ordered. At this point, I'm out $360, but I figure it's still easier than purchasing a new dryer, so I agreed. Then today, the tech lets me know that Mr. Green "isn't comfortable with buying more parts" for my dryer. Well, he was certainly comfortable taking my money the first time. So now, I'm out $360 and still have a dryer that doesn't work. The tech told me he'd come out with the new part if I wanted him to, but I've wasted enough time and money with this company.

We had a problem with a leaky washing machine that turned out to be a bad pump. Wesley quickly determined the problem and had the new pump on and fixed in under 30 minutes. He explained that when a failure occurs on these machines its generally the pumps and its an easy to fix problem. He was fast, courteous and very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend Greens Appliances to anyone needing an appliance repair. Great job, great service!

I can't say enough good about these Green's Appliance. They were all nice, professional and SUPER FAST on repairs. They came out and diagnosed an issue on a duel fuel range/oven and were 100% honest that it may or may not fix the issue because there are limited parts available for this appliance. I took the gamble and fortunately, he was exactly right and it fixed the issue. I will be using them again in the future.

Franklin did an excellent job figuring out what was causing a weird noise in our dryer and the cost for the effort he put into it was more than reasonable. Mr. David was great to work with during the entire process. Our fridge went out 2 weeks ago. He made the service call on a Saturday and had us up going by the following Thursday. We are very thankful he was able to fix vs us having to replace! Money well spent!

I called to have my dishwasher repaired and got an appointment for a couple of days later between 9am and noon. By 1230 no one had arrived and I had not gotten a call. I called to question why and got voice mail. I left a message and never got a call back. Worst customer service ever, don't waste your time with this company.
