Came in today for some Bermuda Grass I purchased and received yellow almost dead grass and when I asked the worker to get the other good grass he insisted on me taking the bad looking grass I needed it for an emergency but never Again just shows the laziness of workers there

If you need rocks for your fish tank this is the place...lots of sizes and colors..if you buy five or more it's only a dollar a rock ..try to find that at petco or petsmart

The owner was shaving about 2 to 3 hours a week off of the time clock by letting us clock in and be out working by the time the clock registered us as clocking in. That's just deceptive. If he's doing things like that to employees, who knows how far he's jacking prices up on service and sales.

Took my mower in with no Hope's that it be fixed, sat in the garage for about 6 months. This guys were so courteous and not pushy at all. My mower was done in a couple of days and it's good as new.

Girl that worked with us didn't inspire confidence. At times more interested in her cell phone and other people than us. More interested in when her mother told her she could leave! Alot of their plants didn't look good either. Half dead. Overall, not a good experience!

I purchased large potted trees and the paid for the Labor to install these trees. It is now 6/16/2023 and I have not received one call from anyone at Seasonal Concepts. I have called numerous times and spoken with Cheryl who has told me I would get a call back that day, yet no call back. I called today and I was told my name is NOT on their board for scheduling. I am really upset that I can’t even get a call back or even speak to someone that knows what is going on. Has anyone else had a problem like this with Seasonal Concepts?

I needed a few patches of Bermuda sod and they were a great help. They loaded it up on my truck for me and I was back home working on my yard project in no time. Friendly service and great prices.

I got my front yard landscaped and sprinkler system back in late February. Looked great and I was happy. Until with all the rain in spring and now summer. I turned off the zones for the front beds but my plants started dieing due to to much water. As I have looked into it and moved around my rocks, the ground wasn't graded when they put in the beds. They removed 75% of the pine straw then placed barrier fabric right over the remaining area. The rocks on top made it look graded but the beds hold water. Two new beds they just placed barrier fabric right over the lawn and then rock, not worrying about grade at all.

When you higher a professional landscaper you expect proper installation. If I had just wanted some rocks and plants put down I could have ordered it and done that myself.

Now I am trying to fix the drainage problem that seasonal concepts has created so the rest of my plants don't die. I sent an email explaining this to them and never got a response. I am so mad that I don't think I could keep my cool with a phone call.

We had planned to do a retaining wall with them, as well as using there garden center for other self projects, but now I won't be using their services. I hope you won't either.
