I really liked this company and will continue to use them. I have used others before and had been disappointed and left feeling taken advantage of. With Two Maids and a Mop I did not feel that way. Tiffany and Erica were professional and nice, they explained what they were going to do and what to expect and were patient enough to work around my 3 children and myself. They worked well and efficient together. When I did the walk through towards the end of their time and noticed something wasn’t done, they let me know when it was completed. I will be requesting them again.

After an initial conversation with Two Maids in Columbus I trusted my vacant rental property would have been cleaned to high standards for a new tenant to move in. After a couple of weeks when it was time for my tenant to move in, there were several instances of cleaning not throughly done. I called Two Maids for them to make it right as a paid for a service that was not properly done and sent pictures of areas in question. They gave excuses and ultimately said they could not fit me in for a reclean, so I had to pay another cleaner to finish services. I would not recommend them to any other residents or business professionals in the area as I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service I received.

Brianna and Savannah did a great job on our deep clean. Looking forward to have them do the recurring cleaning. They were polite, friendly and accomplished the cleaning quickly. Highly recommended

Delighted with the service of Carley and Breanna! Both did an excellent job. I have not had any girls do as much or do as well. Both are friendly and eager to please. Am very well pleased with the service and with Stephanie, the manager. Great job!!

The cleaners with Two Maids have been to my house 3 times and have done an excellent job every time. So nice to have cleaners who make sure they don't miss anything. Breanna came all three times; one time by herself and with different co workers the other two times. Breanna is excellent and strives to make sure she covers everything.
I do wish they gave a more narrow time frame that they will arrive. Or at least send a quick text when they realize they will be coming near the end of the scheduled time frame or after the scheduled time frame.

Ashley and Tiffany did a great job for the deep cleaning of our home. They were polite, professional, and left our house sparkling clean. We appreciated their timelines and formal walk through at the end.

Hello I just want to thank Shontia Marshall for doing an outstanding job on my home. My house is spotless and smells so good. She went over and beyond. Oh and the customer service she had was amazing. I’ll definitely be booking again. Again thanks for all your hardworking and dedication.

So per my leasing office I needed a move out cleaning to be done before end of Feb. Granted I called 1-2 weeks before the end of Feb but the soonest they had was first 2 weeks of March. The customer service was good and helpful. As far as the cleaning, they did pretty good. The ladies that came out to clean were Abi, Rachel and Carley. They were super nice, detailed and friendly. They gave me a second run down of what can and can’t be done before they started which was understandable. They liked how my place was clean and I told them how it would have been embarrassing if my place was nasty even though they said that’s what they do is clean. All in all, I would definitely recommend this cleaning crew to family and friends.

The value of the cleaning services is fantastic. The employees are even gracious enough to accommodate our large shepherd being nosey and getting trying to “help out” while they work :).

Professional and well priced for the value. The two ladies that came were super sweet and respectful. Even my one year old felt comfortable enough to play like normal. They listen to our concerns and made absolutely certain we were happy before leaving. Even took out the trash !! So helpful during such a stressful time !

We needed a company fairly quickly to do a move out cleaning of a house to get it ready for sale. My Amazing Maid scheduled us for the following week. They sent 2 women to the house, one named Jaimie and I’m sorry I can’t recall the other woman. They worked for about a full day and the house was in great shape. They even worked with some of my requests as i provided the materials. I highly recommend this company. I had great confidence after speaking to the owner, Tamara Ard, when setting up the service. Great people to work with. I will consider them in the future. Thank You!

I've been a customer of My Amazing Maid for several months now and I must say that I'm absolutely impressed with the service. The maids are quick, professional and always leave my place spotless. They are professionally managed and do a great job of communicating with their customer. Once I got the service setup, I've not had to think about since. If you are looking for someone to clean your home I highly recommend My Amazing Maid.

Basically they do a good job. I just wish they would use glass cleaner on my glass tables instead of just dusting off. I have cats and they leave paw print
so have to go over my end tables and 2 coffee tables once they are gone. Otherwise satisfied.

Have had to switch days from time to time, very accommodating. I was robbed by one of my last cleaning services, so I was very skeptical about letting anyone in our home again, especially
when we were not there. But I feel very comfortable with Laurie and Vonda! Laurie always txt me that she is on her way. Cannot say anything negative. Great service!!!
