This was my first time to use MaidPro of Columbus, and I was very pleased with the entire experience. Rhonda was helpful on the phone setting up my appointment and assessing my needs. I received several helpful emails concerning my upcoming service. Brittany did a fantastic job cleaning my home, and she was on time, pleasant, and courteous. I would highly recommend MaidPro .

Our first experience with Maid Pro was definitely 5 stars. The owner Rhonda was extremely thorough in discussing the services offered and the checklist. Elizabeth and Valerie were our cleaners and we want them take over the position permanently. They were so kind, proficient, and met their checklist within the allotted time period previously estimated. Thank you for such a great job.

Have had my apartment cleaned 4 times so far by Melissa. Very happy with the results. I highly recommend maid pro. They are kind, courteous and very professional. I enjoy reading the notes when I get home and seeing the designs she's made with the toilet paper. It's like coming home to a freshly prepared hotel room.

I used MaidPro previously and had a positive experience. For a $479 move out clean, three cleaning ladies failed to finish the cleaning job in three hours. I paid a premium for subpar service. For the most part, the house was empty and needed cleaning, but nothing extremely dirty. One lady cleaned most of the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. She did a solid job. The other two ladies that worked upstairs cleaned one bathroom and wiped down the second, but that’s about it. Unacceptable. The floors and baseboards were left dirty. Needless to say, this is highly disappointing, and I will have to hire another cleaning company to finish the job. I will not waste any more money dealing with this company that doesn’t stand behind its work or its cost estimates. The person I spoke with at MaidPro about this issue actually suggested that I would be happy with the cleaning work that was actually done. Save your time and money and hire a reliable company that can finish the work it was paid to do. I do not recommend MaidPro.

“My Amazing Maid” is who I usually use (check out their list of provided services). It may be a few dollars more but it’s worth it and you get a lot more coverage for your money. The only reason I gave MaidPro a try is because it had 5-star reviews from every customer. I’m saddened that I didn’t get 5-star service as well. In my first conversation with Rhonda, she said that I will be paying for 6 hours of time to do a deep cleaning in my home even though the 2 cleaners will only be spending 3 hours in my house. That was the first red flag. Second red flag, if they go over the 3 hours then I can choose to pay for more time or take off rooms. I said okay they should be able to complete it in the allotted time because my house isn’t dirty. I have no pets in my home and we’re not smokers so 3 hours should not be an issue, WRONG. I also added a refrigerator cleaning at a discount of $25 bringing my total cost to $400 to do a deep clean. The two cleaners were on time and professional. One cleaner took 1 hour and 15 minutes to clean my fridge. I was really shocked that it took her so long because she still had all of the downstairs to do. Long story short, in 3 hours they only completed my floors, kitchen, formal dining room, and 2.5 bathrooms! None of my rooms got touched, the base boards weren’t cleaned or dusted, the blinds weren’t dusted, my furniture wasn’t cleaned, my knick knacks weren’t dusted, my living room wasn’t cleaned, and to my astonishment they don’t clean the inside windows. After 2 and a half hours Rhonda called to tell me that the cleaners wouldn’t finish everything in time and asked if I would I like to take off rooms or add another 4 hours to the bill. At this point I’m like, I refuse to pay another penny over $400 so whether they finish or not I want the cleaners out of my home at the time I paid for. Rhonda apologized that they couldn’t complete everything in 3 hours and credited the $25 for the fridge. The work that was done by the cleaners was standard, but I wouldn’t consider it to be a deep cleaning. I have a baby coming in a week and I am left to do everything else that wasn’t completed today myself.

Very professional and friendly cleaning company. Rhonda answered all my questions and made scheduling easy. Kim and Carley did an amazing job cleaning my house today. They were professional and detailed. Thank you so much. My house looks and smells great!

Great and timely service from both Dee and Elizabeth! Both of these ladies were just all around a great energy to have in my home for this service on top of them being doggie friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed talking with Rhonda the operator as well, she made sure that the service was what we needed for our new home and even followed up the next day BEFORE she charged my card. If you haven’t utilized maid pro yet, you’re missing out! Thank y’all!

I had been thinking about a cleaning service for some time and stumbled across MaidPro. I walked into their business and made arrangements for them to come out to my apartment. Jaime and Tisha were professional, on time and pleasant. They did a wonderful job. I will be doing business with MaidPro in the future.

Melissa and Ashley did an awesome job! Our house was so clean and smelled amazing. They even washed the dishes we accidentally left in the sink. They go out of there way to read the little notes my daughter leaves for them and they leave her little notes in return. As always, wonderful job, ladies.

The attention to detail and care that MaidPro take with my home was great. Super as always. I appreciate her and I love how attentive and pays attention to my little details and knowledge of her own with certain materials of furniture. My Pro was incredibly thorough! I scheduled MaidPro to get a good clean ahead of having my 10-month-old nephew visiting this weekend and crawling all over the place. Tisha, Kristina, and Hannah showed up at 1:20 (the estimated time was 1:30) and they were absolutely lovely! They were super friendly and asked lots of questions about my preferences for prioritizing areas of my home, moving belongings around, and even the cleaning products they were using. I was doing homework while they were here and Tisha periodically checked in to give me updates on their progress. They did a fantastic job in two hours and I am so glad I already signed up for a recurring monthly service! Additionally, the team at the MaidPro Columbus office made it so easy to schedule over the phone, set up payment, and pass information about arrival times. I highly recommend MaidPro for their amazing hard work and peace of mind in trusting house cleaning to very professional crew!

The owner, Rhonda, was so very nice and helpful setting up the cleaning appointment and making sure every detail we wanted was included!
