I am a realtor and Amazing Maid came referred to me by a coworker. Amazing Maid did not disappoint. They completed the work in a timely manner and did a great job on a home that needed a good deep cleaning. The home looked so much better when they left. The cleaning crew was on time and very polite. Because of this first cleaning. I have now used My Amazing Maids again and had the same great experience. I have been recommending them to friends and other realtors.

Shelia and Alyssa were very good. Very professional, jumped right in a got to work. When they left I felt like a weight was lifted.

My Amazing Maid was awesome! From the moment I called to book a cleaning, they were extremely professional. They answered all my questions and gave me summary of how the first visit would go. I received email/text reminders about the upcoming appointment. When the cleaning crew arrived, they were very courteous and professional. They informed my husband of what to expect with the cleaning and set to work. When I returned home after work, the house was wonderful! They were very attentive to detail and did a fantastic job! Highly impressed!

Superb service since the first visit for a super cleaning by a 3 person team. The team supervisor was very engaging and the work was done quickly and exceeded our expectations. A manager then dropped by when everything was finished to ensure MAM standards for cleaning were met. This is a very efficient model and I have been happy with the service provided by my crew for several years now. Top notch!

I absolutely LOVE this company. Initially give them a try back when I was having a hard time keeping up with things during my pregnancy. It’s been such a relief to have one less thing to worry about. Having these services allows me to use the extra time to relax and spend time with the family, which is everything to me. This is the second time we’ve chosen My Amazing Maid and it’s because they are 11/10 exceptional. We first scheduled their service in January 2023 for our apartment, days before the birth of our first baby and they did such an amazing job! The women working were beyond diligent, hardworking, and kind. I felt fully comfortable bringing our newborn home to the clean space. So, of course, we hired them again to clean our first home prior to move in. Every surface we’re unpacking on is pristine and it’s such a time saver and relief. Amazing work once again. We will continue to book with My Amazing Maid as long as we’re in Columbus!

The experience I had with My Amazing Maid was awesome!!! From the beginning I was skeptical about using a cleaning service, I had no idea what to expect and really wasn't sure if anyone could come in and do what I needed to be done. Well, My Amazing Maid was very responsive when I had questions and didn't mind making sure I understood the process and that I was comfortable with their team. They let me know that personnel was available earlier than the expected time and asked if I would like to adjust my time, which worked out better for me. Then the house keeper was very professional and moved effortlessly throughout the house. She was Amazing and attended to things with so much care. Let's say I am definitely using this service again and recommend anyone who just doesn't have the time to give them a call. Plus I did a deep cleaning and the price was more than fair. You will not be disappointed. Trust me I was not forced to write this! I just know that if I read something like this it would not have been as hard selecting and trusting someone to clean my home.
