They have very nice selection of plants, trees, stone, etc. I like how you can walk through their garden area with trees and plants to choose from. Everything is labeled well and priced. Reasonable prices and helpful staff. I've always had good results from their plants. They also offer a military discount on plants.

Two bad experiences.

1. Bought a tree that unfortunately died before 30 days. Contacted via email and phone to coordinate an exchange. We didn’t get responses via email. On the phone the person said the manager would call us back. Never did. When we finally went in person, the lady said the warranty period had passed.

2. Shame on us for trying again.
We purchased another tree and the sales person said that if we took it ourselves they would come and plant it for us and therefore be covered if it didn’t survive. Three weeks of phone calls, phone transfers (I don’t think they actually have a manager present or at least a responsible/responsive one) and supposedly “overbooked” we got tired of waiting and decided to plant ourselves.

Never going back. I blindly recommend going to any of the several other nurseries in town.

We LOVE our tree from seasonal concepts! The service was great! Mallory went out of her way to help me find the best tree, since it was hard for me to choose from the beautiful selection. Definitely will get our tree there again next year! Don’t think twice. This is the place to go!

Horrible customer service, tall gentleman was more interested in texting on his phone rather than help me. Please visit To-Mars or Bloomers where they have excellent customer service and healthier products and better prices.

They had a nice collection of plants and outdoor decorations. Quality plants, did not find any random bugs or root rot like I sometimes find when transplanting. Also very helpful staff.

Establishment was very orderly and clean. Employees are very friendly and offered to assist in many ways. (Giving directions toward the pickup areas, loading materials, and even allowed me to stay in my Jeep and ran the payment/brought me the receipt. Very kind people, Will shop there again.

We heard this was the best landscape company around and we had to wait 8 months but it was well worth it! They are backed up and busy for months and the communication over the 8 months could have been a little better and more straight forward but we are extremely happy with the work that was done. We also went to their two nurseries and they have everything you need and then some for your yard and garden. Highly highly recommended and again, you will have to wait for the service to be done and with some patience, you will not be disappointed.

The plants at their nursery are amazing, I got a 11 foot apple tree already bearing fruit for $80, also got another apple, a peach tree, blueberries, a fig tree, and so much more. Friendly and knowledgeable staff as well.

Very good selection, plants are all cared for and in good health. This is the only Landscapers Supply worth shopping at, in this area. Help is a little thin but you will be served. Too bad its not open on Sunday when folks are in the yard.
